  • Apache: How can i see my localhost on 192.168.1.101 from 192.168.1.102?

    Hi, I'm running Apache on Ubuntu. My IP address is 192.168.1.101 While http://localhost and http://192.168.1.101 work fine in my PC, I cannot access it from within my laptop using http://192.168.1.102 It's strange. I can ping 192.168.1.101 but I got "The connection has timed out." in browser.   • SurfaceView for Camera Preview won't get destroyed when pressing Power-Botton

    I want to implement a camera preview. For that I have a custom View CameraView extends ViewGroup that in the constructor programatically creates an surfaceView. The result is: the preview is stuck with the image that was last captured before button was pressed. If I rotate it works fine again, since it will get through the lifecycle. After some research I found out that this is probably due to the fact that surfaceView won't get destroyed when the power-button is pressed, i.e. SurfaceHolder.Callback.surfaceDestroyed(SurfaceHolder holder) won't be called. And in fact when I compare the (very verbose) log output of the home-button-case and the power-button-case it's the same except that 'surfaceDestroyed' won't get called. So far I found no solution whatsoever to work around it. I purposely avoid any resource cleaning code in my surfaceDestroyed(), but this does not help. My idea was to manually destroy the surfaceView like asked in this question but this seems not possible. I also tested other applications with surfaceViews/cameras and they don't seem to have this issue. So I would appreciate any hints or tips on that.

  • Report Builder Error (Input string was not in a correct format) when filtering data

    Issue: the user is getting an error “The requested list could not be retrieved because the query is not valid or a connection could not be made to the data source.” while trying to filter a reporting using Report Builder 2.0. When you expand the details the message is “Input string was not in a correct format” I verified that when the user clicks to see the filter values the query is being sent to the underlying database (by using profiler). When I build the same report [I'm a server admin] I have no issues and see all the filtered values, which leads me to believe this is a permissions issue.     Here are the ways the Eclipse documentation states you can navigate the Content Assist list: You can use the mouse or the keyboard (Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Page Up, Page Down, Home, End, Enter) to navigate and select lines in the list. But all of the options require you to move your hands significantly away from their natural place on the keyboard! Are there any other, quicker ways I can navigate this list?   • How to build a function on the fly in java?

    I'm parsing a text file that is being mapped to some java code like such: public void eval(Node arg) { if(arg.data.equals("rand")) { moveRandomly(); } else if(arg.data.equals("home")) { goHome(); }//snip.. This is going to need to be re-evaluated about a thousand times and I'd rather not have to traverse the whole thing every time. Is there any way to make this traversal once and then have it be a function that is called every other time?

I have a database with the local path, e.g. /home/myuser/tg2env/MyProject/myproject/files/somefile.jpg tg.url seems to only be able to serve things from the public directory. Is there a widget available, or do I need to write some sort of DownloadController?

  • UIKeyboard slides from wrong coordinates when in landscape, why?

    Hi I have an app that starts in Landscape Right mode. When I tap a textField the keyboard should slide up, however first time when the keyboard slides it slides from the right (where the home button is). After that it slides up and down as expected. So only the first time when I call the keyboard in it comes from where it would come if the app would be in portrait mode. Does anyone know how can I fix this?
