  • Telerik RadEditor add comments while being in Preview mode

    Telerik's RadEditor is used for our content management system's WYSIWYG editor. We need to find a way to display content for review. User should be able to add comments and NOT be able to change the text itself. Currently, RadEditor has a Preview mode, and i am looking on how to add commenting functionality through context menu or button. The editor is pretty customizable, anyone know is ti possible to be done, any hack ways to accomplish this?

  • Need themes for the WPF Toolkit controls (espeically DataGrid)

    I just downloaded the nice themes collection from the Codeplex WPF Themes site. I like the WhisterBlue and BureauBlue themes a lot, but neither contain any styles for the new controls included in the WPF Toolkit (DataGrid, DatePicker, and Calendar). It seems like someone out there must have extended the themes to cover these controls, but I've had no luck finding them. So, if you have any leads, I'd love to hear them. I should also mention that I've been trying to port a Silverlight version of the BureauBlue DataGrid theme to WPF (see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1611135/how-do-you-port-a-theme-from-silverlight-to-wpf), but that has been quite unsuccessful so far.

  • varchar(255) to varchar(MAX)

    Is it possible to change a column type in a MS SQL 2008 database from varchar(255) to varchar(MAX) without having to drop the table and recreate? SQL Server Management Studio throws me an error every time I try to do it using that - but to save myself a headache would be nice to know if I can change the type without having to DROP and CREATE.   • How to use JQuery UI datepicker with bgIframe on IE 6

    I am trying to use the JQuery UI datepicker (latest stable version 1.5.2) on an IE6 website. But I am having the usual problems with combo boxes (selects) on IE6 where they float above other controls. I have tried adding the bgIframe plugin after declaring the datepicker with no luck. My guess is that the .ui-datepicker-div to which I am attaching the bgIframe doesn't exist until the calendar is shown. I am wondering if I can put the .bgIframe() command directly into the datepicker .js file and if so, where? (the similar control by kelvin Luck uses this approach) Current code $(".DateItem").datepicker({ showOn:"button", ... etc ... }); $(".ui-datepicker-div").bgIframe();

  • Android: Saving custom button and spinner on orientation change

    Hello All, I am new to Android programming and was handed a fairly large program that is almost complete, but needed support for switching between portrait and landscape view. I added android:configChanges="keyboardHidden|orientation" to the manifest and used onConfigurationChanged to save the view data and that works. However, there is a button that displays the date selected (when pressed a calendar to select the date comes up) and a spinner that displays the current view and is used to select a new view. Those two items are being cleared/reset and do not work at all after the screen flip. I have been attempting to use onSaveInstanceState and onRestoreInstanceState to fix that, but I cannot figure out how to get it to work. Any advice?   • Infragistics WebScheduleInfo Sample code

    I am working with Infragistics35.WebUI.WebSchedule.v8.2. I am not seeing any good documentation on this on the Infragistics Web site. Does anyone have any sample code I could see? I am trying to create a week view of the calendar. One that "Admins" can edit and the rest of the users can only view. I would love to have a different dblclick event fire based on role, so that a read only version of the activity would show for non admins. Is that possible? I'm just using an access db on the site in the App_Data directory. I really just needed (I thought) an out of the box solution. Cheers.

The appointment request is properly received to my mail box but the event is not automatically added to my calendar. I'm using Outlook 2007. It has the following structure: $/Code/MainSolution $/Code/Branches I want to branch the MainSolution in $/Code/Branches So I do it, (it works perfectly), I set a working folder for that project and do a 'get latest'. But when I open that solution in Visual Studio 2005 it identifies every file as new (+ sign in front of the file) and when I commit it it goes to $/Data/NameOfTheBranch Why does it do that? Why doesn't it follow MY rules?

  • Accessing original WordPress blog's DB from sub-blogs in network mode

    I'm helping with a university radio station website that runs WordPress and was recently switched over to Network (Multi-site/multi-user) mode by myself. The setup is as such: The parent site (www.stationID.com) runs a bunch of custom-built plugins to construct things like the show schedule calendar, the "Now Playing" widget, podcast list, et cetera. The new network websites ("wiki.stationID.com", "buddypress.stationID.com" for instance) run the same template as the parent site, but it stops after rendering the first section because the widgets from point 1 grab data from the main site's database that is not available to sub-blogs. My question is: how do I get data from the main site's tables on the sub-domain sub-blogs? A related question is: how do I set the $wpdb->prefix to be the same as the parent site on the child websites without it negatively effecting how the child website pulls data from its own database? Any help would be awesome, thanks!

But this seems to be not possible with api docs that the apple has released so far ... I have gone through the pdf of ENterprise distribution program and some of the links related to Enterprise Distribution Program, specifies about the Remote wipe and accessing of internal datas like Calendar, sms, mms ect .... But they didnt mention how to do it programmatically. Does Apple provide any special priviledges like extra api support to access the internal data in their Enterprise Distribution Program?. Is there any difference between Enterprise Distribution Program and Standard Distribution Program in the development point of view? And since in-house distribution does not require Apple approval, shall we use some other method which are not officially mentioned in apple docs, to access the internal stored data ..     I am using jquery UI tabs and I need to majorly change the styling on it. I need to rempve the background image, the borders, almost everything. I need it to look minimal, and not like it's self contained. What's the best way to do this? I need to use the default UI styling for the calendar widget however, which is on the same page. I've done a lot of research and everyone seems to point to the theme-roller. However, i do not just want to change the colors and border radii. I need to delete crap. theme-roller seems to be just change things like colors (not really useful for the real world) Is it even worth using jquery UI for my tabs?

  • DataTable identity column not set after DataAdapter.Update/Refresh on table with "instead of"-trigge

    Within our unit tests we use plain ADO.NET (DataTable, DataAdapter) for preparing the database resp. checking the results, while the tested components themselves run under NHibernate 2.1. .NET version is 3.5, SqlServer version is 2005. The database tables have identity columns as primary keys. Some tables apply instead-of-insert/update triggers (this is due to backward compatibility, nothing I can change). The triggers generally work like this: create trigger dbo.emp_insert on dbo.emp instead of insert as begin set nocount on insert into emp ... select @@identity end The insert statement issued by the ADO.NET DataAdapter (generated on-the-fly by a thin ADO.NET wrapper) tries to retrieve the identity value back into the DataRow: exec sp_executesql N' insert into emp (...) values (...); select id, ... from emp where id = @@identity ' But the DataRow's id-Column is still 0. When I remove the trigger temporarily, it works fine - the id-Column then holds the identity value set by the database. NHibernate on the other hand uses this kind of insert statement: exec sp_executesql N' insert into emp (...) values (...); select scope_identity() ' This works, the NHibernate POCO has its id property correctly set right after flushing. Which seems a little bit counter-intuitive to me, as I expected the trigger to run in a different scope, hence @@identity should be a better fit than scope_identity(). So I thought no problem, I will apply scope_identity() instead of @@identity under ADO.NET as well. But this has no effect, the DataRow value is still not updated accordingly. And now for the best part: When I copy and paste those two statements from SqlServer profiler into a Management Studio query (that is including "exec sp_executesql"), and run them there, the results seem to be inverse! There the ADO.NET version works, and the NHibernate version doesn't (select scope_identity() returns null). I tried several times to verify, but to no avail. Of course this just shows the resultset coming from the database, whatever happens inside NHibernate and ADO.NET is another topic. Also, several session properties defined by T-SQL SET are different in the two scenarios (Management Studio query vs. application at runtime) This is a real puzzle to me. I would be happy about any insights on that. Thank you!

    I installed open manage on a couple of my PE 2950s for snmp monitoring of the RAID.
