    I've created a simple background effect for some tabs on a page but don't want that effect to fire if the tab has the class 'current'. NSWorkspace returns me a list of active applications and i can sort them on a few options using NSRunningApplication. see list below: launchDate finishedLaunching processIdentifier i dont want the lauch date but the recent 'active' date (like the way cmd-tab sorts). Does anyone knows the solution for this?

    Sometimes I want a filename instead of what zsh guesses for me. For example, I have a PNG file without a proper .png suffix, which makes zsh think it isn't a picture and won't list it when I type Tab to complete arguments of display. I am wondering if there is a key sequence that completes for a filename wherever the context is, like ^XC for _correct_filename, or how to configure zsh to do the thing?

[self dismissModalViewControllerAnimated:NO] The problem is first the view opened and closed but second time view could not open.

    The Twitter app is a tab bar app on the iPhone. Nothing in any of the tabs will rotate, yet, when you click on a link from a tweet, the view controller that is pushed on top of it IS allowed to rotate. The only rotations I have ever doe is from tilting the device, landscape or portrait, but I don't understand how to use 2d transformations and animations to rotate views. How do you rotate any view with that's a subclass of UIView?

    I tried this sample here: http://9elements.com/io/projects/html5/canvas/ After a few minutes, Firefox slows down so much I can't even popup any menu. When I closed the tab, Firefox comes back to normal again. So is HTML 5 really a good choice now ?
