    Hi i have a inlogscreen (inlogdialog.xml), which includes 2 EditText (username, passwd) and i have a CheckBox (saveuser) with which the user can decide weather to save the username or not. On the mainform (main.xml) i have a listner for these 3 values: private class OnReadyListener implements MyCustomForm.ReadyListener { public void ready(String user, String pass, boolean save) { username = user; password = pass; } } Now i first want to save the username through SharedPreferences but it doesn`t get saved, can someone help me please? If i check with system.out.println, the username is present in String username.     Hi, I have following definition in ivy.xml <dependency org="southbeach" name="ego" rev="4.3.1" conf="properties->asterik" > <artifact name="ego" type="conf" ext="conf" conf="properties->asterik"/> </dependency> I have files with either extension conf or properties which i need at runtime, in ivysettings.xml, i have following: <filesystem name="privateFSa"> <artifact pattern="${localRepositoryLocation}/[artifact].[ext]" /> </filesystem> It always tries to look for ego.jar instead of ego.conf. can please somebody shed light on this? am i doing something wrong or ivy just supports tar,zip,gz, jar and not properties or conf files? I did workaround for now in ivysettings.xml <filesystem name="privateFSa"> <artifact pattern="${localRepositoryLocation}/[artifact].conf" /> </filesystem> but this doesnt looks good to hardcode conf there.     I've got a working hello-world like webpart for my SPS3.0 I can compile, pack and deploy it using VS2008, makecab.exe and stsadm. So I know the theory of deploying sharepoint webparts. My problem: After I inserted an additional .webpart file, an elements.xml and a feature.xml to deploy the .webpart file and get knowledge about adding features to my webpart, the deployed webpart is missing its safe control entry in the web.config. But the dll can be found in the gac and my features are also deployed to the right folders. I didn't change anything in my manifest.xml especially not in it's -tag, because it definitely worked before i added my additional feature files. Can anybody help me? Should i provide you some code snippets? Thanks Stefan
