My goal is to bind a DDL according to the following hierarchy (example): Id: 1, MenuId: 1, ParentMenuItemId: -1, Text: 'One' Id: 2, MenuId: 1, ParentMenuItemId: 1, Text: 'Two' Id: 3, MenuId: 1, ParentMenuItemId: 1, Text: 'Three' Id: 4, MenuId: 1, ParentMenuItemId: 2, Text: 'Four' Id: 5, MenuId: 1, ParentMenuItemId: 4, Text: 'Five' Requested result in DDL: One -- Two ---- Four ------ Five -- Three I think it should contain 'WITH' SQL command.     I've imported a CSV file having the first column to be date-time values in ISO 8601 format like 2012-01-01T00:00:00.000Z for the first moment of the year 2012. Then, willing to make LibreOffice to recognize the format (as I was looking forward to plot a diagram), I've selected the column, chosen Format Cells... and entered the custom time format as YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.000Z And this seems to work if... I edit a cell to remove a hidden single-quote from its beginning (which serves to protect a cell content from being interpreted) as all the newly formatted cells now store values like '2012-01-01T00:00:00.000Z (note the single quote - it is only visible when you edit a particular cell). And I am to do so for all the cells in the column. How can I automate this? UPDATE: I've already found a solution for the particular case of mine: it helps to set a column format to "time" in the CSV import dialogue. But I am still curious how could this be done in case I wouldn't have the original .csv data file to import but only the .ods file with the data already imported without the format specified at the import time.

    There are several SQL split functions, from loop driven, to using xml commands, and even using a numbers table. I haven't found one that supports text qualifiers. Using the example string below, I would like to split on ",", but not when it appears between double or single quotes. Example data: [email protected], "Sally \"Heat\" Jones" <[email protected]>, "Mark Jones" <[email protected]>, "Stone, Ron" <[email protected]> Should return a table: [email protected] "Sally \"Heat\" Jones" <[email protected]> "Mark Jones" <[email protected]> "Stone, Ron" <[email protected]> I know this is a complex query/function, but any suggestions or any guidance would be mucho appreciated.

    Do you know of any text editor that can be used with a spell checker which is smart enough to ignore XHML/CSS and javascript tags? The requirements would be: It must run in Linux; It must be free and open source; It doesn't need to have WYSIWYG capabilities, but they would be welcome. It must have built in "tag skipping" capabilities or be configurable to skip (X)HTML tags, CSS and embedded Javascript; It doesn't need to have a HTML validator, but if it does it will be a plus; I've tried to use spell checker plugins for Kate, HTML validators for Firefox, Eclipse's HTML editor, but I couldn't find a solution that have a speel checker that ignores hml tags.   • How to remove that extra text from URL titles in Firefox browser?

    I am using Firefox with Vimperator. On Mac I use Shiori to bookmark. I also use Pinboard's default add-on (on both Mac and Windows, but mainly on Windows as there's no Shiori). When I used to bookmark, I had this behaviour[A] (before changing Vimperator options): Example: URL: xyz.com TITLE: xyz website Pinboard add-on would fetch the title as xyz website which was fine (I reckon it directly fetches TITLE form the URL). But after installing and starting to use Shiori the title I was getting in its "title" field was xyz website - Vimperator exactly the same what I could see in tabs (seems it's getting what the browser is feeding it). So, I :set titlestring= in Vimperator to remove that extra Vimperator from title. Now, this is what I am getting [B]: When I try to bookmark using Pinboard add-on the title is undefined Using Shiori it results in xyz website - undefined. I tried to change it back to original[C] :set titlestring=Mozilla Firefox (assuming this was the original, before Vimperator) but the results are still the same as [B]. How to get read of that extra - undefined or that extra - Vimperator or - Mozilla Firefox for that matter, while bookmarking pages either with Pinboard add-on or Shiori? One workaround is, instead of no string just add a white-space while setting title in Firefox via Vimperator there but that results in - appended to titles.

There will be a variable number of items, based on a php query. I've come up with this to change the price based on the itemcode: $("input[name^='itemcode_item_1']").keyup(function () { var codeprice = this.value.substring(2,6); $("input[name^='price_item_1']").val(codeprice); }); $("input[name^='itemcode_item_2']").keyup(function () { var codeprice = this.value.substring(2,6); $("input[name^='price_item_2']").val(codeprice); }); However while it does that, it also stops the item_total from updating. Also, I feel there must be a way to not need to write a numbered function for each item on the list. I know I am a bit clueless here, but javascript of any kind is not my thing.

  • How can you add two lines of text on a single line in Word 2010?

    Odd title, wasn't sure how to word it. Basically, I have two separate fonts I want to be on the same line, for resume purposes. My name is in a large font at the top, and I want my email and website address right-aligned directly beside it, one on top of the other. However, I want the email and website to combine to the same height as my name. Is this even possible with Word? Surely it is. Here is an awesome graphic of what I'm hoping for.     When I try to connect to my CentOS 6.2 x86_64 server's samba shares using address \\REPO (NETBIOS name of REPO), it times out and shows an error; if I do so directly via IP, it works fine.     I need a regexp to match something like this, 'text' | 'text' | ... | 'text'(~text) = 'text' | 'text' | ... | 'text' I just want to divide it up into two sections, the part on the left of the equals sign and the part on the right. Any of the 'text' entries can have "=" between the ' characters though. I was thinking of trying to match an even number of 's followed by a =, but I'm not sure how to match an even number of something.. Also note I don't know how many entries on either side there could be. I typed in "boobs" on EncyclopediaDramatica's search because, well, it's a really funny page. But now I've got a problem... EVERY TIME I click a search feild in Chrome now, it shows "boobs" as the first suggestion in the drop down! This is not really socially acceptable as this laptop goes with me everywhere and Chrome is my primary browser. Is there a way I can isolate and remove just that one entry?

Below there's an example of what's inside of the css box i created. How can I align these three elements (calendar and icon to the left , a text link to the center, and the other date field to the right ?) correctly ? I've tried several things but the problem is getting it aligned properly. I want to change everything in this application that has been created with tables, to css. And I've been an 80% succesful so far. I'd like to see some easy to understand code, to see how I can apply it on my code. Thank you for your kind help. I might be burned out due to stress.   • Why am I not getting text into /var/log/messages?

    Good Morning, Today, I went to look at a backup RHEL5 server that doesn't usually need to get looked at very often. I found that /var/log/messages existed, but had a size of zero. Similarly, messages.1, messages.2, messages.3, and messages.4 are also all empty. /var/log/messages has its correct permissions. (755) Reboot - No help. rm -f /var/log/messages* and service syslog restart - No help. What am I missing?
