    Hey Everyone, I've got what I'm hoping is a simple question. In the Delphi IDE, the path to the Delphi installation is specified as $(DELPHI). I am wondering if there is a way to create my own path indicators, such as $(MY_LIBRARY) or something similar. I thought $(DELPHI) was specified as an environment variable, but apparently not.     Hey I am having some issues while using Nggalley plugin for wordpress the plugin makes use of a JW player and JW player needs an XML - so it requests link like this http://nextgen-gallery.com/index.php?callback=imagerotator&gid=1&149 The lay &xxx really creaps me out couse I am using it for joomla and joomla doesn't like this I am assuming that this has to do with wordpress but still unsure. what does this ending of URL really mean? PS. I would never ever use wordpress plugin in joomla but my client uses and I have to fix it

I have been told time and time again to check if form input is a number if you are expecting a number or escape it in case (unless you use proper mysqli formatting) to avoid injection. 1.After the safety checks are done, should I do additional logic checks? For example, if the user is sending a friend request to them-self for example even if my user interface will not show the form if the user is looking at their own page.

    Hey all, I have a CustomValidator, RequiredFieldValidator and ValidationSummary controls on an aspx page to check the current password and make sure the new password is not blank. When I click submit I get the js alert() box from the summary control telling me about just the RequiredFieldValidator being false, but the client script for the CustomValidator does not seem to get its return value used. I have checked the "arguments.IsValid" value using FireBug, so it is getting called and returning the correct bool, but it never shows up in the val summary box? Thanks, Goosey

    Hey there, I just wanted to build my App for submitting it to the AppStore - it includes the widely used three20 framework. As the Debug Versions on the Dev-Devices worked great, i'm having trouble compiling the project for distribution. XCode says: No architectures to compile for (ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH=YES, active arch=armv6, VALID_ARCHS=i386). Any idea what's happening there? I've tried to google it, but i haven't found a solution yet.     Hey guys I have an admin page that checks if you are admin before submitting any queries, and contains a header to the index page if you are not admin, but I am worried about protecting the page. I am concerned someone may be able to destroy my database with it. Does anyone have any recommendation into protecting a page like this, if not, should I just manually admin my database through phpmyadmin and delete the page all together?

Scale works like a percentage, and there's no way to get the width, height, or depth of the DAE once in flash. I want to be able to specify the size of DAE in 3D space relative to other pv3d native geometry.
