• Easy way to determine what content is not delivered using a secure HTTPS connection?

  I have some pages that are sent via HTTPS. Internet Explorer sometimes complains about "This webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS". I looked in the html source to confirm all content calls (href, src, etc...) are sent via https. My CSS files use relative paths. But I'm still getting these warnings. Is there an easy way to track down which items are not sent via HTTPS?

  I want a copy of SQL Server transaction log file for "raw" analysis. What is the safest way to get a copy of that file without shutting down the database and disturbing the existing log/backups/backup schedules and just about everything. FYI, Its a SQL Server 2000 database server and I can see the log file (its about 4GB in size) and I cannot copy it as is; I get the "access denied" error when copying from explorer or command line.

I have thought about seeing who has use of the Twain.dll somehow (like the way process explorer knows) It's for a security style app that picks out weird webcam behaviour.   I have two displays (two monitors) connected to my machine, and I noticed a strange thing happening today. I had an Explorer window open with my compiled exe on my primary display, and when I double-clicked it, it opened in the primary display (left monitor). However if I pressed enter to launch the executable, it started in the secondary display (right monitor). The window state of the initial form is maximized. Is there a way to tell C# to open the initial form in the primary display?
