  • Can't find my installed application

    Greets, Made some app on android. I for the life of me can't get it to install on the phone as a stand alone application. It runs fine when I deploy from eclipse but never remains on the device. any idea whats happening? I put the apk file on a web server, went to the address downloaded and installed but still it wasn't to be found. I'm lost!

    Hi guys, Ive got a problem with loading an applet from WEB-INF/classes directory. The main class of an applet (MainApplet.class) is there in the package aaa, but when loading I got the exception java.lang.ClassNotFoundException. Where am I wrong?   • Need to recover local changes overwritten by p4 revert

    Hi, I had a pending changelist in my workspace. By mistake I reverted one of the files by reverting to depot. Eclipse wiped off the local history. I am not sure if perforce keeps any history for pending changelists. Could someone tell me if it is possible to recover such file. Thanks Nayn

    I have add a custom plugin that insert custom tags into my tinyMCE editor of the format: title I want the custom tags to be rendered with some styles when viewed in the WYSIWYG view. I have seen one response to a similar question : http://topsecretproject.finitestatemachine.com/2010/02/how-to-custom-tags-with-tinymce/ but this doesn't work - they tags are not stripped out but they are not styled either??

    Hi, Is it possible to somehow listen to all perforce cammands issued from my machine to the perforce server? I did some googling yesterday and found a page somewhere about a perforce proxy or broker that would intercept perforce commands and allow you to do what you wanted with them before sending them to the server...and now can't find the page! I am trying to debug our build process (built using Maven) that is failing while running the maven-release-plugin (prepare). Cheers.

Now when the validation fails i want to display the same flash[:error] message to the user using ajax. The full story: I would like to help my clients do acceptance testing by providing them with a suite of tests that use some smarts to create random (or at least pseudo-random) values for the database. One of the issues with my Selenium IDE tests at the moment is that they have predefined values - which makes some types of testing problematic.

  • how to disable vim autocomplete popup for plain text files?

    After literally days of tweaking, I think I got vim's autocomplete (omnicomplete + Acp plugin) to work acceptably. But the annoying thing is that it is still enabled for plain text files so I would have to type :DisableAcp for README or plain text files. How do I add logic to my vimrc so that if it detects an empty filetype it disables the Acp on startup? here is what I wrote: if &filetype == "" let g:acp_enableStartup = 0 endif but this disables Acp on start up for all files.

    I've got a cocoa application that reads in a text file. I'd like to display that text in a multi-line label, but I for the life of me can't figure it out. I opened up my .nib file and poped a multi-line label down but after that I'm stuck. I don't have any experience working with XCode or Cocoa, mostly Eclipse, Visual Studio, and pretty much every other IDE except XCode which seems very foreign.

    I was asked by a client to create a bookflip (Page Turn) effect that did not require Flash. The imBookFlip plugin can load a book in an iframe or directly on the page. The book's pages can be set to turn when manually clicked only, begin auto flip (turn automatically) as soon as the html page loads, or begin auto flip when first page (front cover is clicked).
