  • ActionScript/Flex ArrayCollection of Number objects to Java Collection<Long> using BlazeDS

    - by Justin
Hello, I am using Flex 3 and make a call through a RemoteObject to a Java 1.6 method and exposed with BlazeDS and Spring 2.5.5 Integration over a SecureAMFChannel. The ActionScript is as follows (this code is an example of the real thing which is on a separate dev network); import com.adobe.cairngorm.business.ServiceLocator; import mx.collections.ArrayCollection; import mx.rpc.remoting.RemoteObject; import mx.rpc.IResponder; public class MyClass implements IResponder { private var service:RemoteObject = ServiceLocator.getInstance().getRemoteOjbect("mySerivce"); public MyClass() { [ArrayElementType("Number")] private var myArray:ArrayCollection; var id1:Number = 1; var id2:Number = 2; var id3:Number = 3; myArray = new ArrayCollection([id1, id2, id3]); getData(myArray); } public function getData(myArrayParam:ArrayCollection):void { var token:AsyncToken = service.getData(myArrayParam); token.addResponder(this.responder); //Assume responder implementation method exists and works } } This will make a call, once created to the service Java class which is exposed through BlazeDS (assume the mechanics work because they do for all other calls not involving Collection parameters). My Java service class looks like this; public class MySerivce { public Collection<DataObjectPOJO> getData(Collection<Long> myArrayParam) { //The following line is never executed and throws an exception for (Long l : myArrayParam) { System.out.println(l); } } } The exception that is thrown is a ClassCastException saying that a java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to a java.lang.Long. I worked around this issue by looping through the collection using Object instead, checking to see if it is an Integer, cast it to one, then do a .longValue() on it then add it to a temp ArraList. Yuk. The big problem is my application is supposed to handle records in the billions from a DB and the id will overflow the 2.147 billion limit of an integer. I would love to have BlazeDS or the JavaAdapter in it, translate the ActionScript Number to a Long as specified in the method. I hate that even though I use the generic the underlying element type of the collection is an Integer. If this was straight Java, it wouldn't compile. Any ideas are appreciated. Solutions are even better! :)

  • What to sign when signing a message with ws-security

    - by Heavy Bytes
I am adding security to my web service and chose to sign the Timestamp and Token. While reading docs I found a lot of examples where they sign the Body of the SOAP message. My question is: what is best to sign? From what I understand signing the Body could lead to performance issues if the Body is pretty large. Thanks.

  • How to get BinarySecurityToken into the wcf soap request

    - by Mr Bell
I need to sign my soap request to a 3rd party. The provided an example what the call should look like. And I am trying, rather unsuccessfully to make this call with wcf. I need to make a wcf soap call where the header contains BinarySecurityToken, Signature, and SecurityTokenReference. • OAuth + Twitter on Android: Callback fails

    - by Samuh
My Android application uses Java OAuth library, found here for authorization on Twitter. I am able to get a request token, authorize the token and get an acknowlegement but when the browser tries the call back url to reconnect with my application, it does not use the URL I provide in code, but uses the one I supplied while registering with Twitter. Note: 1. When registering my application with twitter, I provided a hypothetical call back url:http://abz.xyc.com and set the application type as browser. 2. I provided a callback url in my code "myapp" and have added an intent filter for my activity with Browsable category and data scheme as "myapp". 3. URL called when authorizing does contain te callback url, I specified in code. Any idea what I am doing wrong here? Relevant Code: public class FirstActivity extends Activity { /** Called when the activity is first created. */ @Override public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) { super.onCreate(savedInstanceState); setContentView(R.layout.main); OAuthAccessor client = defaultClient(); Intent i = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW); i.setData(Uri.parse(client.consumer.serviceProvider.userAuthorizationURL + "?oauth_token=" + client.requestToken + "&oauth_callback=" + client.consumer.callbackURL)); startActivity(i); } OAuthServiceProvider defaultProvider() { return new OAuthServiceProvider(GeneralRuntimeConstants.request_token_URL, GeneralRuntimeConstants.authorize_url, GeneralRuntimeConstants.access_token_url); } OAuthAccessor defaultClient() { String callbackUrl = "myapp:///"; OAuthServiceProvider provider = defaultProvider(); OAuthConsumer consumer = new OAuthConsumer(callbackUrl, GeneralRuntimeConstants.consumer_key, GeneralRuntimeConstants.consumer_secret, provider); OAuthAccessor accessor = new OAuthAccessor(consumer); OAuthClient client = new OAuthClient(new HttpClient4()); try { client.getRequestToken(accessor); } catch (Exception e) { e.printStackTrace(); } return accessor; } @Override protected void onResume() { // TODO Auto-generated method stub super.onResume(); Uri uri = this.getIntent().getData(); if (uri != null) { String access_token = uri.getQueryParameter("oauth_token"); } } } // Manifest file <application android:icon="@drawable/icon" android:label="@string/app_name"> <activity android:name=".FirstActivity" android:label="@string/app_name"> <intent-filter> <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" /> <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" /> </intent-filter> <intent-filter> <action android:name="android.intent.action.VIEW" /> <category android:name="android.intent.category.DEFAULT" /> <category android:name="android.intent.category.BROWSABLE" /> <data android:scheme="myapp"/> </intent-filter> </activity> </application>

  • Symfony 1.4: Custom error message for CSRF in forms

    - by Tom
Hi, Can anyone tell me where/how to customise the CSRF token error message for forms in Symfony 1.4. I'm using sfDoctrineGuard for logins and in this form particularly, whenever a session runs out and you still have the page open, it throws a very user-unfriendly error: "CSRF attack detected". Something like "This session has expired. Please return to the home page and try again" sounds better. What's the right way to do this in the form class? Thanks.

  • Make CSRF middleware work in Django's 404 error pages

    - by jack
I put a login box alone with a keyword search box in 404.html in a Django project so in case a 404 error is raised, visitors get more options to jump to other parts. But the CSRF middleware doesn't work in 404 error page with no csrf token rendered. I tried move 'django.middleware.csrf.CsrfViewMiddleware' to first of MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES in settings.py but did not work either. Anyone knows a solution?

When clicking the 'Didn't receive confirmation instructions?' link the token still isn't generated. What is the best way to get this to work? Many thanks, Tony

  • C++11 support in GNU automake

I'm trying to port buildsystem of my project to GNU autotools. The code need to be compiled with -std=c++11 or -std=c++0x flag. I want my configure script to check if compiler supports C++11 or not. I tried adding AX_CHECK_COMPILE_FLAG([-std=c++0x], [CXXFLAGS="$CXXFLAGS -std=c++0x"]) to configure.ac file but configure fails with this error: ... ./configure: line 2732: syntax error near unexpected token `-std=c++0x,' ./configure: line 2732: `AX_CHECK_COMPILE_FLAG(-std=c++0x, CXXFLAGS="$CXXFLAGS -std=c++0x")'

  • NameClaimType in ClaimsIdentity from SAML

    - by object88
I am attempting to understand the world of WIF in context of a WCF Data Service / REST / OData server. I have a hacked up version of SelfSTS that is running inside a unit test project. When the unit tests start, it kicks off a WCF service, which generates my SAML token. This is the SAML token being generated: <saml:Assertion MajorVersion="1" MinorVersion="1" ... > <saml:Conditions>...</saml:Conditions> <saml:AttributeStatement> <saml:Subject> <saml:NameIdentifier Format="EMAIL">4bd406bf-0cf0-4dc4-8e49-57336a479ad2</saml:NameIdentifier> <saml:SubjectConfirmation>...</saml:SubjectConfirmation> </saml:Subject> <saml:Attribute AttributeName="emailaddress" AttributeNamespace="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims"> <saml:AttributeValue>[email protected]</saml:AttributeValue> </saml:Attribute> <saml:Attribute AttributeName="name" AttributeNamespace="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims"> <saml:AttributeValue>bob</saml:AttributeValue> </saml:Attribute> </saml:AttributeStatement> <ds:Signature>...</ds:Signature> </saml:Assertion> (I know the Format of my NameIdentifier isn't really EMAIL, this is something I haven't gotten to cleaning up yet.) Inside my actual server, I put some code borrowed from Pablo Cabraro / Cibrax. This code seems to run A-OK, although I confess that I don't understand what's happening. I note that later in my code, when I need to check my identity, Thread.CurrentPrincipal.Identity is an instance of Microsoft.IdentityModel.Claims.ClaimsIdentity, which has a claim for all the attributes, plus a nameidentifier claim with the value in my NameIdentifier element in saml:Subject. It also has a property NameClaimType, which points to "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/name". It would make more sense if NameClaimType mapped to nameidentifier, wouldn't it? How do I make that happen? Or am I expecting the wrong thing of the name claim? Thanks!

  • Split String in C#

    - by ritu
I thought this will be trivial but I can't get this to work. Assume a line in a CSV file: "Barak Obama", 48, "President", "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC" string[] tokens = line.split(',') I expect this: "Barak Obama" 48 "President" "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC" but the last token is 'Washington DC' not "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC". Is there an easy way to get the split function to ignore the comma within quotes?

  • Passing Flash variables to PHP.

    - by user340553
Hi, I have a simple standalone application written in Visual Basic that I'm porting to a browser based application using PHP/javascript. The original VB application has some simple embedded flash games with token and point counters. The token and point values are being passed as variables between the application and the game. I'm trying to achieve the same effect in my PHP port without modifying the actionscript code( using the variables in actionscript that already exist). Below is Visual Basic code that's loading a value from a database and posting that value to flash using FlashVars: Private Sub loadPlayer() Try If CtblPoints.CheckPointsByID(mCard) Then objPoints = CtblPoints.GettblPointsByID(mCard) objPlayerAc = CtblPlayerAccount.GettblPlayerAccountByPlayerID(objPoints.AccountId) objPlayer = CtblPlayer.GettblPlayerByID(objPlayerAc.PlayerID) objPlayerBal = CtblPlayerBalance.GettblPlayerBalanceByID(objPlayerAc.PlayerID) objPlayerAcDetail = CtblPlayerAccountDetail.GettblPlayerAccountDetailByAmount(objPoints.AccountId) strTotalPoints = Convert.ToString(objPlayerAc.Points) strTotalWin = Convert.ToString(objPlayerBal.TokenAmount) 'Dim intTokenAmount As Decimal = Convert.ToDecimal(objPlayerBal.TokenAmount) 'strTotalWin = Convert.ToString(Convert.ToInt64(intTokenAmount * 100)) flashPlayer.Size = panelGame.Size flashPlayer.FlashVars = "totalEntries=" & strTotalPoints & "&credit=" & strTotalWin flashPlayer.LoadMovie(0, strGameFile) flashPlayer.Play() Else Me.Close() Dim frmInvCrd As New frmInvalidCard frmInvCrd.ShowDialog() End If Catch ex As Exception End Try I'm trying to recreate this in PHP, but I'm at a loss as to how to begin implementing it. The variables in flash are declared publicly, and global imports used: import com.atticmedia.console.*; import flash.display.*; import flash.events.*; import flash.geom.*; import flash.media.*; import flash.net.*; import flash.system.*; import flash.utils.*; First declaration of variable 'totalEntries' is: public var totalEntries:int = 0; and this is a snip of totalEntries being used in the actionscript public function notifyServerOfUnwonCredits(param1) { var remainder:* = param1; if (this.useServer) { this.targetWinAmount = 0; this.cancelUpdateOverTime = F9.setEnterFrame(this.updateOverTime); fscommand("OverTime", "" + remainder); this.flashVarsUpdatedAction = function () { originalTotalWin = totalWin; return; }// end function ; } else { this.setTotalEntries(100000); this.setTotalWin(0); } return; }// end function Eventually I'll be passing these values back to a mySQL database. Any insight into this would be extremely helpful, Thanks!

  • Error when using Java String split

    - by Dan Howard
HI All, I've been using the basic split for a while - where I just parse out a string into an array based on a simple token like " " or ",". So of course a customer tries this: \\.br\ which fails miserably. I need to parse to an array of lines. The string for example looks like this: "LINE 1\\.br\\LINE 2\\.br\\LINE 3\\.br\\LINE 4\\.br\\" and this fails with java.util.regex.PatternSyntaxException: Unexpected internal error. Any ideas?

  • Google Hybrid OpenID+OAuth with dotnetopenauth

    I have spent probably more than 10 hours in the last two days trying to understand how to implement user login with Google Hybrid OpenID+OAuth (Federated Login) To trigger the authorization request I use: InMemoryOAuthTokenManager tm = new InMemoryOAuthTokenManager( ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["googleConsumerKey"], ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["googleConsumerSecret"]); using (OpenIdRelyingParty openid = new OpenIdRelyingParty()) { Realm realm = HttpContext.Current.Request.Url.Scheme + Uri.SchemeDelimiter + ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["googleConsumerKey"] + "/"; IAuthenticationRequest request = openid.CreateRequest(identifier, Realm.AutoDetect, new Uri(HttpContext.Current.Request.Url.Scheme + "://" + HttpContext.Current.Request.Url.Authority + "/OAuth/google")); var authorizationRequest = new AuthorizationRequest { Consumer = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["googleConsumerKey"], Scope = "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile https://www.googleapis.com/auth/plus.me", }; request.AddExtension(authorizationRequest); request.AddExtension(new ClaimsRequest { Email = DemandLevel.Request, Gender = DemandLevel.Require }); request.RedirectToProvider(); } To retrieve the accesstoken I use: using (OpenIdRelyingParty openid = new OpenIdRelyingParty()) { IAuthenticationResponse authResponse = openid.GetResponse(); if (authResponse != null) { switch (authResponse.Status) { case AuthenticationStatus.Authenticated: HttpContext.Current.Trace.Write("AuthenticationStatus", "Authenticated"); FetchResponse fr = authResponse.GetExtension<FetchResponse>(); InMemoryOAuthTokenManager tm = new InMemoryOAuthTokenManager(ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["googleConsumerKey"], ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["googleConsumerSecret"]); ServiceProviderDescription spd = new ServiceProviderDescription { spd.RequestTokenEndpoint = new DotNetOpenAuth.Messaging.MessageReceivingEndpoint("https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/token", HttpDeliveryMethods.AuthorizationHeaderRequest | HttpDeliveryMethods.GetRequest); spd.AccessTokenEndpoint = new DotNetOpenAuth.Messaging.MessageReceivingEndpoint("https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/token", HttpDeliveryMethods.AuthorizationHeaderRequest | HttpDeliveryMethods.GetRequest); spd.UserAuthorizationEndpoint = new DotNetOpenAuth.Messaging.MessageReceivingEndpoint("https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?access_type=offline", HttpDeliveryMethods.AuthorizationHeaderRequest | HttpDeliveryMethods.GetRequest); spd.TamperProtectionElements = new ITamperProtectionChannelBindingElement[] { new HmacSha1SigningBindingElement() }; WebConsumer wc = new WebConsumer(spd, tm); AuthorizedTokenResponse accessToken = wc.ProcessUserAuthorization(); if (accessToken != null) { HttpContext.Current.Trace.Write("accessToken", accessToken.ToString()); } else { } break; case AuthenticationStatus.Canceled: HttpContext.Current.Trace.Write("AuthenticationStatus", "Canceled"); break; case AuthenticationStatus.Failed: HttpContext.Current.Trace.Write("AuthenticationStatus", "Failed"); break; default: break; } } } Unfortunatelly I get AuthenticationStatus.Authenticated but wc.ProcessUserAuthorization() is null.
