  • Problem with dojo tree

    - by Ewout
    Hello, I'm trying to get the dojo tree widget working. It works with a small json object, but when i try it with a large json object it goes wrong. There is no error, just the root node. Is this a normal behavior? Is there a maximum of objects you can load? My json object contains around 800 entries. Thanks, Ewout

    I recently just changed my domain destination from the root (./) to (./Permias). Before I just did a website copy from visual studio to ./. So after changing my domain destination to ./Permias, I moved everything inside the Permias folder. But now when I tried to access the site it is as it's not there. What am I doing wrong? It just says the resouce cannot be found.

  • c# : simulate memory leaks..

    - by dotnet-practitioner
    Hi, I would like to write the following code in c#. a) small console application that simulates memory leak. b) small console application that would invoke the above application and release it right away simulating managing memory leak problem.. In other words the (b) application would continuously call and release application (a) to simulate how the "rebellious" memory leak application is being contained with out addressing the root cause which is application (a). Some sample code for application (a) and (b) would be very helpful. Thanks

    hi, I had to comment these lines from the htaccess files in my main Drupal folder and in sites folder # Don't show directory listings for URLs which map to a directory. #Options -Indexes # Follow symbolic links in this directory. #Options +FollowSymLinks ...in order to not get a 500 Internal Error on the new server. • How Would you Mimic an Arbitrary Directory Structure with Rails Routes?

    - by viatropos
    I want to be able to map Google Docs' folder system to urls in my application and am just wondering how I can say "route, I want you to match an arbitrary set of nodes, and the last one is the file (or possibly a directory, I can check in the controller)". So I could do things like: www.mysite.com/documents/folder1/childfolderA/document www.mysite.com/documents/root-level-doc Can the routes.rb file do something like this?

    - by TaG
    I was wondering if the code below is the correct way to use mysqli_real_escape_string() when storing users data in a database. Here is the PHP & MySQL code. if (mysqli_num_rows($dbc) == 0) { $mysqli = mysqli_connect("localhost", "root", "", "sitename"); $dbc = mysqli_query($mysqli,"INSERT INTO info (user_id, url) VALUES ('$user_id', 'mysqli_real_escape_string($url)')"); } if ($dbc == TRUE) { $dbc = mysqli_query($mysqli,"UPDATE info SET url = 'mysqli_real_escape_string($url)' WHERE user_id = '$user_id'");

I have the rule: <rewrite url="~/blog/blog.aspx" to="~/blog.aspx" /> My questions are: Am I meant to make all my links in my site point to blog/blog.aspx now instead of just blog.aspx where it is physically located How is best to cope with the paths of the stylesheets etc now being messed up because they are one dir up?

  • Can I override a group policy setting as a machine admin?

    - by Max
    Group policy prevents several configuration settings on my Windows 7 / Vista machines. Since my domain account is a member of the local Administrators group on these boxes, is there still a way to override them locally? For instance, GP prevents changing the power management option "Turn off the display" (even changing it from cmd fails: POWERCFG -X -monitor-timeout-ac 60 = "An unexpected error condition has occurred. Unable to perform operation. You may not have permission to perform this operation.") Even when logging on with a local account and not the domain account, it's not possible to change the setting anymore ..

  • Download files with NSURL

    - by Ishwar
    I am trying to download a list of files from a ftp server using: NSURL *ftpUrl = [NSURL URLWithString:@"ftp://xxx:[email protected]"]; I HAVE to use FTP, so please do not recommend an alternative. I want to know how to get the list of files from the root directory and also navigate inside folders (of FTP server). P.S: I do not think external library would be required to accomplish such an easy task, but if I must, any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank You :)

  • Estimating the size of a tree

    - by Full Decent
    I'd like to estimate the number of leaves in a large tree structure for which I can't visit every node exhaustively. Is this algorithm appropriate? Does it have a name? Also, please pedant if I am using any terms improperly. sum_trials = 0 num_trials = 0 WHILE time_is_not_up bits = 0 ptr = tree.root WHILE count(ptr.children) > 0 bits += log2(count(ptr.children)) ptr = ptr.children[rand()%count(ptr.children)] sum_trials += bits num_trials++ estimated_tree_size = 2^(sum_trials/num_trials)

    - by pâtissier
    Hi... Before the PHP Version update I used to be able to include files as following without specifying the document root: <?php include '/absolute/path/to/files/file1.php'; ?> However I now have to include the same file as following: <?php include $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'].'/absolute/path/to/files/file1.php'; ?> What php.ini setting could have overridden the former behaviour?

  • CVS Diff to output only modified files?

    - by Somebody still uses you MS-DOS
    Is it possible? Run a cvs diff in terminal at the project root that outputs only modified files (like local files that aren't in source control and local modified files). I'm running cvs diff --brief but I still have too many results since my project is large, and with a lot of subdirectories - it shows the whole hierarchy and I just want to know which files are different from HEAD revision. I'm using Linux.
