Looks nyromodal is best available so far, but is there anything better.   • Why is IE8 rendering superfish menu wrong?

    I am useing the superfish jquery plugin If you view the superfish menu here: clicky the drop-downs show correctly (above the main content) in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE6, IE7 But for some reason they fall behind the main content in IE8. I already set the z-index for the superfish menu which IE7 wasnt working right until I did so, but it didn't fix IE8. Am I missing something?

    Hiya I've read on the net that there is the flex component kit for flash that allows me to convert flash symbol to flex component or container. I tried installing Flex_Skins_12_05.mxp that suppose to enable these features in flash cs4 but under the commands tab i can't see any commands related to flex conversion. can someone please forward me to the appropriate plugin to install in flash cs4 in order to convert it's symbols to be usable with flex ? thanks

    I'm using the defualt jquery autocomplete plugin in my iphone web app, it builds a div with li's. In the browser the hovers and click events work for this but in mobile safari if I click it highlights the entire results containing div. Do I need to create seperate event listeners for the iphone? How would I go about doing this? thanks

  • 4096 MiB SD card in Android Emulator... less than 9MB?

    Every time I attempt to create a new AVD with the latest Android SDK (under Eclipse), I can't actually specify SD Card Sizes greater than 1024 MiB. Any attempt to specify higher numbers gets me always the same message: "SD Card Size must be at least 9MB" What gives? Any idea why this could be happening?

    Hello, I'm replacing some text with cufon on my page and I'm using jquery stylish select box plugin (http://www.scottdarby.com/plugins/stylish-select/0.4/) to style select boxes. The problem is that, in IE6 and IE7, select box goes under the cufonized text. (the select box is actually an <ul>). Anyone had this issue before? Thanks, Adrian

    I have a custom nstextfieldcell. I thought I could drag a textfield to a xib and click on it's cell, then change the cell's class to my custom class.That doesn't work. Also, I thought I could drag the custom cell from the library (i made a plugin) over the textfield and it would set the new cell like in a table. That doesn't work either. Does anybody know how to use a custom cell in a textfield?

    Hi, I've been testing this upload script and it looks really good, but i just can't get it to post values, that i have extracted from inputs. Everything is looking good and it seems I'm writing everything correctly but it just stops SWF DEBUG: Event: uploadStart : File ID: SWFUpload_0_0, there's my piece of code which causes these troubles .bind('uploadStart', function(event, file){ $(this).addPostParam( "title", "asd"); }) I'm using it as jquery plugin, maybe that's the problem?     Hi everybody. I'm working with gwtai to integrate a java applet into my gwt - project. Basic communication from my main application to the applet (such as invoking simple methods that return int or boolean values) works. But the main reason why I need to integrate this applet is, that I need it to connect to another server and receive a answer and pass it to my gwt-application. So there's one basic method in the applet: public String SendAndReceive(String host, int sendPort, int receivePort, String query) that connects to the server, receives an answer and returns this answer as a string. When I now try to invoke this method like this: applet.SendAndReceive("0.0.0.0", 9099, 2000, "show streams;"); I constantly run into following error (full error message at the end): com.google.gwt.core.client.JavaScriptException: (String): Error calling method on NPObject! [plugin exception: java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.util.PropertyPermission * read,write)] I couldn't find a solution (for gwtai is a quite uncommon topic), what I found out (and what the Exception let's one assume) is, that there's a security problem - maybe because I'm connecting to another server. I also read something about browser's Single Origin Policy, what would point in the same direction...up to now I have never worked with java applets.   • PyCharm: How to skip over closing braces / brackets / parentheses?

    This is driving me nuts. I can't get the auto-indentations to work properly unless I use the automatic closing of braces, et al (which I don't like), and I see no option allowing one to skip over/out. Eclipse has a configuration option for this, and Visual Studio doesn't auto-close everything by default, but rather formats the code block after manually entering the closing brace (which I think is perfect). Surely there's something apart from going all the way over to the "End" key?
