So knowing the id of the image and a secret key, i should get the generated string. the string must contain chars from "a" to "z" and numbers from 0 to 9. I have a dir that contains photos like this dir/p3/i2/s21/thumb.jpg the generated string is p3i2s21, then is used to calculate the path of the image.

    I have a simple slideshow (jQuery Cycle) that displays an image every ten seconds (7 total images). In an adjacent div, I have a list with 7 bullet points. What's the easiest way to script a method in which the css/style of the appropriate bullet point changes as its accompanying image. The idea is to have all list items displayed, but 1 highlighted every 10 seconds?

  • Looking for some help working with premultiplied alpha

    I am trying to update a source image with the contents of multiple destination images. From what I can tell using premultiplied alpha is the way to go with this, but I think I am doing something wrong (function below). the image I am starting with is initialized with all ARGB values set to 0. When I run the function once the resulting image looks great, but when I start compositing on any others all the pixels that have alpha information get really messed up.   • How can I recover an ext4 filesystem corrupted after a fsck?

    I have an ext4 filesystem on luks over software raid5. The filesystem was operating "just fine" for several years when I was beginning to run out of space. I had a 9T volume on 6x2T drives. I began upgrading to 3T drives by doing the mdadm fail, remove, add, rebuild, repeat process until I had a larger array. I then grew the luks container, and then when I unmounted and tried to resize2fs I was given the message the filesystem was dirty and needed e2fsck. Without thinking I just did e2fsck -y /dev/mapper/candybox and it began spewing all kinds of inode being removed type messages (can't remember exactly) I killed e2fsck and tried to remount the filesystem to backup data I was concerned about. When trying to mount at this point I get: # mount /dev/mapper/candybox /candybox mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/mapper/candybox, missing codepage or helper program, or other error In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so Looking back at my older logs I noticed the filesystem was giving this error each time the machine booted: kernel: [79137.275531] EXT4-fs (dm-2): warning: mounting fs with errors, running e2fsck is recommended So shame on me for not paying attention :( I then tried to mount using every backup superblock (one after another) and each attempt left this in my log: EXT4-fs (dm-2): ext4_check_descriptors: Checksum for group 0 failed (26534!=65440) EXT4-fs (dm-2): ext4_check_descriptors: Checksum for group 1 failed (38021!=36729) EXT4-fs (dm-2): ext4_check_descriptors: Checksum for group 2 failed (18336!=39845) ... EXT4-fs (dm-2): ext4_check_descriptors: Checksum for group 11911 failed (28743!=44098) BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 23s! [mount:2939] Attempts to restart e2fsck results in: # e2fsck /dev/mapper/candybox e2fsck 1.41.14 (22-Dec-2010) e2fsck: Group descriptors look bad... trying backup blocks... candy: recovering journal e2fsck: unable to set superblock flags on candy At this point, I decided it best to order some more drives and make an image using ddrescue Now two weeks later I have an image of the luks partition in a .img file. # ls -lh total 14T -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 14T Oct 25 01:57 candybox.img -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 271 Oct 20 14:32 candybox.logfile After numerous attempts using everything I could find online I could not coerce e2fsck to do anything on the image, so I used mkfs.ext4 -L candy candybox.img -m 0 -S and I was able to mount the dirty filesystem readonly without the journal and recover 960G of data. It gave all kinds of errors of various directories not existing and so forth but I was able to get some stuff. Which gave me some hope! I then ran e2fsck again and it had to recreate the root inode and gave a massive list of correcting group counts, I accepted the root inode creation and said no to everything else, leaving a completely empty filesystem. Re-ran again and said yes to all questions with the same result but now a "clean" but empty filesystem. extundelete gives me 0 recoverable inodes found. And now I'm stuck again, I can't come up with any other methods other than dropping to something like photorec which will give me an absolute mess with how large the filesystem was. I'm willing to re-copy the image from the original array and start over, if I can get any suggestions or ideas on a way to get more of my files back. I wish I could give more detailed logs of the commands that have run, but the output is long scrolled passed except for what gets logged to syslog and my memory is not as detailed due to the timeframe this has occurred over. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi all, I just got a new router, cant' get my old xp laptop (Toshiba Satellite) to connect to it, no matter if it's WPA-PSK or WEP (I was kind of thinking with WEP it would've worked but it doesn't). When I go connect and put in credentials the dialog stays up for a few minutes then disappears with no message and no connection is established. Here's the spec of router and wireless card: Wilreless card: Intel® PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection Router: Zyxel P-660-HW-T1 v3 Everything works fine on my Vista machine (for once). Any help appreciated!

  • Sysprep and Capture task sequence failing using MDT 2010

    I have created a Windows Deployment Services server in Windows 2008 R2. When I originally set it up I was able to successfully use MDT 2010 to create my boot images as well as creating task sequences that would sysprep and capture, and deploy my custom .wim files. Everything was working perfectly. About a month later I boot up my Windows 7 x86 image and run Windows updates to keep my image up to date. I then go and run my sysprep and capture task sequence and I get the following errors: I searched online for the cause of this error message and it just seems to be a generic permission denied type of error message. I then decided to completely rebuild my VM image from scratch and try again. I am still getting the same error messages as before. The following is what I have tried troubleshooting this issue: Troubleshooting: I have ensured that that UAC and the firewall is turned completely off when trying to capture the image. I have tried recreating the task sequence and making sure that the deployment share is updated. I have ensured that the local Administrator account is enabled and has the same password as specified in the task sequence. I have tried joining the computer to the domain and running the task sequence and I get a different error: I have attempted to run the script from the command prompt with "Run as Administrator" and I still receive the same errors above. For testing purposes I have ensured that Everyone has read/write access to my deployment share. I have spent days on trying to resolve this to no avail. Any ideas?   • My laptop causes the wireless router to stop working

    hello all, it's happening something strange to my wireless connection. The wireless connection works fine with all the devices at home, except with my laptop (Toshiba satellite, WIN 7 64): as I start it, the wireless network shuts off and the connection disappears also for the other devices. I can use internet only plugging the laptop with an ethernet cable, and I have to shut off the wireless card, to allow the other people in the house to use the wireless connection. I tried to update the firmware (it is a D-Link DIR 615) but it's up to date, and reconfigure the router, but all indicates that the problem is caused by my laptop. I'm currently doing an antivirus scanning, but the computer seems to be clean. Any suggestion?

  • Sound quality in bluetooth headphones doesn't change to high

    My Bluetooth headset Philips SHB6610 has several profiles. It can work as low-quality headset (HFP) and high-quality headphones (A2DP). I mean sound quality. Typically whenever I start to play the music in my media player it works in high quality, while if I receive a call on Skype it switches to low-quality. Once call is finished it falls back on high quality again. However, from time to time, it happens that I connect headphones to the computer and they just stay in low-quality mode. I don't know how can I change the profile manually, since it was always done automatically so far. The only thing that helps (but not always) is re-pairing of headphones with PC. I am using Windows 7 on Toshiba Satellite Pro P300-1CG laptop, with Belkin Mini Bluetooth Adapter.

    My satellite receiver can stream the mpeg-2 video/audio output through lan. Using mencoder, I'm trying to build a script to encode and save the stream in real time with my Core2Duo 1.8 Ghz. Right now, I'm using a single pass, it produces good quality for a video rate of 800Kb/s, but takes more then 95% of CPU power, thus making a lot of frameskips is the computer is used while encoding. mencoder -o -vf lavcdeint -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:q=2:aq=2 -ovc x264 -ffourcc avc1 -x264encopts crf=25:me=hex:subq=9:frameref=2:nocabac:threads=auto -mc 3 So, I'm considering using a 2-pass encoding to alleviate the processor and record 100% of the stream. But I have no idea how to start. For the info: Standard Stream: mpeg-2 720*576 25fps HD Stream: 1920*1080 50fps (this is not my goal to record it, but it will be super cool if I could)
