• WPF: Setting toolbar button sizes using a Style

  I have buttons on a toolbar in WPF. When I do the XAML: <ToolBar.Resources> <Style TargetType="{x:Type Button}"> <Setter Property="Width" Value="21"></Setter> <Setter Property="Height" Value="21"></Setter> </Style> </ToolBar.Resources> None of the buttons on the toolbar set their sizes accordingly. I have to go to each button and manually set their widths and heights to the desired values. Any idea why the Style on the toolbar does not work?

• SP Gridview link button column not working

  Hi I have one sharepoint custom page application which is rendering from a user control. In the user control page, i had used SPGridview for displaying data. My first column is Title Column (link button column), when the user click on the link, then one popup window will open with corresponding data. But the problem is the link button is not working properly. But this application is working as fine in asp.net application. • How to make an Android UI with images from a designer delivered as layers

  I hired a designer to help me redesign the UI for my Android app. For each Activity he gave me an image for the background, which includes any static content like fancy frames for text content; plus images for the buttons, which must fit in to the background image in exact places, to fit into the frames in the background image. However, since Android devices have different screen sizes and aspect ratios, it's easy to fit the background image by itself with android:scaleType="centerInside", but how can I get all the other images to fit in with background exactly, to the pixel? If they didn't have to fit in with the background, I would just set the exact width and height for each ImageButton, but depending on how the background scales (based on the screen size and ratio) they might end up not aligned correctly. • My MS Access control displays no text for appended items following an append query

  The control in question is part of a datasheet-style subform that feeds off a multi-field combo-box. The control is bound to the first field of the combo box, an ID field which is hidden from view (column width set to zero). Consequently, the second field (Code) is displayed in the control when an item is selected from the combo box. I'm using a form button action to append values to this datasheet. It seems that because I need to INSERT ID values in, the control is unable to display the corresponding Code value. Nothing is visible, unless I go manually into the combo box and select an item from it. How can I get the control to display the Code value?

• View controllers inside tab bar controller not auto-resizing on rotation

  (Correction: the view controllers are not auto-resizing instead of not auto-rotating.) In an iPad app, I have five regular view controllers (not navigation controllers or anything like that) inside a tab bar controller. The tab bar controller is just a plain UITabBarController declared in the app delegate. All the view controllers return YES in the shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation method. On both the simulator and device, on rotation, the tab bar and the current view controller rotate but the currently selected view controller (call it A) does not resize properly. It keeps its portrait width and height (but it is rotated). If I switch to another view controller B and then back to A (without rotating the device again), A appears correctly resized. This happens with any of the five view controllers Why doesn't the currently selected view controller resize immediately on rotation and how do I fix it? Thanks.

  I am using a "WVGA800" for my app. I try to run it on different resolution screens. It it is not perfectly scratching in that resolution . I read and implement issues form this link. http://developer.android.com/guide/practices/screens_support.html But still not result. Please let me know if any one hase a perfect solution. Main issue are that I am fixing hight & width of Image, textsize etc. When these are displayed to screen of "WVGA800". But when I test them on "HVGA", "QVGA" then problem arise. I want to avoid the "if else" conditions by getting the screen resolution at Runtime. If any one hase any solution for this...let me know. Thanks in advance. I am also wondring when there will be new devices with new screen resolutions?

• How to add a URL and Buttons on top of an Existing Header Image

  Hi, 1) I have a header jpeg image that spans a width of 996px that has a square logo to the left of this header. My question is that I would like to use this square logo section only and place a ahref tag so that when the user hover's over this section only, the cursor changes to a hand pointer and the user will be redirected back to the landing page. Any assistance on this would be great. 2) On this same image, I would also like to place two buttons with rollover effects, so when the user hovers over the buttons, the rollover effect takes control and then would like these buttons to also point to a href url. Also if I use angle 30 it goes +X and +Y but if I use angle 35 it goes -X and -Y. I didnot figure out how work coordinate system on java.

How do I get the popup panel to have the focus when it shows? I would like to use jQuery.

  I am trying to accomplish the following: 1. On click, have a div with id="fader" fadeout 2. replaceHtml of fader with new html (this new HTML will appear below the fold of the browser) 3. Animate new HTML to slide up to the specified location Step 1 and 2 are working, step 3 is not and I'm stumped as to why. Been going through the different type of binding options and I'm able to bind to a single tab name but it displays vertical instead of horizontal. • How to paint fully transparent pixels/points in P2D mode?

  According to the Processing Reference, stroke(gray, alpha) allows to set the color and opacity of the stroke. With the default color mode, an alpha value of 255 denotes full opacity, while a value of 0 should correspond to complete transparency. While this works with the (default) JAVA2D renderer, I can't seem to paint fully transparent points in P2D mode. This code clearly renders a pixel at the center of the canvas, even though the alpha value is set to 0 (fully transparent): public class Transparency extends PApplet { @Override public void setup() { size(200, 200, P2D); } @Override public void draw() { stroke(0, 0); point(width / 2, height / 2); } public static void main(String[] args) { PApplet.main(new String[] { Transparency.class.getSimpleName() }); } } What's wrong here?

• In ExtJS, how do I place two fieldsets side-by-side in a panel with a hbox layout?

  In ExtJS, I'm having a little trouble placing two fieldsets side-by-side in a panel with a hbox layout. The hbox layout seems to be unaware of the fieldset's height, and cuts it off, even if I explicitly set the panel's height to something large. Here's what it looks like: The blue border is the hbox panel, and there's 2 fieldsets inside, 'Client Info' and 'Owner Info'. • HTML is not being interpreted after JQuery's .ajax function

  Hello there... Once I have retrived an HTML string with the $.ajax function I put it into a div... the HTML is a simple message with a <b> tag, but it's not being interpreted by the browser, I mean, the <b> is not making the text bold.
