  I have built a Mobile site in a sub-domain. I have successfully implemented the redirect 302 from: www.domain.com to m.domain.com in htaccess. What I'm looking to achieve now it to redirect users from: www.domain.com/internal-page/ > 302 > m.domain.com/internal-page.html Notice that URL name for desktop and mobile is not the same.   I have two scripts. One calls the other with a list of servers as parameters. The second query is designed to execute a WMI query. When I run it manually, it does this perfectly. When I try to run it as a job it hangs forever and I have to remove it.   I have a table which has two text boxes and a image beside it to click and open a popup. In read-only mode based on condition I am able to make text boxes read-only but images are not becoming read-only.One solution I had is the anchor tag associated with image calls for JavaScript where I can check for a dummy click when it is in read-only mode. The problem here is the function is common and effects everywhere. So is there a way to make the entire table read-only so that no extra workaround needs to done.   I am testing PayPal payments through Sandbox. So what do I do: Make a payment from my Android device, using SDK AppID: "APP-80W284485P519543T". Receive RESULT_OK in applicationResult and receive response on server side through IPN service. Now I am taking all responce from IPN and send it to paypal verification sandbox server to verify payment. It cat return (VERIFIED or INVALID). But the problem is that it is return INVALID. • Combo box in a scrollable panel causing problems

  I have a panel with AutoScroll set to true. In it, I am programmatically adding ComboBox controls. If I add enough controls to exceed the viewable size of the panel a scroll bar appears (so far so good). However, if I open one of the combo boxes near the bottom of the viewable area the combo list isn't properly displayed and the scrollable area seems to be expanded. This results in all of the controls being "pulled" to the new bottom of the panel with some new blank space at the top. If I continue to tap on the drop down at the bottom of the panel the scrollable area will continue to expand indefinitely. I'm anchoring the controls to the left, right and top so I don't think anchoring is involved. Is there something obvious that could be causing this? Update: It looks like the problem lies with anchoring the controls to the right. If I don't anchor to the right then I don't get the strange behavior. However, without right anchoring the control gets cut off by the scroll bar.   I have 3 tables: subcontracts, companies and contacts. Each table has a active_status flags which shows that the item is still active (hasn't been deleted). Each contact has a company_id field which stores the id of the contact's company. Each subcontract has a company_id field which stores the subcontract's company. Each company has a company_id field which holds its guid and a primary_company field, b/c the company could be a subsidiary. If it's a subsidiary, the primary_company field holds the id of the primary company. I have a subcontract form. On the form, I have a drop-down of contacts which are stored in a contact table. Currently the drop-down lists all contacts. I would like to have the drop-down only list contacts which belong to the subcontract's company or any of that company's subsidiaries. I have the following query which I use elsewhere in the program to pass a company_id and get its subsidiaries. public IQueryable<company> GetSubsidiaryCompanies(Guid id) { return from c in db.companies where c.primary_company == id && c.active_status == true select c; } This is my current contact selection public IQueryable<contact> GetContacts() { return from c in db.contacts where c.active_status == true orderby c.contact_name select c; } What I need to do is pass it the subcontract.company_id and then only return the contacts where contact.company_id == subcontract.company_id or contact.company_id == one of the subsidiary ids.

  Hi, I wonder if someone can help me out on this: I'm writing some code to copy a set of contacts received through a web application into the Address Book. I want to put all these new contacts under a certain group. My code successfully creates the group and adds the contacts into the address book. However, the 'ABGroupAddMember' operation fails. It fails without an error and the result it returns is true, meaning that according to the debugger the contact should have been added to the group. However, this does not work. The portion of my loop code that adds the contact to the address book and then assigns it to the group is this: ABAddressBookAddRecord(addressBook,person, &anError); ABAddressBookSave(addressBook,&anError); ABGroupAddMember(fusionLiveGroupRef,person, &anError); ABAddressBookSave(addressBook,&anError); All references are valid. No errors are returned. All operations return true. What is going wrong?

• ASP.NET SQLMembership Provider not logging in

  My web app uses the sql memebership provider. Running it locally all is well, deploying to a dev server it works fine too in firefox, but in IE8 something unexpected is happening. Once a user logs in they're supposed to be redirected to home.aspx. What's happening when I attempt to login is it appears to accept the login credentials but then doesn't redirect to home.aspx. Instead it just redirects me to the login page as though I had attempted to access home.aspx directly without being logged in. The url parameter ReturnUrl is appended, Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fhome.aspx Why is this only happening with IE8? My local PC is IIS7 but the server is IIS6. • Spring - Transaction Readonly

  Hello Gurus! Just wanted your expert opinions on declarative transaction management for Spring. Here is my setup - A. DAO Layer is Plain old JDBC using jdbcTemplete (No hibernate etc) B. Service Layer is POJO with declarative trasnactions as follows - save*, readonly=false, rollback for Throwable Things work fine with above setup. However when I say get*, readonly=true I see errors in my log file saying - Database connection cannot be marked as readonly. This happens for all get* methods in Service Layer. Now my questions - A. Do I have to say get* as readonly? All my get* methods are pure read DB operations. I do not wish to run them in any transaction context. How serious is the above error? B. When I remove the get* confiiguration, I do not see the errors, morever all my simple get* operations are performed without transactions. Is this the way to go? C. Why would anyone want to have transactional methods where readonly = true? Is there any practical significance of this configuration? Thank you! As always your resposes are much appreciated!

• Loading Facebook fb:profile-pic via AJAX in Facebook Connect site

  After a page loads, I'm making an AJAX request to pull down an HTML chunk that contains tags representing a Facebook user profile picture. I append the result to a point in the DOM but the logos don't load, instead all I see is the default silhouette. • How do You Center a TextView in Layout?

  I have a complex layout, part of which features a value centered over a label, with + and - buttons on either side of the value. I want the value to center between the buttons, whether it is "1" or "99". It looks fine when it's a 2-digit number like "99", but when it's a single digit the number is left-justified. How do I properly center that value? • Asp.Net tree view in SharePoint webpart- Input string error

  Hi All, I am facing a very strange issue. I have a SharePoint webpart that displays an asp.net tree view. It takes tree depth from a drop down. To improve performance of the tree view, i am setting the PopulateOnDemand property to true for the last level of the tree depth. For example, if i have a total of 10 levels in the data and the user selects tree depth as 3, then the third level data i set PopulateOnDemand to true. Now comes the strange part. When i click on the + image on the third level, and if there are children under that particular node then call back happens and node gets expanded. But if there no children for that particular node, then click + throws "Input string was not in the correct format" error. I have made sure that there is no server side error. Some things looks to be fishy when internet explorer is trying to bind construct the expanded node. Please let me know if any one faced similar issue or the resolution for the same?
