Maven jaxb generate plugin to read xsd files from multiple directories

If i have xsd file in the following directories src/main/resources/xsd src/main/resources/schema/common src/main/resources/schema/soap How can i instruct the maven jaxb plugin to generate jaxb classes using all schema files in the above directory? I can get it to generate the class files if i specify one of the folders but i cant get i dont know how to include all three folders. Here is how i generate the files for one folder: <plugin> <groupId>org.jvnet.jaxb2.maven2</groupId> <artifactId>maven-jaxb2-plugin</artifactId> <executions> <execution> <goals> <goal>generate</goal> </goals> </execution> </executions> <configuration> <schemaDirectory>src/main/resources/xsd</schemaDirectory> </configuration> </plugin> I tried adding multiple entries in the element but it just ignores all of them if i do that. qTip jQuery Plugin not always Firing

Hi, I am using the qTip jquery plugin qTip plugin for a website I'm working on based on another thread I raised here: stack overflow thread My question is, I have a navigation bar running along the top of my screen which is basically sets the title attribute based on the tab menu you are in, these are all stored within a javascript array. For example, I have three menu options running along the top of the screen, say Menu A, Menu B and Menu C. I also have an information image positioned at the rightmost position of the nav bar, which I set the title attribute, based on the Menu option selected in the Nav Bar. For example: Menu A => myRole[0] = "Admin" Menu B => myRole[1] = "Manager" Menu C => myRole[2] = "Guest" So basically as the user clicks on each of the menus in the nav bar, I set the title attribute in the information image to either "Admin","Manager" or "Guest". At startup, the qTip plugin works and displays "Admin" when I hover over it but when I change the menu to Menu C, it still displays "Admin" instead of "Guest" From the looks of it, it doesn't seem to be calling the qTip plugin, which I have positioned at the footer of the screen (see actual code below). Stubbing an ActsAs Rails Plugin

I need to create a plugin much like Authlogic (or even just add on to Authlogic), but due to requirements beyond my control I need my plugin to authenticate using SOAP. Basically the plugin would require that anyone accessing the controller (before_filter would be fine) would have to authenticate first. I have ZERO control over the login page, or the SOAP server, I am simply a client attempting to authenticate to the providers SOAP Web Service. Here is what happens.. before_filter realizes that no session[:credential] is set, and forwards the user to the url on the providers servers. The user enters their credentials, and once authenticated, the web service forwards the user to a URL that has been entered by their sysadmins, attaching a token to the url on its way back. I need to take that token, append it to some parameters stored in a local YAML file, and make the SOAP call to the providers server. If all goes as planned, I need to set session[:credential] to the result of the SOAP call, and forward the user to the root page. Subsequent calls to the before_filter will not make the SOAP call, because session[:credential] is set. Ideally I think this would be awesome to slap on top of Authlogic, but I'm not sure how to do this, So I started to create my own acts_as_soap_authentic plugin, which isn't causing errors, but doesn't do anything.. Anyone have any pointers, or tips as to how I can get the ball rolling here? It seems simple, but is proving not to be..

Inserting an element within jQuery Validation plugin's error template

I'm utilizing the jQuery Validation plugin for my form. It lets you change the errorElement and wrap the errorElement using with the wrapper option. But, I want to insert an element within errorElement like this: <label class="error"><em></em>Error message goes here</label> Is there an easy way to accomplish inserting the em tag? I've tried prepending the em tag using the errorPlacement option (see below), but it seems the plugin is replacing the contents of errorElement afterwards. $.validator.setDefaults({ errorPlacement: function(error, element) { error.prepend('<em/>'); error.insertBefore(element); } }); I've also tried prepending the em tag using the showErrors option (see below). Cannot redeploy to remote tomcat 7 with using cargo-maven-plugin

I am attempting to build and redeploy to a remote tomcat 7 server using the cargo-maven plugin. I have been able to successfully deploy to the remote server, but all other actions fail. PowerPoint PlugIn does not read defaults from .dll.config file

I'm working on a very simple PowerPoint plugin, and I'm quite a bit stumped. In my settings.settings file, I have configured a setting "StartPath", which references where the PowerPoint plugin will navigate to using a Browser component. After I compile the application, and run the installer generated by the Setup project, the application is installed and uses the default value in the settings file. However, if I edit the application.dll.config file, the plugin still uses the old values. How can I set things up such that the plugin references the .dll.config file and not its default settings? Jquery plugin seems to leak memory no matter what I do

I've recently been tasked with ferreting out some memory leaks in an application for my work. I've narrowed down one of the big leaks to a jquery plugin. It appears we're using a modified version of a popular context menu jquery plugin. It looks like one of the developers before me attempted to add a destroy method. I noticed it wasn't very well written and attempted to rewrite. Here's the meat of my destroy method: if (menu.childMenus) { for (var i = 0; i < menu.childMenus.length; i++) { $(menu.childMenus[i]).destroy(menu.childMenus[i], 'contextmenu'); } } var recursiveUnbind = function(node) { $(node).unbind(); //$(node).empty().remove(); $.each(node, function(obj) { recursiveUnbind(obj); }); }; $.each(menu, function() { recursiveUnbind(menu); }); $(menu).empty().remove(); In my mind this code should blow away all the jquery event binding and remove the dom elements, yet still the plugin leaks gobs of memory in IE7. make java plugin use the browser certificates

We have a java applet that communicates with a spring application running on tomcat and using spring's http invoker. We want to secure the applet using ssl with client authentication, we have a jsp page for login, after successful login the applet loads. The jsp page is secured with ssl, when the applet loads the http invoker inside the applet is doing a second handshake apparently not related to the browser handshake, OK, I don't mind that, but I want the java plugin to use browser certificates and client certificates but its not, I have to load the client certificate to the java plugin also using the java ControlPanel, and if my server's certificate is self signed then I have to load the server certificate also to the java ControlPanel and to the nrowser. Another thing is when the applet starts loading the java plugin pops a dialog asking for the client keystore password, I would like to avoid that. So to conclude: I would like the java plugin to use the browser's trusted certificates and client certificates, and to avoid the keystore password dialog that pops up. I have googled for it for two days and can't find any clue of how to accomplish that. I will appreciate any help. I'm using jdk 1.6.0 u23 and firefox 3.6.13.

Temporarily disable vim plugin without relaunching

I'm using c-support in Vim. One of it's features is the automatic comment expansion. When I'm pasting code into Vim from an external editor, the comments are expanded (which gives me double-comments and messes up the paste - see below for example). I'd like to be able to disable the plugin, paste, then re-enable it, without relaunching Vim. I'm not sure if this is possible. The SO questions here, here and here all describe methods to disable plugins, but they all require me to close Vim, mess with my .vimrc or similar, and relaunch; if I have to close Vim, I might as well cat file1 >> myfile; vim myfile, then shift the lines internally, which will be just as quick. Is it possible to disable a plugin while running vim without relaunching, preferably in a way which allows me to map a hot-key toggle-plugin (so re-sourcing ~/.vimrc is alright; that's mappable to a hotkey [I imagine, haven't tried it yet])? Java split giving opposite order of arabic characters

I am splitting the following string using \\| in java (android) using the IntelliJ 12 IDE. Everything is fine except the last part, somehow the split picks them up in the opposite order : As you can see the real positioning 34,35,36 is correct and according to the string, but when it gets picked out into split part no 5 its in the wrong order, 36,35,34 ... Any way I can get them to be in the right order? PHP dynamic Page-level DocBlocks

I was wondering if there is a way to interact with the Page-level DocBlocks. My question is more specifically about wordpress plugin development, but this question has arised also in a non-wordpress environments. The reason is mainly the possibility to easily change VERSIONS and names throughout a large project with maybe a constant definition - but that will reflect also in the docblock.. The following example Docblock is from a wordpress plugin I write - /* Plugin Name: o99 Auxilary Functions v0.4.7 Plugin URI: http://www.myurl.com Description: some simple description that nobody reads. Version: 0.4.7 Author: my cool name Author URI: http://www.ok-alsouri.com */ Is there a way to transform it into : $ver = '0.4.7'; $uri = 'http://www.myurl.com'; $desc = 'some simple description that nobody reads.'; $mcn = 'my cool name'; etc.. etc.. /* Plugin Name: o99 Auxilary Functions ($ver) Plugin URI: ($uri) Description: ($desc) Version: ($ver) Author: ($mcn) Author URI: ($$uri) */ obviously for echo to work I would need to break the docblock itself, and I can not WRITE the docblock directly into it´s own file . In shorts : can I "generate" a docblock with php itself somehow (I would think that the answer is - "no" for the page itself.. But maybe I am wrong and someone has some neat hack :-) ) Is that even possible ?

Classes in same package

I love the Intellij IDEA but i have been stacked on one little problem with Java imports. So for example there is a package with name "example" and two different classes in it: A.java and B.java. And i wanna get access to class "A" from class "B" without imports. Like this: class A: package example; public class A{ ... some stuff here ...} class B: package example; public class B{ public static void main(String[] args){ A myVar = 1234; } } This code may not work, but it's doesn't matter. Trouble just with IDE and with its mechanism of importing classes. So, problem is that i can't see A class from B. Idea says 'Cant resolve symbol' but i actually know that class A exists in package. Next strange is that complier works fine and there are no exceptions. Just IDEA can't see the class in the same package. Does anybody has any ideas?

jQuery Plugin for TinyMCE callback

I am using the jQuery plugin from the jQuery build of TinyMCE. This simplified code initializes the editor: $('textarea.tinymce').tinymce({ script_url : '../js/libraries/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js' }); This loads tiny_mce.js via AJAX. I have code that I want to run once this file is loaded. I essentially want to specify a callback function, but there is no mention of this in the documentation for the plugin. Any ideas? I would be up for adding the functionality if it is not there but I cannot find an uncompressed version of the plugin.

Hi I have compiled Mozilla NPAPI plugin example npruntime on Mac OSX 10.5. It give me a libnprt.dylib I am bundling this dylib with proper plist. On loading the plugin, NP_GetMIMEDescription() is getting called (i am logging this), but its not going inside NP_GetEntryPoints(). How a part of code is getting loaded and a part not? Can you suggest me of any other documentation or example code? Any light on "How to make an NPAPI plugin for Mac"? Advance thanks -Parimal Das

How to represent "options" for my plugin architecture (C# .NET WinForms)

Okay basically here's where I'm at. I have a list of PropertyDescriptor objects. These describe the custom "Options" fields on my Plugins, aka: public class MyPlugin : PluginAbstract, IPlugin { [PluginOption("This controls the color of blah blah blah")] [DefaultValue(Color.Red)] public Color TheColor { get; set; } [PluginOption("The number of blah blah blahs")] [DefaultValue(10)] public int BlahBlahBlahs { get; set; } } So I did all the hard parts: I have all the descriptions, default values, names and types of these custom "plugin options". MY QUESTION IS: When a user loads a plugin, how should I represent these options for them to config? On the back end I'll be using XML for the config, so that's not what I'm asking. I'm asking on the front end: What kind of WinForms control should I use to let users configure the options of a plugin, when there will be an unknown amount of options and different types used etc.?

Validation plugin hijacks click function?

Absolute newbie question, any help is highly appreciated :) I am using curvycorners (http://www.curvycorners.net/) in combination with the jQuery validation plugin (http://bassistance.de/jquery-plugins/jquery-plugin-validation/), and I'm having problems getting the div to redraw the rounded corners when I do like this: $("input[type='submit']").click(function(e) { curvyCorners.redraw(); }); When I click the submit-button the first time the form validates, the validation error-message pops up and expands the div, causing the layout to go ugly. However when I click on it the second time the rounded corners redraw nicely. Could it be that my validation plugin hijacks my initial click? How do I go about this? Any hint is very much appreciated.

I am trying to use acts_as_audited plugin. Should I be installing it as a gem (put it in environment.rb) or a plugin? what is the advantage of one over the other. Later on I plan to put this app on the clients server for permanent hosting. so am I better off having it as a gem? if it is as a gem ...when i put the app on the clients server..will I not have to get this plugin again?

In my maven project I want to assemble an ipkg file (This is like a Debian Package but for embedded systems). For this I need to create AR archives with the assembly plugin. In the plugin documentation I found this: "and any other format that the ArchiveManager has been configured for". But I can't find out how to "configure" the "ArchiveManager". How can I do this? Or better: Maybe someone already did this and I can use an already existing plugin?

I've got a bunch of websites that use a few Prototype/Scriptaculous plugins such as lightbox and modalbox, hence include references to these two libraries on various pages. I now need to implement a slideshow on every page, and to follow suit, I need a Prototype cycle or slideshow plugin. The requirements are fairly simple: images should fade-in/out every N seconds four controls: prev, pause, play, next i'd prefer to add images to the slideshow via JavaScript; not by adding too many tags Can any one suggest an existing plugin that can be customized easily and is not bloated like most of the other plugins. Writing simple flash plugin for flowplayer

Hello all, I'm trying to write a simple plugin for the flash player flowplayer (documentation for writing a plugin for flowplayer can be found here). I'm new to flash and I think I'm having a problem connecting the .fla file to the .as file when compiling into a .swf. As it is, when I include the plugin, the player doesn't show up. I've set the .fla's document class to the .as file and added the .as file to the .fla's publishing classpath. The .as file can be found here and the .fla file can be found here Any ideas?

I'm curious how to specify options to a jQuery plugin in a way that some are required, some are optionally overridden, and some can't be touched. I started off with the usual: jQuery.fn.plugin = function (options){ var defaults = { username: "", posts:10, api: "http://myapi.com" } var settings = jQuery.extend({}, defaults, options); } Let's say I want username to be required, posts is optional (defaults to 10) and you (you being the user of the plugin) can't change api, even if they try. Ideally, they'd all still be in the same data structure instead of being split into separate objects. Ideas?

How to access a plugin model from a regular controller in PHP Cake 1.1

Hopefully a simple question: I've a plugin which uses a set of tables (kb_items, kb_item_tags, etc). and I'd like to be able to access these models from another controller (say, my Pages controller), thus: class PagesController extends AppController{ function knowledgebase(){ $items = $this->KbItem->findAll(...); } } I am admittedly breaking the rules a little (by not placing this controller inside the knowledge base plugin), but this in this case its a custom page that doesn't need to be part of the knowledge base plugin code base. Please let me know if you need more details. Thanks in advance for any help!
