  • Can't retrieve an id through swfupload

    I'm having trouble retrieving an echoed ajax response through SWFupload. Upon uploading a file, my account.php?action=uploadphotographs echos the number 37, the text field hidFileId should then be updated with this data. I'm not sure if the file is ever properly being submitted. Is there something wrong with my code? Heres a link to my SWFUpload code: http://pastie.org/962656 Thanks a lot!

  • How to bundle C code in C shell script?

    I have a C shell script that calls two C programs - one after the another with some file handling before, in-between and afterwards. Now, as such I have three different files - one C shell script and 2 .c files. I need to give this script to other users. The problem is that I have to distribute three files - which the users must keep in the same folder and then execute the script. Is there some better way to do this? [I know I can make one C code file out of those two... but I will still be left with a shell script and a C code. Actually, the two C codes do entirely different things... so I want them to be separate]

    I realized that I can specify $(document).ready(function(){}); more than once. Suppose like this $(document).ready(function(){ var abc = "1122"; //do something.. }); $(document).ready(function(){ var abc = "def"; //do something.. }); Is this standard ? Those codes work on my FF (16.0.2). I just a little afraid that other browser may not. What actually happen ? How jQuery handle those code ? Thanks.

    Hi I have a field in mySql table called jobnumber which auto increments with each new entry. What I want to do is when a user views my form, get the value of the next 'jobnumber' . But I want to do this before any entry is made to the table. IE so when a user looks at a form it will display something like 'this is job number 6954' I have tried $rr = mysql_insert_id() but this only work after I have made an entry Can anyone help please thanks

There doesn't seem to be a field that explicitly says whether a column is UNUSED, or any view I can join to that lists the unused columns in a table. How can I easily find out which are the unused columns, so I can filter them out of ALL_TAB_COLS?

Given SQLite doesn't have full outer or right joins, I've used the full outer join without right join technique on Wikipedia with much success.     When are statements after the method call itself going to execute? private void inorderHelper(TreeNode node) { if ( node==null ) return; inorderHelper(node.leftNode); System.out.printf("%d", node.data); inorderHelper(node.rigthNode); } All I can see is that the line of codes inorderHelper(node.leftNode) will continue to iterate until node == null and the method terminates immediately before node.data is printed. I think that I didn't get well recursion but all examples I can find doesn't have statements after the recursive call. All I want to know is when are statements like System.out.printf("%d",node.data) going to execute before the method return?
