• Google Analytics: Block Your Dynamic IP Visits?

  I have a dynamic IP, which doesn't work for Google Analytics IP filtering. I read this post How to excludes my visits from Google Analytics? but don't see any code for setting the variable mentioned there. Has anyone been able to block their website visits from Google Analytics using a cookie? EDIT: This seems to work https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Although I don't think it was designed as I'm using it.

  Having finished Pro DLR in .Net 4, I have concluded that this is a book that needs to be read through several times and the examples worked through.  Since the Dynamic Language Runtime is as much a radical change as the the original Common Language Runtime, this is hardly surprising. Ultimatly the DLR will enable more niche programming languages, hence I recommend this book to Dot Net teams for when they have a requirement that justifies the effort.

  Here's a quick tip for you: During some restore operations on Microsoft SQL Server, the transaction log redo step might be taking an unusually long time. Depending somewhat on the version and edition of SQL Server you've installed, you may be able to increase performance by tinkering with the readahead performance for the redo operations. This cumulative updates Service Pack 2 to include the fixes from SP1 CU#10 and a few from CU#11, including the fix for the online index rebuild corruption issue I discussed recently on SQLPerformance.com . All is just fine and I love it but the repos for graphics drivers from Canonical are just well... old .Is there any problem if I install my graphics drivers from AMD's official website and not from Software Updater? It's just that from there i get the latest and greatest.I read the realease notes and 14.04 is supported.
