• A question about Drupal Node and Views

  I have created an "Add Question" content-type node which lets users ask questions. The questions have a title, image attachment option, and the content. I am showing the questions which have image as a block by filtering it as "Content: Photofield - list True" in Views. This way, only the questions which have images attached to the question appear in this block. Photofield by the way is the content type. I want to create a new block which only shows the questions which have no attached image. I have done filtering this block view by keeping filters as "Content: Photofield - list False" but in vain. There's also some expose option and I did some messing around with it too without coming to the result I want. Can anyone help?

Monday 2013-06-24 16:13:00 I know Unity has a preference somewhere hidden away in dconf, this is how I did it in Unity, but I can't find such a preference for Gnome 3 shell. Preferably, I'd also like to set one of these as my system-wide date/time locale preference.

  Hi! Basically, I have an ImageMetadata class and an Image class, which derives from ImageMetadata. Image adds one property: byte[] Content, which actually contains binary data. What I want to do is to map these two classes onto one table, but I absolutely do not need NHibernates' inheritance support to kick in. I want to tailor FNH Automap to produce something like: <class name="ImageMetadata" ...> <property name="Name" ... /> < ... /> <class name="Image" ...> <property name="Name" ... /> <property name="Content" ... /> < ... /> Is this at all possible?

  I have the following control template. I wish to set the source property for the image control in the control template using Template Binding. • iPad UISPlitViewController Common View

  is it possible to have a common view for both master and detail view controllers. What if I need to add a header image(at top, the very first view) common for both the master and detail view controllers. When the device is in the portrait mode the width of the header image view has to shrink to fit to the detail view controller's view and when the orientation changes to landscape the width of the same header image view has to be expanded that is the width of it has to be 1024. Please tell me whether doing this is possible. or any workaround for this?

• WPF: Convert memory stream to BitmapImage?

  I have an image that was originally a PNG that I have converted to a byte[] and saved in a database. Originally, I simply read the PNG into a memory stream and converted the stream into a byte[]. Now I want to read the byte[] back and convert it to a BitmapImage, so that I can bind a WPF Image control to it. I am seeing a lot of contradictory and confusing code online to accomplish the task of converting a byte[] to a BitmapImage. I am not sure whether I need to add any code due to the fact that the image was originally a PNG. Can anyone provide the code to convert the stream to a BitmapImage? Thanks for your help.

• Lined Pattern in Flash Background

  So i have a flash site i am doing in as2, even if the solution can only be done in as3, I still want it. I am trying to accomplish lines through the background image like on this site http://larc-paris.com/#/fr/club I tried just putting the patten on the image itself, but when i scale my site, its all distorted and the lines does not look as crisp anymore, like theirs do, so I am assuming they did the lines themself in flash... any clue? I have the image just need the lines, dont need a slideshow.

  I am using Jcrop jQuery to crop image in MVC3 application. following is my javacript function: jQuery(function ($) { $('#imgLab').Jcrop( { onChange: showCoords, onSelect: coordsSelected, onRelease: clearCoords } ); }); Image ID is 'imgLab'.   Hi, this is my first question on here. I'm trying to build a dial control as a custom user control in VB.NET. I'm using VS2008. so far I have managed to rotate image using graphics.rotatetransform . however, this rotate everything. Now I have a Bitmap for the dial which should stay stable and another Bitmap for the needle which I need to rotate. so far i've tried this: Dim gL As Graphics = Graphics.FromImage(bmpLongNeedle) gL.TranslateTransform(bmpLongNeedle.Width / 2, bmpLongNeedle.Height * 0.74) gL.RotateTransform(angleLongNeedle) gL.TranslateTransform(-bmpLongNeedle.Width / 2, -bmpLongNeedle.Height * 0.74) gL.DrawImage(bmpLongNeedle, 0, 0) As I understand it, the image of the needle should be rotated at angle "angleLongNeedle" although i'm placing the rotated image at 0,0.   I have a before_save method that I call that renames an uploaded image. before_save :randomize_file_name def randomize_file_name extension = File.extname(screen_file_name).downcase key = ActiveSupport::SecureRandom.hex(8) self.screen.instance_write(:file_name, "#{key}#{extension}") end That method is part of my Item model. That works great when I create a new item or need to update the image associated with an item...but the problem is that if I need to update an item but NOT the image, the randomize_file_name method still gets run and renames the file in the database (though not the file itself, obviously). So, I'm thinking I need to figure out a way to only run randomize_file_name if a file is included in the form submission...but I'm not sure how to pull that off.

  HI, Just ran into a problem. How to I change a picturebox's picture from within a different header file. If I do it in the same .h file as the Form I am working on I use: sq1-Image = bi; (which loads in a bitmap) but when I do it from another header (i've included the correct header file), I get "sq1 is an undeclared identifier" and "left of '-image' must point to a class/struct/union/generic" What I'm looking for is something like Form1::sq1-Image = bi; Basically I just want to point the program to change picturebox from another location....Is this possible? How can I do this? Cheers!

• How can I implement lazy loading on a page with 500+ images?

  I basically have a booking engine unit results page which must show 40 units and per each unit there's 1 large image of the first thumbnail and an X number of accompanying thumbnail images. I've been using the jquery lazy load plugin, but it's not thorough enough ( I'm invoking it on DOM Ready ), plus it doesn't really work in IE ( 50% of the clients use IE so it's a big issue ). What I think I really need to do is not really spit out the image but a fake element such as a span, and possibly modify my code such that if the user views the span, render it into an image element. <span src="/images/foo.gif"> The booking engine relies on JS so I think I might be forced to just rely on ajaxifying all the thumbnails and have event handlers on window scroll, etc in order for the page to be "usable" and load at an average time ( 2-3 seconds instead of 5-30s on high speed DSL/Cable ). I'd appreciate any examples or ideas.

• Outlook AppointmentItem - How do I programmatically add RTF to its Body?

  I would like to set the Body of an AppointmentItem to a string of RTF that contains an embedded image. Setting Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.AppointmentItem.Body results in the RTF appearing as-is in the appointment. I have tried using Redemption which wraps the appointment and exposes an RTFBody property, but the RTF formatting (including the image) is lost. In this example (which doesn't have an embedded image) the RTF appears in the document as-is.
