  • Set The Progress Bar Over 100% C#

    its my first time using a ProgressBar in c#. The idea is to use the ProgressBar as an health bar in a simple game. The thing is I think the bar's maximum value is 100% but i would like to give it a higher value like let's say 1000% or, not sure if it's possible, give the bar an integer value instead of a percentage. progressBar1.Increment(100); This is where I initialize the health to 100points. Even if I use this syntax: progressBar1.Increment(1000); And I subtract : progressBar1.Increment(-25); The player is loosing 1/4 of is life as if he only had 100 Health Points. Any idea how I could change the maximum Bar value? Thanks in advance.

  • Windows 7 Task bar + Chrome tab Issue

    When you have say more then one file or something open or window (not tabs), the windows 7 task bar combines or stacks them on top of each other. Well my chrome started to do that with tabs. It looks like I have more then one chrome window open, but its just tabs all in one window. So when I click on the stacked chrome on my task bar it shows a preview of each tab and then goes to that tab. I would much rather have it be one chrome icon rather then stacked and then I can select my tab. The preview for the many tabs I have open is annoying me. I know this has to be something I accidental turned on because it did not do this before nor does it do it on my other computers. Thank you.

  • Exchange 2010 Prevent Authenticated Users From Sending Email From Any Address

    I have recently been combating an SMTP AUTH attack in which one of my email accounts had been compromised and was being used to solicit spam. I have been able to identify the account and change the password however I would like to further restrict my exchange server. By default exchange 2010 allows for any authenticated user to specify any email address as the MAIL FROM address and it will accept it. Is there any way to restrict this so that only the authenticated account's email address will be able to be used as the MAIL FROM address? I have been looking through all ADPermissions for the SMTP connector however I can't find any documentation on how to accomplish this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.     I'm getting the mesage regulary inside mail.log from postfix. In special, but not only, at mails send received mailman. warning: hostname localhost does not resolve to address ::1: No address associated with hostname ::1 as well as 127.0.0.1 are defined as localhost inside /etc/hosts -- as provided by openVZ. Actually inside /etc/hosts these is configured (I removed special domains and IP for reasons): fe00::0 ip6-localnet ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix ff02::1 ip6-allnodes ff02::2 ip6-allrouters 2a01::<some IPv6> host.example.org host example.org 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost # Auto-generated hostname.     Hi! I'm a relative newbie on iPhone app development but have successfully created a tab bar app with 4 tab bar items. I would like to have a one-off registration page for users to key-in information when they open the application for the first time. The registration page should load before the view with the selection of tab bar items loads. What is the best way to do this? Also, how do I load a UIView or UIWebView before the tab bar items load?   • Opening up a link in a new tab in Firefox doesn't show address

    Sometimes for some reason, connection to a new link/address takes a long time to establish. In Firefox 11.0, the address bar will keep showing "about:blank". I take this as normal, and let me know if it isn't. If the connection is stopped for some reason, I will not be able to find out the address that I was trying to connect to. I wonder how to find out that address, both before and after the connection is stopped at "about:blank"? Thanks and regards!

    Hello Everyone! I am really frustrated and I rally hope that you will help me to solve this problem! I'm trying to build a tab bar inside a navigation controller. I used this template provided by WiredBob. My problem is that I want to add more bar items to the tab bar, but I keep getting crash! From the log: 2010-05-24 00:15:43.469 NavTab[9315:207] * Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInternalInconsistencyException', reason: '-[UITableViewController loadView] loaded the "AnnView" nib but didn't get a UITableView.' Also, I tried to fix the size of the a view in IB to fit in with the tab bar, but I couldn't! It was unchangeable. Thanks in advance :-)

    We are hosting several websites on one of our servers, and wondering if because they are on the same subnet that they have been somehow penalized. We are not inter-linking between websites. However in an attempt to have everything hosted in AWS, we will have some sites that we do want to be interlinked. If the sites resided on the same subnet, this could be bad. However, with AWS, we can allocate multiple elastic IP addresses that do reside on different subnets. How does Google deal with this?

    Ok this is somenthing unbelievable, we have a website, users sign up and receives links to confirm they signed up BUT: 1 - microsoft blocked our IP (no one with microsoft email account can receive our emails) 2 - we tryed contacting microsoft submitting the detailed form about our problem 3 - we posted 3 times in their community about our problem 4 - we tweeted they about our problem 5 - we tryed finding out some telephone support number (the few there are arent' helping at all) Do you think we solved? the answer is NO :/ We still unable to send emails from our IP to microsoft email accounts, since 3 months back. Our emails are perfect we checked all the email headers following microsoft guidelines but it seems not enought, checking our IP reputation it seems everythings ok, indeed we can send email easly to any other provider , gmail, yahoo, etc Do you know any other way to try to get help ? FULL ERROR RETURNED BY MICROSOFT: host mx1.hotmail.com[65.55.37.120] said: 550 SC-001 (COL0-MC4-F28) Unfortunately, messages from 94.23.***** weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. (in reply to MAIL FROM command) We are running NGIX + php mailer from a Virtual Private Server (No Hosting or shared hosting)
