ODBC Storage Size

I'm pulling a lot of text from a MS SQL Server database. I'm not getting all the text (which includes some html. The text is stored perfectly on the database. However, when I run the query to get the data It will only pull part of the text. I pull the data using odbc_exec and store using $variable = odbc_result($runquery,"body"). if i display the content with odbc_result_all($runquery) i get part of the content. if I use echo $body; i get part of the content then some garbage and part of the text from the begining. very strange response. Is there a size limit? Any ideas what I'm missing here?

What requests do browsers' "F5" and "Ctrl + F5" refreshes generate?

Is there a standard for what actions F5 and Ctrl+F5 trigger in web browsers? I once did experiment in IE6 and Firefox 2.x. The "F5" refresh would trigger a HTTP request sent to the server with an "If-Modified-Since" header, while "Ctrl+F5" would not have such a header. In my understanding, F5 will try to utilize cached content as much as possible, while "Ctrl+F5" is intended to abandon all cached content and just retrieve all content from the servers again. But today, I noticed that in some of the latest browsers (Chrome, IE8) it doesn't work in this way anymore. Both "F5" and "Ctrl+F5" send the "If-Modified-Since" header. So how is this supposed to work, or (if there is no standard) how do the major browsers differ in how they implement these refresh features?

hi, I'm having a problem with custom formatters in Drupal. I'm using a custom formatter on a CCK file file with the following content: but when I select it to use I get an internal server error: PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 16B357F9 Please note: 1) It sometimes worked, but the page becomes soon unavailable after a while 2) I've tried to replace the custom formatter content with a simple Hello and I get the error anyway, so it should not be related to the content. 3) I'm using another custom formatter with another CCK field and it doesn't give any error. Can I send a POST form in an encoding other than of its body?

Hi gang, I've Html page that looks like: <HTML> <meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=gb2312'> <BODY onload='document.forms[0].submit();'> <form name="form" method="post" action="/path/to/some/servlet"> <input type="hidden" name="username" value="??">  </form> </BODY> </HTML> As you can see, the content of this page is UTF-8, but I need to send it with GB2312 character encoding, as the servlet that I am sending this page to expects from me GB2312. Is this a valid scenario? Because in the servlet, I couldn't retive these chines characters back using a filter that sets the character encoding to GB2312!! Please help

How to control a webView

Hi, In one of my xml layouts I use an webview (besides other TextViews) for which I call loadUrl("myURL") to display the content from a url. The desired effect is to have displayed in a screen all the other textViews , and below them the content of web page. However when the webview loads the URL , it starts a new activity and displays the content in that activity, which is not what I need. Any ideas on how I could force the described behavior ? Later edit: I have succeed to have layout with several views mixed, one of them being the webview .Also I have succeed to obtain the described above behavior. But only after I setted a WebView client with setWebViewClient(WebViewClient); . Now I'd like to know why does it work like this only after a webViewClient is set ?

Retrieving a page of that has a redirect

So say if I put the parameter: http://example.com/uncategorized/ It redirect me to : http://example.com/mature/ The problem is with curl, I dont get any content.. But my aim is to get the content of that page redirect.. Is there an easy way to get the function to work in the way I want..?

But in IE6 nothing happens. I don't know why IE6 doesn't take live click event, or if the problem is with image id. Once image clicked (live click event not triggered in IE6) What would be the reason?

Hi,be m I am working on an application which has below requiements - 1. Download a ZIP file from a server. 2. Uncompress the ZIP file, get the content (which is in XML format) from this file into a String. 3. Pass this content into another method for parsing and further processing. Now, my concerns here is the XML file may be of Huge size say like '100MB', and my JVM has memory of only 512 MB, so how can I get this content into Chunks and pass for Parsing and then insert the data into PL/SQL tables. Since there can be multiple requests running at the same time and considering 512MB of memory what will be the best possible to process this. How I can get the data into Chunks and pass it as Stream for XML parsing. I googled on this, but didnt find any implementation. :( Thanks,

Hi, My classifieds website has been present online since 2006, the html pages are indexed and rank as expected whereas a search on Google Images for site:example.com returns nothing & in Yahoo or Bing it returns only a few image results, 8 to 10. Alter top and bottom borders of Dojo/Dijit Dialog and ContentPane

I have a Dojo/Dijit Dialog that contains a FORM. There is a top border between the title bar and the content, and a bottom border below the content. Both are about 19 or 20 pixels high and colored #eeeeee. I can't find these borders in the CSS anywhere -- actually, neither can the IE Developer Toolbar -- they just don't seem to exist as elements. I suspect that Dijit is adding these programatically. Is there any way to just remove these borders? I just want my content to consume all of the dialog area below the title bar. TIA

Removing an object in a child collection in MongoDB

I've got a collection of content. Said collection has a collection of responses as such Content : [{ 'id' : '1234', 'Responses' : [{ 'id' : '12345' } etc. Now, I want to remove response 12345, but I don't want to remove all of the responses. I can't seem to find the command to do so. I'm getting the impression that the correct action is to grab the object, rebuild the Responses without the one I want removed, and then save the Content object as a whole. Provided there are many responses, this seems like a bad practice to have to load the entire object that way.

Sometimes when I try to get a dynamically generated page it returns its actual content, but other times (with another parameter) all I get is a short sequence of \t,\r and \n. How could I track what's going on on the different cases in order to find where is the bug? Trying to move my blog to a new site and I want to redirect some urls. I use nginx. https://blogurl.com/news/2014-08-19/post-3451/mt-preview-33e2742af1eb.php The /news/2014-08-19/post-3451/mt-preview-33e2742af1eb.php part would be always moving. Redirect to below: https://blogurl.com/content/news/2014-08-19/post-3451/mt-preview-33e2742af1eb.php I basically want to insert /content/ after https://blogurl.com and so far I have rewrite ^(.*)$ /content/ break; But my issue is my CMS sits on the same directory level https://blogurl.com/mt/admin and if I simply apply the rewrite above my CMS address would move too. How could I prevent this.
