  • mysql error using Rails-- Please help

    Alright I am sry for the noob question but this has been driving me up a wall-especially because I got it to work yesterday and I can't remember what I did.... I am just trying to use mysql with rails with a mongrel server.     I have been using South on my project for a while, but I recently did a huge amount of development and changed development machine and I think something messed up in the process. The project works fine, but I can't apply migrations.     Is there a list somewhere of all the output message numbers from VSDB Depolyments (VsDbCmd.exe from Visual Studio Database Edition)? For example, TSD01268 = normal action successful TSD01236 = missing referenced file (fail) TSD01237 = missing script file (fail) TSD00566 = deployment script generated to _ The way we are wrapping calls to VsDbCmd.exe means catching the %errorlevel% isn't always reliable so we also like to check the output for certain error conditions. It would be nice to see a consolidated list somewhere.

    Hi, I am getting "ASP.NET Session Expired" error when viewing SQL Server 2008 reports using the Microsoft ReportViewer web control. I found this article http://balanagaraj.wordpress.com/2009/09/25/session-has-expired-in-asp-net/ which suggests to use one worker process in IIS application pool, but that may affect performance, is there any other solution for this? I tried setting "AsyncRendering" to false already and that didn't work.

I'd like to verify that my application can handle a declined credit card or something like that. So is there a way to have Paypal send an error message?     Hi - I'm trying to capture the value that's throwing a uniqueness error (or for that matter, any other type of built-in validation) to display it in the :message option. Here's what I tried (didn't work) # inside the model validate_uniqueness_of :name, :message => "#{name} has already been taken" # also tried using #{:name} I could use a custom validation, but this beats the point of using something that's already integrated into AR.     Hi! I want create a process under another user. So I use LogonUser and CreateProcessAsUser. But my problem is, that CreatePtocessAsUser always returns the errorcode 1314, which means "A required privilige is not held by the client". So my question is, what I am doing wrong? Or how can i give the priviliges to the handle? (I think the handle should have the privileges, or I am wrong?) Because my app has no config xml file for setting the Enterprise Library settings, it is throwing an error, specifically: "The configuration section for Logging cannot be found in the configuration source." "Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Logging" I would rather not add an XML config file to my app to just turn off Enterprise Library. Is there a code way to do so in my the source for my app? EDIT: I'm on EL 4.1
