    I would like to allow my users to submit a subset of xhtml that will be displayed to other users (likely I'll build a schema for it) but I want the server to handle validation more gracefully then hard rejecting invalid submissions.... Instead I'd like the server to Html Encode invalid/harmful parts of the submissions.... (sanitize javascript and css etc.) Is there any library (maybe asp.net mvc 2 has such functionality?) or do I have to develop my own? or maybe there is a javascript library that html encodes invalid parts and I can just have the server only accept that subset?

  • Unable to get the DspStatus Field in the Task document properties.

    Hi, I am using Interop.Domino.dll API to read the NSF file and able to read the properties of the Task Document. When i view the Task Document properties in the Lotus Notes, i am able to view the Status Field, Importance Field and few others, but when i programatically dump all the Field Names and their values i am unable to get few of them as mentioned above. So, how to get all the Field Names and their values as i iterate through all the document properties. Is this the problem of IBM Lotus Notes Application or the Domino API ? Here is my sample code to iterate the TODO document properties : object[] TaskItems = docTodoDoc.Items as object[]; foreach (NotesItem objItem in TaskItems) { m_objLogFile.Debug(objItem.Name + " - "); m_objLogFile.Debug("Values :: " + ((object[])docTodoDoc.GetItemValue(objItem.Name))[0] as String); } Please help me out to over come this issue as i need to access the status value of the TODO Item from the NSF file.     I've got a recordset that I'm filtering on a particular field (i.e. Manager ="Frannklin"). Now I'd like to group the results of that filtered recordset based on another field (Client). I can't seem to get Muenchian grouping to work right. Any thoughts? TIA!     Hi, I am trying to deserialize <graph> <node> <node> <node></node> </node> </node> <node> <node> <node></node> </node> </node> </graph> with [XmlRoot("graph")] class graph { List<node> _children = new List<node>(); [XmlElement("node")] public Node[] node { get { return _children.ToArray(); } set { foreach(node n in value) children.add(n) } }; } class node { List<node> _children = new List<node>(); [XmlElement("node")] public Node[] node { get { return _children.ToArray(); } set { foreach(node n in value) children.add(n) } }; } but it keeps saying object not created, null reference encountered when trying to set children nodes.   • Using MEF with exporting project that uses resources (xml) contained in the xap.

    I'm doing a proof of concept app in SL4 using MEF and as part of the app I am importing another xap from an existing Silverlight Project and displaying it in my host project. The problem is that the existing app uses some .xml files (as content) and it uses linq2xml to load these files which are (assumed to be) bundled in the xap. When I compose the application the initalization fails because the host app doesn't contain the xml files. If I copy these xml files into the host project and run it the composition works fine. However, I need to keep the xml files in the original project. Is there a way that I can download a xap and look at it's contents for xml files and then load them into the host xap at runtime so that after the compostion takes place the xml resources that are required can be found? Or should I work out some kind of contract with an import/export to pass the xml files to the host xap? As the people developing the imported xaps (should the project go ahead) are from a different company, I would like to keep changes to the way they develop their apps to a minimum.

  • How to set document.domain for a dynamically generated IFRAME?

    I am implementing CodeMirror (http://marijn.haverbeke.nl/codemirror/) on a page where document.domain needs to be declared (because of other IFRAMES on the page). CodeMirror generates a dynamic IFRAME to provide syntax highlighted code editing. The problem is that IE throws up 'Access Denied' (other browsers are fine) at the following piece of code mirror code: this.win = frame.contentWindow; ... var doc = this.win.document; <-- ERROR doc.open(); doc.write(html.join("")); doc.close(); It turns out IE doesn't inherit document.domain from parent IE. I can set document.domain in the IFRAME contents but IE throws up the error before I can even set the contents. Any ideas how to tackle this problem?

    Is this faster: $(document.links).filter('a.someClass') than just plain old this: $('a.someClass') ? I don't see anywhere in jQuery's code the utilization of document.links which gives you the collection of links on the document right away, than, it would seem, it would be faster to just filter in the collection instead of all the DOM nodes, which is alot more nodes to go over.

Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros." How can I open the document without it running the AutoOpen macro or displaying any sort of dialog prompt?

    I need to OCR a specific region of a scanned document and I am using MODI (Microsoft's Document Imaging COM object). My code currently OCR's the entire page (quite accurately!), but I would like to target a specific region of the page where the text is always static (order number). How can I do this?     I want to write a select something like... #window_4 > content > p:eq(0) I think I have this correct, but I have a few selectors that are all similar but I can't test them all at once. Am I right in saying this is selecting an element, who is the fist p tag child of a content tag that is a child of a tag with id 'window_4' If I have gotten this wrong, can you give me some pointers. Would love to be able to simplify this code, I have more code selecting the tag I am after then actually doing stuff with them.

    Hello everyone, I want to traverse through all the elements of an word document one by one and according to type of element (header, sentence, table,image,textbox, shape, etc.) I want to process that element. I tried to search any enumerator or object which can represent elements of document in office interop API but failed to find any. API offers sentences, paragraphs, shapes collections but doesnt provide generic object which can point to next element. For example : <header of document> <plain text sentences> <table with many rows,columns> <text box> <image> <footer> (Please imagine it as a word document) So, now I want some enumerator which will first give me <header of document>, then on next iteration give me <plain text sentences>, then <table with many rows,columns> and so on. Does anyone knows how we can achieve this? Is it possible? I am using C#, visual studio 2005 and Word 2003. Thanks a lot
