I implemented as mentioned at several places the: target-densityDpi=device-dpi < meta content="minimum-scale=1.0, width=device-width, , target- densityDpi=device-dpi, maximum-scale=0.6667, user-scalable=no" name="viewport" / it works great within the 'android browser' but in my Webview Application it still resize!!   • Read nested Lua table who key is a System.Double

    Using C# and LuaInterface, I am trying to read a nested table, but am getting a null LuaTable when I try to open the key containing the table. The .lua file: DB = { ["inventory"] = { [10001] = { ["row"] = 140, ["count"] = 20, }, [10021] = { ["row"] = 83, ["count"] = 3, }, [10075] = { ["row"] = 927, ["count"] = 15, }, } } I can successfully foreach the entries under inventory, by opening that table with: LuaTable tbl = lua.GetTable("DB.inventory"); foreach (DictionaryEntry de in tbl) ... What I cannot do is open an inventory item and enumerate its entries the same way. Is this because the key is a System.Double type? This fails: LuaTable tbl = lua.GetTable("DB.inventory.10001"); foreach (DictionaryEntry de in tbl) with an exception, because tbl is null. Effectively, once I enumerate the keys (inventory items), I then want to drill down into the nested table and work with those contents. As you can see, I am not able to get a reference to the nested table the way I am doing it.

    Can anybody help me with retrieving some elements from the following example text: sdfaasdflj asdfjl;a AB-12/34 BC-/85 CD-//8 DD-77 DE-78/9 EE-78-98 asdf; asdjf It is necessary to get the following elements: AB-12/34, BC-/85, CD-//8, DD-77, DE-78/9 When I'm using a regular expression like this: \s*(?<elements>\b[A-Z]{2}-[/0-9]+\b) everything works fine - all the necessary elements are being retrieved (except for the EE element are amonth them, but it doesn't matter). The problem is that this line is a part of a more complex regex, so when I'm trying to apply a regex like this: (?s).*\sas.*? \s*(?<elements>\b[A-Z]{2}-[/0-9]+\b)*.* .*as It only returns me just the first AB-12/34 element and nothing else. How to correct the regex to get all the elements? TIA.

    Hi I am getting DateString in JavaScript from the TextBox like, var dateString = document.getElementById('<%= txtEffDate.ClientID %>').value; dateString value may be in following format. en-US - "4/29/2010" fr-FR - "29/04/2010" de-DE - "29.04.2010" it-IT - "29/04/2010" es-ES - "29/04/2010" zh-CN - "2010/4/29" ja-JP - "2010/04/29" sv-SE - "2010-04-29" And converting this to Date Object as follows, var d1 = new Date(dateString); though its giving me the wrong result like for fr-FR "29/04/2010" == "Fri May 4 00:00:00 UTC+0530 2012" Which is completely irrelevant, How should I get the correct Date ?     I will have one streaming-server (W2k8, unknown streaming protocol [rtsp, mss, http]) and half dozen streaming-servers as proxies to save bandwidth. I have read the documentation and installed the modules, but I am unsure how I have to configure the proxy's according to http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/ee126142(en-us,WS.10).aspx - as a proxy or reverse proxy and how I minimize the bandwidth needs between origin server and proxy's. What is the best way to realize my setup? Any short how-tos? How can I announce all players to use the proxy? Route all rtsp/mms/http-requests through my proxy? Announce the proxy with DHCP-releases?   • jQuery - Add click event to Div and go to first link found

    Hi guys, I think I've been too much time looking at this function and just got stuck trying to figure out the nice clean way to do it. It's a jQuery function that adds a click event to any div with a click CSS class found in the page and when clicked it redirects the user to the first link found in the div. function clickabledivs() { $('.click').each( function (intIndex) { $(this).bind("click", function(){ window.location = $( "#"+$(this).attr('id')+" a:first-child" ).attr('href'); }); } ); } The code simply works although I'm pretty sure there is a fairly better way to accomplish it, specially the selector I am using: $( "#"+$(this).attr('id')+" a:first-child" ) looks too long and slow.     Hi, whenever I add a new domain into my new Plesk control panel on my dedicated server it creates a whole bunch of test files in the cgi-bin, httpdocs and httpsdocs. There must be some setting somewhere where I can tell Plesk not to do this? I've done a good Google search but must now turn to the StackOverflow masses :) Yours, Chris

    I've been working on a computational physics project (plotting related rates of chemical reactants with respect to eachother to show oscillatory behavior) with a fair amount of success. However, one of my simulations involves more than two active oscillating agents (five, in fact) which would obviously be unsuitable for any single visual plot... My scheme was hence to have the user select which two reactants they wanted plotted on the x-axis and y-axis respectively. I tried (foolishly) to convert string input values into the respective variable names, but I guess I need a radically different approach if any exist? I don't know how to change this to onclick instead so that the thumbnails will scroll left and right only when the buttons are clicked. Any help or ideas on how to do this? Thanks!   • Flex: Is it worth upgrading to Flex 4?

    Hi, I'm in the process of building my first serious Flex application and have started out using Flex 3.4 even though 4.0 was available mainly due to the larger number of resources. But now I feel very comfortable with the Flex API's, is it worth upgrading to Flex 4? What are the benefits?   • How to determine if an event is already subscribed

    Hi, In my .NET application I am subscribing to events from another class. The subscription is conditional. I am subscribing to events when the control is visible and de-subscribing it when it become invisible. However in some conditions I do not want to de-subscribe the event even if the control is not visible as I want the result of an operation which is happening on background thread . Is there any way through which I can determine if a that class has already subscribed to that event. I know we can do it in the class which will raise that event by checking event with null but I don not know how to do it in a class which will subscribe to that event.

  • Ruby does 'elseif' still exist

    I'm just learning ROR and I came across the if / else statements. I also came across 'elseif' but my text editor (textmate) doesn't pick it up as a keyword, not does the program run properly. if name == 'Chris' puts 'What a lovely name.' elseif name == 'Katy' puts 'What a lovely name!' end I'm using the book, Learn to Program, which was written several years ago. I was wondering if the 'elseif' was changed because when I simply use 'else' it seems to function properly

    Why does static char *opcode_str[] = { "DATA" , "DATA_REQUEST_ACK" , "ACK_TIMER_EXPIRED" , "ACK_UNEXPECTED_SEQ" , "ACK_AS_REQUESTED" } ; work, but static char **opcode_str = { "DATA" , "DATA_REQUEST_ACK" , "ACK_TIMER_EXPIRED" , "ACK_UNEXPECTED_SEQ" , "ACK_AS_REQUESTED" } ; fails with SEGV when opcode_str[0] is printf'd? I think it's because the second listing has not allocated memory for the five element array of pointers, but I need a more comprehensive explanation. All the best, Chris.

  • Can a Domain Specific Language (DSL) be localized?

    I have never written a DSL, but I am considering it as a feature for a new project (hypothetical). It would be for end users to be able to express in natural language concepts such as weekdays between 10 and 11 except on the first monday of the month. Dutch users might write weekdagen tussen 10 en 11 behalve op de eerste maandag van de maand. In this case the position of the words seems to match, but there may be expressions where the position of verbs/nouns etc. could be different between languages. I realise the obvious answer (it depends). I am a .NET developer and I consider using Boo but I'm open to suggestions. I need to understand wether each translation requires rewriting a part of the implementation (which part) or if there is a way to do actual translations, maybe in some sort of preprocessor. Thanks!
