    we have tried some of simple Fluent API examples. to brush up our skills we want to move ahead to complex examples. but we do not what to make as a complex fluent api. can anyone suggest what should we make or where can we get the idea about it? we have recently started writing fluent api codes in Ruby and have tested very basic ones. Now we want to move to complex ones to get better idea about it.

  • AudioQueue in-memory playback example

    Does anybody know of any examples using AudioQueue that play from an in-memory source? All the examples I can find play from files (using AudioFileReadPackets) but in my particular case I am generating the data myself in realtime so ideally, I want to enqueue the data myself rather than sucking it out of a file using the callback. Any help much appreciated.

However I also need to allow the field to be blank if so required. Valid Examples 0.952321 1.20394 12.12 25 Blank Invalid Examples 123.45678 1.1234567 Please can anyone help?

    Greetings all, I've written software in the past that uses a stack to check for balanced equations, but now I'm asked to write a similar algorithm recursively to check for properly nested brackets and parenthesis. Good examples: () [] () ([]()[]) Bad examples: ( (] ([)] Suppose my function is called: isBalanced. Should each pass evaluate a smaller substring (until reaching a base case of 2 left)? Or, should I always evaluate the full string and move indices inward?

  • DurandalJS vs AngularJS?

    I'm looking for a JS framework to build an SPA and found DurandalJS and AngularJS. Can anyone compare these two frameworks? I did find many articles that compares AngularJS and KnockoutJS, and they say AngularJS is more than data binding, so I think DurandalJS may be the one to compare. I did a little research on AngularJS, it is good but one thing is bad: the $ prefix does not work when minified, although there is an ugly workaround. And someone said Twitter Bootstrap does not work well with it (I didn't check). For DurandalJS, I still cannot find the samples (http://durandaljs.com/documentation/Understanding-the-Samples/), so it's hard to say. PS: are they working well with TypeScript? Best regards, Zach

  • Can one use polygon() or equivalent in lattice and ggplot2 plots?

    Is it possible to annotate lattice (or ggplot2) figures with elements created with polygon() (or elements created with a similar function) from the graphics library? I'm not too familiar with either library beyond examples of simple graphs posted on the web and printed in Deepayan Sarkar's book. Therefore, while I have code for what I've been doing in R with the graphics library, pointing me to relevant, equivalent functions and usage examples for lattice or ggplot2 specifically would be appreciated.     I want to use the #! token to make my GWT application crawlable, as described here: http://code.google.com/web/ajaxcrawling/ There is a GWT sample app available online that uses this, for example: http://gwt.google.com/samples/Showcase/Showcase.html#!CwRadioButton Will serve the following static webpage to the googlebot: http://gwt.google.com/samples/Showcase/Showcase.html?_escaped_fragment_=CwRadioButton I want my GWT app to do something similar. In short, I'd like to serve a different flavor of the page whenever the _escaped_fragment_ parameter is found in the URL. What should I modify in order for the server to serve something else (a static page, or a page dynamically generated through a headless browser like HTML Unit)? I'm guessing it could be the web.xml file, but I'm not sure. (Note: I thought of checking the Showcase app provided with the GWT SDK, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to support serving static files on _escaped_fragment_ and it doesn't use the #! token..)

  • Actionscript can't call javasript from locally-saved html

    I try to perform calling of a javascript function from actionscript 3.0 thru ExternalInterface.call(). I've seen a lot of online examples where the method works perfectly. But all downloaded copies of the examples don't work. Flash player can't call javasript due to the swf-html container security problems. I've already tried to set allowScriptAccess value from "sameDomain" to "always". It haven't solved the problem.

  • Variable 'app' in url-pattern for servlet mapping

    I'm learning Spring MVC (and servlets in general) and following springsource's mvc-ajax example, which uses annotated controller methods. It appears that there is only one url-pattern (in web.xml) mapped to a servlet in that example: /app/* I've deployed the app as a WAR file, and the actual, ugly URL I'm requesting is http://127.0.0.1:8080/org.springframework.samples.mvc.ajax-1.0.0-20100407.233245-1/account. So, it appears that 'app' in '/app/*' is a variable corresponding to 'org.springframework.samples.mvc.ajax-1.0.0-20100407.233245-1', however, it isn't universal because it isn't usable in my own app, and it contradicts my understanding that url-pattern contains the portion of the URL after the app name. So, what is 'app'? Where is it configured?

  • problem with trying to create ssms add-in

    I'm trying to create an add-in for SSMS 2008 and/or 2008 R2 but I've run into a problem straight away. I can get my add-in to work and on SSMS start-up get it to simply show a message box. However, after downloading various code-samples, when trying to reference Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.UI.VSIntegration.ServiceCache I get a null reference exception: Commands2 commands = (Commands2)ServiceCache.ExtensibilityModel.Commands; I get this problem when using SSMS 2008 or SSMS 2008 R2. I'm working on Visual Studio 2010. It's a bit frustrating because I'm keen to learn more about SSMS add-ins but can't seem to get past the few samples out there. Any advice/tips appreciated. Thanks

    Hi I know stackoverflow uses open authentication. I want to try and use this as well. I am using asp.net mvc 2.0 with C#. I found this http://www.dotnetopenauth.net/ and I am wondering if this is what was used for stackoverflow. Also any tutorials would be nice as well.   • How to generate a lower frequency version of a signal in Matlab?

    With a sine input, I tried to modify it's frequency cutting some lower frequencies in the spectrum, shifting the main frequency towards zero. As the signal is not fftshifted I tried to do that by eliminating some samples at the begin and at the end of the fft vector: interval = 1; samplingFrequency = 44100; signalFrequency = 440; sampleDuration = 1 / samplingFrequency; timespan = 1 : sampleDuration : (1 + interval); original = sin(2 * pi * signalFrequency * timespan); fourierTransform = fft(original); frequencyCut = 10; %% Hertz frequencyCut = floor(frequencyCut * (length(pattern) / samplingFrequency) / 4); %% Samples maxFrequency = length(fourierTransform) - (2 * frequencyCut); signal = ifft(fourierTransform(frequencyCut + 1:maxFrequency), 'symmetric'); But it didn't work as expected. I also tried to remove the center part of the spectrum, but it wielded a higher frequency sine wave too. How to make it right?

  • Get highest frequency terms from Lucene index

    Hello! i need to extract terms with highest frequencies from several lucene indexes, to use them for some semantic analysis. So, I want to get maybe top 30 most occuring terms(still did not decide on threshold, i will analyze results) and their per-index counts. I am aware that I might lose some precision because of potentionally dropped duplicates, but for now, lets say i am ok with that. So for the proposed solutions, (needless to say maybe) speed is not important, since I would do static analysis, I would put accent on simplicity of implementation because im not so skilled with Lucene (not the programming guru too :/ ) and cant wrap my mind around many concepts of it.. I can not find any code samples from something similar, so all concrete advices (code, pseudocode, links to code samples...) I will apretiate very much!!! Thank you!

  • How do you compile an OpenGL program on Ubuntu?

    I'm a Ubuntu user who is interested in learning OpenGL. I found a page with some samples on it: http://www.opengl.org/resources/code/samples/glut_examples/examples/examples.html but when I try to compile the first one using: cc -o abgr abgr.c -lglut -lGLU -lGL -lXmu -lXext -lX11 -lm I get an error message saying: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXmu collect2: ld returned 1 exit status What is "lXmu"? How do I get this to compile? I'm 15 years old and new to computer programming. Thanks!
