• Any way to stop people from img "framing" your site?

  Someone was trying to get cute with me, by "iframeing" my search result page via an IMG tag with 0 width and 0 height, in hopes of killing my server resources. My searches are cached, so it doesn't do much damage, since its just a static file being served, but I was wondering if there was anything I can do to "fight back"? I know you can use a frame breaker, had it been an iframe. Is there anything to do in the case of an image?

  Hi, I'm running ubuntu 9.10 which has gcc4 (libstdc++6) installed, and I need to install a program that requires libstdc++5 that comes with gcc3. I don't see gcc-3 listed when I run "apt-cache search" so: Is it necessary to install gcc-3 to achieve libstdc++5 ? If so where can I get it ? Is there a way to install just libstdc++5 Would a soft link to libstdc++6 do or is it not recommended ? Thanks

  I just heard about policyd-weight so I did an apt-cache search policyd which returns three options: policyd-weight postfix-policyd postfwd Which one is the best, and do you have any tips on setting them up? Our current setup is whitelister plus postgrey to greylist RBLd hosts, then fail2ban them for 10 minutes if they have 10 failures, followed by content filtering (Kaspersky Anti-Spam). The content filtering is pretty good, but there's still a lot of spam that gets through the RBL greylisting.

• Moved files only opening as 'read-only' in Excel

  I moved a large directory of Excel files to another machine. When I sign in as myself (administrator signing into domain) then the files open just fine, but when I sign in as a Power User directly onto the machine, the files open as 'Read-Only'. I've reset all the attributes through both Windows and DOS, but to no avail. Also I checked on the Search Indexing bug, but indexing is already turned off. Any ideas?

I managed to open those file in GIMP (I work on Ubuntu) The problem is that there are too many layers in there and it is very hard to navigate through them to get to the layer I'm interested in. Is there way in GIMP (or maybe plugin?) to show/hide layer by name and/or search for layer with specific name?

  Helo all! A wierd shift-key problem, for which all I found was sticky keys answers First of all, I have all the sticky keys and related, Disabled. Every windows that is currently in focus, if I press the left shift-key alone, pops up the current window menu. I have no idea how and why this has happened, or how to disable it.   When I type http://google.com and press ENTER on any of my browsers ( Mozilla, Chrome ), the URL bar suddenly transforms into this file:///C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Roaming/Google_Toolbar/Google_Toolbar/1.0.0.0/MyGoogle.html After this too, I can continue to search in google but the URL bar still shows the local address. Surprisingly this is happening only for google.com and not other sites.

I tried taskkill /FI "WINDOWTITLE eq *Conversation" /IM communicator.exe but the wildcard pattern starting with a '*' does not seem to work.   I have two primary audio outputs on my machine: The speakers and a USB headset. Currently, in Windows 7 Professional x64, I type "sound" in the Start search menu to open up this dialog: I only care about the top two options for the purposes of this question. I would like to know if there's a way in AutoHotKey to switch from "Speakers (4- Sennheiser USB Headset)" to "Speakers (VIA High Definition Audio)" so I can avoid having to open this dialog every time I wish to switch.   I'm trying to search and replace in excel, the column is formatted as 'Text'. Find: [@ replace with: @ Whenever this finds a match at the start of a cell i.e the cell contents start with [@ and tries to replace that with @ the result is an error 'This function is not valid' I guess that since the @ operator is for references, this is causing the cell to be interpreted differently (not as text anymore) How do I make this replacement work? Copy/paste into another program is not a good option because some of the cells contain line-breaks.

  When shopping for a new desktop computer, I'd like to get one that allows me to use two monitors. Is that something that most current-generation video cards can do (in late 2012), or do I need to search for a specific graphics card, or specific attributes for a card? I've Googled the question but most answers talk about how to figure out if a computer that you already have can support dual monitors (generally, by plugging two monitors and seeing if they both work).
