  • #include file vs iframe or is there a better way

  • Running in to some issues with Tumblr's Theme Parser

    Below part of a tumblr theme I'm working on and you will notice that I use the {block:PostType} syntax to declare the opening tag of each post, which is a <li> element in an Ordered List. This allows me to not only dynamicly set the li's class based on the type of post but cuts down on the number of times I'm calling the ShareThis JS which was really bogging down the page. This creates a new issue though which I believe is a flaw in Tumblr's parser. Each post is an ordered list with one <li> element in it. I know I could solve this by having each post as a <div> but I really like the control and semantics of using a list. Tumblr gurus? Suggestions?     I tried dompdf. Its a lot easier than the other libraries but it doesnt have unicode support. Well it has unicode support but requires another library calld PDFLib ($1k version). so just wondering if anybodies ever stumbled upon or used any PHP pdf library which is easy to use and has unicode support. thanks,

    I'm referencing a WiX extension in a WiX library project. This WiX library project is itself referenced by my main WiX MSI project. Why does the main project have to also reference the WiX extension, even though it doesn't directly need it? I'd like to keep my wixlib's as self-contained as possible, so that other projects that use them don't need to know about their inner workings. I'm using latest stable release of WiX (3.0.x).

    My directory structure looks like the following: -xmllib -libxml++-1.0.a -main.cc ..and I issue the command: cc -lstdc++ -L./xmllib -llibxml++-1.0.a main.cc But then it tells me that it can't find the binary for the library...even though I issued the command from the root directory. /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -llibxml++-1.0.a main.cc collect2: ld returned 1 exit status Is there any reason why cc can't find the binary library? I'm using cc version 2.96 (yes, it's old).

    There are two main open source .net Amazon S3 libraries. Three Sharp LitS3 I am currently using LitS3 in our MVC demo project, but there is some criticism about it. Has anyone here used both libraries so they can give an objective point of view.     Say I have a web component that uses jQuery and I want to distribute it as a packaged component. I need a way to ensure that the jQuery library is available on or after the page loads, but I also want to check that the containing html page, or another unknown component that may reference jQuery hasn't already added the library to the page.
