• Initiate methods after selecting an item in a browser

  Hey there, I'm making an application which monitors and initiates phone calls over ip with innovaphone devices. I'm doing this in wpf. My client asks me if it is possible when he rightclicks on a phone number in a browser, he can initiate a call. So i there anyway to trigger a method after right_clicking a phone number? • Objective-C Class Question?

  Hey, My head is about to explode with this logic, can anyone help? Class A #imports Class B. Class A calls Method A in Class B. This works great Class B wants to send a response back to Class A from another method that is called from Method A. If you #import Class A from Class B, it is in effect an infinite loop and the whole thing crashes. Is there a way to do this properly, like a parent type thing? BTW, I'm developing for iPhone.

• Ruby on Rails solution for scrubbing data of WYSIWYG editor user input

  Hey everyone, I am working on a simple blogging type ruby on rails application and I have everything working through tinyMCE for a nice WYSIWYG editor so the user can add some simple things like images/youtube videos and lists. What I am looking for is a nice solution for blacklisting certain elements to be filtered out of the data when it is displayed. • Why don't this toggle animation execute in all browsers

  Hey guys This file isn't executing in any browser other than firefox on mac. Added everything i can think to get it sorted. http://samhorner.co.uk/dev/samhorner/ Clicking on the twitter bar should close it, then open it again when you click on it again, only one click works on the other browsers. • Why AVCaptureSession output a wrong orientation?

  Hey guys, So, I followed Apple's instructions to capture video session using AVCaptureSession: http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/qa/qa2010/qa1702.html. One problem I'm facing is that even though the orientation of the camera / iphone device is vertical (and the AVCaptureVideoPreviewLayer shows a vertical camera stream), the output image seems to be in the landscape mode. I checked the width and height of imageBuffer inside imageFromSampleBuffer: of the sample code, and I got 640px and 480px respectively. Does anyone know why this's the case? Thanks!

The main problem is, everytime I try to move it to front, using setChildIndex() I get an error message witch tells me, that the movieclip (that I named my_tofront) cannot converted to a flash.display.DisplayObject full error message: TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert my_tofront$ to flash.display.DisplayObject. Why is this happening, and whats the solution for this problem?
