    Our internal website links to Excel files on a network-mapped drive. The links specify the filename and worksheet to open, in the following format (path and link information omitted): ExcelFileName#'SheetName'!$A$1 This works fine with Excel 2003, but we're moving to Excel 2007, which won't even open the file if that extra information is present. I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on whether this feature has been removed (or the syntax changed) in 2007. Any help will be highly appreciated!

    I recently downloaded a piece of software that came in a .ZIP archive, but the .EXE software inside of the archive had a password on it. The website that I would have gotten the password from closed a while ago. Because the executable is password protected it cannot be extracted. I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium, and I use winrar for my archives. So, I guess my question is is it possible to crack a password for a file within an archive without extracting it?

    Is it possible to trace which file or process or database query is effecting the load on a VPS? I am using Centos with 512 MB Guarantee Memory and 1 GB burst Memory, I am running 3 wordpress sites from it, where all are having daily traffic of 30-100 visitors each, After every 2-3 days I need to restart my VPS because the resources are taking high usage of memory, I tried running top command and it shows Apache as high, But is it possible to check which website is taking load?   • Is there an IE8 setting for "minimum font size" to display?

    When I look at our website in IE8 the text we have set to display smaller doesn't display smaller. But when I use BrowserShots.org it shows IE8 renderings with the smaller text appropriately smaller. So I'm thinking that there must be some setting in IE8 for "minimum font size to display". It's not the the TextSize (set to Medium) or Zoom setting (I set/reset zoom to 100%). It's something else. Any ideas?

    I have a D-Link home router and my isp is Time warner. When I try to login to any site it does not let me. The website does not keep me logged in when I navigate the pages. I have to keep loging in for every web page I see. When I connect my cable modem directly to my computer I am able to stay logged in. Any ideas here?

    How can i block a sub-site of a website as e.g. http://example.com/someSite unfortunately the hosts file is not an option since you can only block whole domains there and any "/" just destroys these rules. this is just for my personal protection against visiting some sites too often, while i still have to be able to get to the other sites of that domain (as e.g. example.com/someOtherSite) would be great if someone knows a solution regarding this topic

  • How do I remove the Never-Ending Dropbox Folder?

    I don't know if this is an error with eclipse or dropbox, but I seem to be unable to delete a file folder within my dropbox folder. Somehow, there was a creation of over 8300 file folders, all duplicates of the previous folder. I tried deleting from both command line, and explorer but get the same error: I've also deleted the share from the dropbox website, and it deleted correctly from there, but during the sync from the client (my pc) to the site there is an error: Any ideas of what to do?

We are contemplating increasing the MAX CONNECTION POOL to between 500 to 1000 -- to handle the estimated traffic. For example I have two external ips, lets say 194.145.63.1 and 194.145.63.2 set on one network card as 194.145.63.1 - eth0 and 194.145.63.2 -eth0:1 mywebsite.com allows access only from 194.145.63.1 and I want to set my rules like if I hit http://194.145.63.2:8080 to open mywebsite.com trough 194.145.63.1.
