• Find and replace table/field names in Access?

  I've been handed a rather large, old, and crusty Access 2000/2003 database to clean up. I'll need to rename a number of tables and fields, but need to do so in a way that doesn't break existing queries. (Fortunately, there are no macros, forms, or reports to worry about.) I've heard there are some commercial tools to make this job easier, but only found one (http://www.rickworld.com/products.html). Can anyone recommend this software, or any alternatives?

• Windows Process : Tool to see Function and change arguments

  Sometime back I used a windows tool to see what a process is doing. This tool allowed me to inspect functions exported from DLL. It also allowed me to change the values passed to a function on the fly. I cannot recollect the name(not sure if that was free or commercial one). Could any one point to me solution that can do this? • How to remotely connect using perfmon?

  Suprised there is not a ton of information on google when i search for this but there is not. Lot of people asking the question but i none of them have any good answers. I have a remote computer running hyper-v (server) running a Windows 7 x64 guest (guest). Occasionally i won't be able to remote desktop to guest. I will then remote to server and see that the guest instance is constantly using about 25% of the cpu. WHen i try to connect directly from server i will get the login screen but as soon as i type the password in it will just stay at the windows 7 login screen but the account names will disappear and it will not log in. It responds to pings though. I don't know how else to diagnose other than trying to run perfmon remotely. It only happens like every 3 weeks and i run it 24/7. So i'm trying to run remote desktop remotely. I tested this out on a local vm i have running under vmware. When i try to connect using perfmon to my local vm i get this error: "when attempting to connect to the remote computer the4 following system error occurred: the network path was not found" I found in another past to start the remote registry service and when i start the service i get this error: "No such interface supported" Anyways, how do i remotely connect to another machine with perfmon or if anyone has a better idea how i can diagnose the problem above then let me know.

  I installed Eclipse and then the Ruby Development Tools (RDT), but it would crash when I try to alter certain features, like having line numbers, how far back to have history, and the code coloring scheme didn't work fully. I decided to try to uninstall Eclipse by doing sudo aptitude remove eclipse and then sudo aptitude install eclipse but instead it installed it back with the broken Ruby plugin. I also tried aptitude purge but that didn't help either. How can I freshly reinstall eclipse and get a properly working Ruby plugin?

• Shared Files stuck locked even after closing all sessions

  We run a business app from a shared network drive (has to be this way). When I go to do updates it complains that files are locked. Generally there are open sessions from people who left their computer on, but with no locks on files; there aren't necessarily always sessions open when it complains about locked files. If I close these sessions they disappear. I say "disappear" because I suspect they're actually hanging open. If I try to restart the Server service, it hangs on stopping. Restarting the whole server (it's a VM) unlocks the files. The Server is a Windows 2008 R2 Ent VM running on Hyper-V; the share is accessed through DFS. Offline Files and caching are disabled (Share and GPO). All clients are Win7. Nothing has SP1 yet. Any ideas on what causes the file locks to hang? Any ideas for a solution other than rebooting the server every time?

However once I create the POJOs using netbeans hibernate mapping files tools they are being created as one to many.   I am writing an app using PhoneGap for Android in Eclipse. Since the project is an Android project, it's in a Java perspective. For whatever reason, Eclipse won't highlight HTML and JavaScript for me while in an Android/Java project/perspective and switching to the JavaScript perspective doesn't highlight the code either. Without highlighting or debugging tools, the debug process is very slow. How do I tell Eclipse to highlight HTML and JavaScript for me while working in a Java Environment?
