How can I send null value to clr function?

When I'm trying to create a clr fucntion with nullable paramete (any kind), the function does not created in the DB.
Does anyone know how can I do it?

I have an attribute in one of my models that contains a Date/Time value, and is declared using t.datetime :ended_on in my migrations.
