    Hi, to every one, i am doing xml parsing and i am getting two text files from the server with contents i have stored the contents of the first file document directory however when parsing function call second time the contents are overwritten by second file, i don't know how to create two txt file in document directory for two different contents paths = NSSearchPathForDirectoriesInDomains(NSDocumentDirectory,NSUserDomainMask,YES); documentsDirectory = [[paths objectAtIndex:0] stringByAppendingPathComponent:@"Report.txt"]; [text writeToFile:documentsDirectory atomically:NO]; [text release]; I HAVE TAKEN THE CONTENT FOR THE FIRST FILE WITH THIS METHOD.

    I need to write a list to a file in python. I know the list should be converted to a string with the join method, but since I have a tuple I got confused. I tried a lot to change my variables to strings etc, this is one of my first attempts: def perform(text): repository = [("","")] fdist = nltk.FreqDist(some_variable) for c in some_variable: repository.append((c, fdist[c])) return ' '.join(repository) but it gives me the following error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "", line 1, in qe = perform(entfile2) File "", line 14, in perform return ' '.join(repository) TypeError: sequence item 0: expected string, tuple found any ideas how to write the list 'repository' to a file?     I would like to ask could I collect the doxc file that i had upload before and display only on screen but not download and also i would like to highlight the keywords? I have successfully upload and download the docx file and it look prefect. But how if I would like to just display on screen in php or html format and highlight the keyword. The problem I got now is when I collect the docx file from mysql and echo on page it gave me all messy words and I've try a lot of methods still couldn't get the docx file print on screen. Anyone please help me, I'm totally lost and hopeless...

    I am having some problems writing to a file in unicode inside my c program. I am trying to write a unicode Japanese string to a file. When I go to check the file though it is empty. If I try a non-unicode string it works just fine.   • Java - Confused by the one class per file rule

    The one class per file rule in Java has me a bit confused. I writing an Android app and trying to implement the accepted answer to this question: Common class for AsyncTask in Android? which calls for an interface definition which class A implements and class B accepts as an argument to its constructor. So I need an A.java and a B.java, but where does the interface go? Does it need a separate java file itself? Do I have to define it inside both A and B? If not how to import it? Also I will have about 10 different AsyncTask classes, but I don't want to bother creating a new file for each one. What would you recommend? Is there a way to put all 10 classes in one file? Or should I create a big if/then block inside the class and pass an argument telling it which of the 10 different tasks I want it to do?

    i made a simple .htaccess file to expose the problem. I want that all request made to the folder redirect to a subfolder file "app/index.php" RewriteEngine On RewriteRule (.*) app/index.php [QSA] And this works fine on with the basic url of my hoster (like http//myname.hosting.com/htaccessFolder The problem is that i have a domain pointing on this folder, and when accessed to it, server return Internal Server Error 500. If i do this : RewriteEngine On RewriteRule (.*) somefile.php [QSA] Redirection works only when file does not exists (404 not found error occured). when the file exists i get a 500 error too. I've asked the hosting support without success for the moment..

    I have a file that has 22268 rows BY 2521 columns. When I try to read in the file using this line of code: file <- read.table(textfile, skip=2, header=TRUE, sep="\t", fill=TRUE, blank.lines.skip=FALSE) I get the following error: Warning message: In scan(file, what, nmax, sep, dec, quote, skip, nlines, na.strings, : number of items read is not a multiple of the number of columns I also used this command to see what rows had an incorrect number of columns: x <-count.fields("train.gct", sep="\t", skip=2) which(x != 2521) and got back a list of about 20 rows that were incorrect. Is there a way to fill these rows with NA values? I thought that is what the "fill" parameter does in the read.table function, but it doesn't appear so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a xml file , say <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <root> <user id="abcd" password="pass1"/> <user id="efg" password="pass2"/> </root> Now when a new user enters details, I want to store them in a new tag.. lets say like, the id is "hhhh" and password is"pass3" I want to add a new tag with attributes as such <user id="hhhh" password="pass3"/> to the xml file. How should I do this. Please explain in an elaborate way . I am a newbie here. Any links to tutorials or examples will be much helpful. Thanks

    I am trying to copy from a file X to this name C:\RIP2\France Clidat\Les Plus Belles Oeuvres - France Clidat\(01)3_ Un Sospiro.flac I have checked that there is no bad characters, If I force directorires it creates C:\RIP2\France Clidat\Les Plus Belles Oeuvres - France Clidat but it refuses to write the file and I do not understand why a simple test procedure foo(str: string); var f:File; begin Assign(f,str); Rewrite(f); CloseFile(f); end; will crash saying it is not a valid file name but it is! If I remove ALL blank spaces it works I am lost please Help

  • Launching default browser with html from file, then jump to specific anchor

    I need to open an html file from the program root directory and have it jump to a specified anchor. I can open the file perfectly fine with a simple System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("site.html") but as soon as I try to add the anchor to the end it ceases to be able to find the file. I was able to put the anchor in there and still have it launch with string Anchor Anchor = "file:///" + Environment.CurrentDirectory.ToString().Replace("\", "/") + "/site.html#Anchor"; System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(Anchor); However as soon as the browser launches it drops the anchor. Any suggestions?

    I want a copy of SQL Server transaction log file for "raw" analysis. What is the safest way to get a copy of that file without shutting down the database and disturbing the existing log/backups/backup schedules and just about everything. FYI, Its a SQL Server 2000 database server and I can see the log file (its about 4GB in size) and I cannot copy it as is; I get the "access denied" error when copying from explorer or command line.

    if getChildHtml('product_type_data') ? maps directly to catalog/product/view/type/simple.phtml by default, how do I map to my own file? If I wanted to create a file that would produce a small image to place on the product page, right under "availability" how would I tell magento to map to where I have put the file? From what I understand getChildHtml('product_type_data') ? defaults to the file path: catalog/product/view/type/simple.phtml so how can I customize the magento defaults and tell it to map to my custom files i've created?     Hi All I am not able to see the product/file version information, copyright information of ".so" files in Win2k8-R2. I am logged in as administrator. If i rename the same file to have it extension to some other ie. ".dll" or ".txt", then i am able to see all the information (file/version info, copyright info). Is it expected for Win2k8-R2. Is it documented somewhere?? Any help will be appreciated
