  How do I dynamically detect what profile/configuration is being used and what JSRs are supported? I know that you can dynamically detect supported classes, but I would be surprised if picking a random class that should only be in a particular profile/configuration were the proper way of doing this.

  I was just wondering if it would be possible to bind the list of available FontStyles and FontWeights to a ComboBox? For example, to bind the list of fonts to a combobox you can use: FontComboBox.ItemsSource = Fonts.SystemFontFamilies; Can I also have something for : FontStyleComboBox.ItemsSource = .... FontWeightComboBox.ItemsSource = .... ? Would it require reflection on the System.Windows.FontWeights and System.Windows.FontStyles classes or would there be an easier way than that? Thanks

  Say I have one class ClassBig with 100 methods inside, and a second with only 10 methods ClassSmall When I have objects at runtime ClassBig big = new ClassBig(); ClassSmall small = new ClassSmall(); Does the larger class take up more memory space? If both classes contained an identical method, does the larger class take longer to execute it?

  i have a ubuntu 10.04 with nginx /0.8.54 running as a load balance proxy named: www.local.com I have two IIS backend servers which responds on Host header request web1.local.com web2.local.com Problem: When i hit my nginx balancer on www.local.com my backend servers respond with the default server blank webpage (IIS default page) since they are waiting for a right host header (e.g. web1.local.com) my nginx.conf upstream backend { server web1.local.com:80; server web2.local.com:80; } server { listen 80; location / { proxy_pass http://backend; proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr; proxy_set_header Host $proxy_host; } } any hint ?

However still they are NOT deprecated, and deemed as legacy when essentially, deprecation is applied to software features that are superseded and should be avoided, so, I am not sure when is a API deemed legacy and when it is deprecated.

I have quite a bit of "internal" functionality in this project and don't want Doxygen producing these signatures in the generated html it produces. I have tried enabling HIDE_FRIEND_COMPOUNDS but this still results in my internal classes being exposed in the generated documentation. Does anyone know how to do this?

I encountered the following C++ code: String source = String::New("'Hello' + ', World'"); As what I understand so far, this should be a call to static member function 'New' of class 'String'. But, I've searched through the whole header file defining 'String', there is not any static member named 'New' in the String class or its super classes. Is there any special meaning attached to String class or the New member function in C++?

  I have configured an SSH tunnel to forward my web traffic from hostA to hostC using this command on hostA: ssh -D 2222 user@hostC after configuring my browser to use a proxy on port 2222. This works great. However, I now want to forward the same traffic through an intermediate SSH connection on hostB in order to get to hostC. I tried this on hostA: ssh user@hostB -L 2222:hostB:22 but I get "channel x: open failed" errors. Does anyone know the correct way of doing this?

I was using generic and for each loop, both being feature of java 1.5, and it compiled quite fine when used in backend means in simple java classes.   I have an interface DataSeries with a method int[] getRawData(); For various reasons (primarily because I'm using this with MATLAB, and MATLAB handles int[] well) I need to return an array rather than a List. I don't want my implementing classes to return the int[] array because it is mutable. What is the most efficient way to copy an int[] array (sizes in the 1000-1000000 length range) ? Is it clone()?
