    I have a undirected graph with about 100 nodes and about 200 edges. One node is labelled 'start', one is 'end', and there's about a dozen labelled 'mustpass'. I need to find the shortest path through this graph that starts at 'start', ends at 'end', and passes through all of the 'mustpass' nodes (in any order).     I have the database table logs as the following: I would like to extract the last entry of device, pollDate, status. For eg. deviceId, pollDate, status 1, 2010-95-06 10:53:28, 1 3, 2010-95-06 10:26:28, 1 I tried to run the following query but the distinct only selects the first records, not the latest SELECT DISTINCT deviceId, pollDate, status FROM logs GROUP By deviceId ORDER BY pollDate DESC So, could you please help me to extract the latest entries from the table?     Hello, I have a transparent table with width:100% which contains some html content. I use the table in order to position a content element on the screen center. The table captures mouse events, and the user can't press on links which are positioned beneath it (although it is transparent). Is there a way to tell the browser to ignore events on the table?     After I get 3 rows in my forum_threads table this no longer does it's job; to organize a list of active forum threads and put the most recently responded-to thread at the top of the list, followed by second most recent posted-to thread, followed by third, fourth, etc. Like I said, the query works wonders up until there is a fourth row added to forum_threads.     I have a custom portlet made for liferay and sometimes it throws an exception. Why it throws exceptions is irrelevant. How to catch exceptions thrown by portlet handler methods in order to email information about them? I know I could do try catching on every handler method but it would be a much more elegant and cleaner solution to catch the exception on a higher level and just email some information about the error. I'm using Spring Portlet MVC, so i got all spring-related niceties at hand.
