• Extending the SketchFlow player

  I would like to add some controls to the SketchFlow player. For example, I would like to add a combo box with a list of values for a specific variable, and selecting a value will make a specific screen/state show up in the SketchFlow player canvas. Is this possible? I have seen that using the PlayerContext allows access to some controls/events in the Player, but I am not sure how extensible the Player itself is.

• X11 screencasting multicasting solution

  I need to multicast an x11 application window to multiple (sai 100) clients in a lossy (wireless) environment. Right now, I was able to do it through screen grabbing (vlc) and h264 compression, but there should be a cleaner solution, something along the lines of a multicast NX session. Is there anything which could work with some glue, or should I build something for the purpose? Thanks

• NetworkActivityIndicator not working the same on iPhone and Simulator?

  I am using the NetworkActivityIndicator to show that my App is doing some work. When I run the app in the simulator, it shows the way I want - basically spinning the entire time until the selected tab loads the data from the server - but when I put the app onto my phone, I only get a split-second of the spinner before it disappears. Usually only spins right before the view appears on the screen. Ideas?

  Hi, I'm currently working on a project using DSL tools in Visual Studio 2008. Is there a way to automatically add a resource into the solution explorer of the experimental hive at runtime? I'm creating new diagrams based on what is on screen, and saving them into the directory the project is stored in. I would like to know if there is a way to get them to automatically get added to the solution explorer? (I don't want to have to drag the files in manually each time)

• PackageManager: Not granting permission

  Im trying to force my phone to go to sleep as soon as i turn my screen off, but whenever i install with adb, packagemanager informs me that it wont grant the permission i need, so my service throws an exception. I was able to install another app called power save mode toggle which has the same permission, and it seems to work, so i should be able to get this to work, right?

  Hey guys, I have a page with some html content and my Flex app. At one point, the Adobe Flash Player Settings popup appears, but for some reason I can only just see the top of it, the rest is off screen towards the bottom.   What is the best way to store the current mouse position (system-wide) and then (later) put the mouse at that stored point? [NSEvent mouseLocation] gets me the position, and I can move the mouse with a CGEventMouseMoved, but they each use a different co-ordinates system (I believe y=0 is the top for NSEvent and the bottom for a CGEvent). I'm worried about the robustness of capturing the screen height and using it to convert between the two - or is this the best approach?

• Presenting/dismissing modal view controller which contains a table makes the table go down

  I present/dismiss modal view controller with tableview in it. Each presenting/dismissing causes the table to move down, leaving a gap between the table and top of the view. so each time i present after a dismiss, i see my table going down one row-height distance . keeping the routine, the table really 'leaves ' the screen. Is there like a limit to the amount of CCSprites you can have on a screen or something?
