    I'm using the qTip jQuery plugin to create dynamic tool tips. The tooltip sends an id to a cfc which runs a query and returns data in JSON format.     I have implement the ValueChanged event, but I found it will be triggered only after change the focus from numericUpDown to other control or by clicking the up/down arrow. Inputting the value in the control will not trigger ValueChanged event. What I did now is adding an KeyDown event and judge if the input value is numeric (can not include SHIFT/CTRL/ALT key); but there is another case need to be involved: the user can paste value into the numericUpDown ctrl What I need is : When I was typing numeric value (only numeric) in the numericUpDown ctrl, it will known the content has been changed; When pasted a numeric value into the ctrl, it also kowns the content changed

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 SSIS are oversized

    In this case i'm old style and loved 'my fathers DTS' from SQL 2000. Most of the cases i have to import a flatfile into a table. In a second step i use some procedures (with the new MERGE-Statement) to process the imported content. For Export, i define a export-table and populate it with a store proc (containing a MERGE-Statement) and in a second step the content will be exported to a flat file. In some cases there is no flat file because there is annother sql-server or in rare cases an ODBC-Connection to a sybase or similar. What do you think? When it comes to complex ETL-Stuff the SSIS may be the right tool...but i haven't seen such a case yet.

    i am having a slight problem with the alignment of the footer div. i have a header at the top. div = maincontent { two divs for content, side by side. another 2 divs side by side below the content div. } //just to represent. i know this is not html ;) now i want the footer div to start after the maincontent div finishes. i can do that if i specify a fixed height for the maincontent div. but i dont want to specify a height for it. if i dont specify the height, the footer div starts at the middle of the page. what am i doing wrong?

The transfer rule is (in short, the rule is keeping the destination database the same as source database because of the update of the source database), if there is a new row in source database but not in destination database, insert the row in destination database; if a row not exists in source database but exists in destination database, delete the row in destination database; if a row's content (i.e. columns other than primary key columns) changes in source database, update the new content into destination database. thanks in advance, George

All of them claim the same thing: that they are the best, their content is 100% guaranteed, makes their customers professional in no time, etc. It’s confusing and sometimes frustrating as well. I especially want a training resource (i.e. a course) to provide valuable content in short time. More importantly I feel they should do their job properly so as to avoid the customer feeling they've wasted time or money. Header 1. Article 2. Article 2. Main content 1. Article 2. Article 3. Article 4. Article 3. Sidebar Why this happens? I can get desired outline if I use section element. But id there is main element in HTML structure, then everything breaks (at least for me - it's not how I understood it). Can I achieve desired outline using main element?

I cant work perfectly with these events: mouseEntered : to make highlight effect to the jlabel mouseExited : to take off the highlight effect. mouseClicked : to change the content of the main Panel and start some threads The problem here that can't found an event or a method tell me that another Jlabel has been clicked so i can stop my threads started in the mouseClicked event, OR an event or method tell me that a JPanel in the CardLayout has been displayed or hidden.

  • Ensuring Updated CSS/JavaScript on Client Side

    I'm trying to ensure that visitors of my ASP.NET MVC website always have the most-current CSS and Javascript (and not some older cached version). I tried to realize this by generating a seed value when the application domain starts, and automatically append it to the CSS and Javascript URLs (so now instead of /Content/All.js the link is /Content/All.js?549238 etc.). Unfortunately I just found out by debugging via Firebug that this causes now a full download request every time (the new "seeded" response is no longer cached at all, but I only wanted the first check to download the 'updated' version, but then cache again/only check if there is a difference). How can I achieve my goal, is there a better way of doing this? I need the client to always request the newest version, but then cache if no change happened. Edit: This appears to be related to the fact that my page is served over SSL. I asked a follow up question here regarding enabling clientside caching with SSL.

Also, I would be very happy if someone could tell me how to use multiple data inputs in POSTFIELDS. Pastebin API uses paste_code as its main data input, but it can use optional things like paste_name that sets the name of the upload or paste_private that sets it private.

  • Seeking not working in HTML5 audio tag

    I have a lighttpd server running locally. If I load a static file on the server (through an html5 audio tag), it plays and seeks fine. However, seeking doesn't work when running a dev server (web.py/CherryPy) or if I return the bytes via a defined action url instead of as a static file. It won't load the duration either. According to the "HTTP byte range requests" section in this Opera Page it's something to do with support for byte range requests/partial content responses. The content is treated as streaming instead. What I don't understand is: If the browser has the whole file downloaded surely it can display the duration, and surely it can seek. What I need to do on the web server to enable byte range requests (for non-static urls). Any advice would be most gratefully received.

It works great in Firefox and Chrome, but when I try and use it in IE 8 it gives me an "The XML page cannot be displayed" error instead of allowing jQuery to load the JSON being written by the response.   • Making a row of divs all be the same height using CSS

    I have a row of divs that must all be the same height, but I have no way of knowing what that height might be ahead of time (the content comes from an external source). I initially tried placing the divs in an enclosing div and floated them left. I then set their height to be "100%", but this had no perceptible effect. By setting the height on the enclosing div to a fixed-height I could then get the floated divs to expand, but only up to the fixed height of the container. When the content in one of the divs exceeded the fixed height, it spilled over; the floated divs refused to expand. I Googled this floated-divs-of-the-same-height problem and apparently there's no way to do it using CSS. So now I am trying to use a combination of relative and absolute positioning instead of floats.
