  I have an instance of NSImageView. I have told InterfaceBuilder to allow the user to paste or drag an image into this view. This works. However, I don't see a way in the NSImageView or related documentation to get notified when this actually happens. I was expecting a delegate or some such, but I have been unable to find it.   Can I user mono's AOT (Ahead of Time compilation) feature to natively "pre-compile" all or part of some of my own .NET DLLs (and or EXEs) to make them harder to reverse engineer? I'm using Windows (7 / x64 but I have an x86 XP machine as well) and .NET 3.5 (VS 2008) and I'm curious if mono/AOT can be/has been used for this purpose? (Tying them to x86 is acceptable at this point.) See also this question where I tried this and had no luck.

  We're getting the error "The user does not have permission to perform this action" during times of heavy load (regularly, when a trim job occurs). The error clears up when the service accessing sql server is restarted, so it's obviously not a real permissions problems. There's a possibility that the problem is occurring when we're trying to query dm_tran_active_transactions and sys.dm_tran_session_transactions.
