I built application by using Netbeans and its working fine. Hi, I'm new at this (java and opengl) so please bear with me if the answer to the question is simple. :) I'm trying to get a camera preview screen with the ability to display 3d objects simultaneously. Having gone through the samples at the api demos, I thought combining the code for the the examples at the api demo would suffice. But somehow its not working. The forces me to shut down upon startup and the error is mentioned as null pointer exception. Could someone share with me where did I go wrong and how to proceed from there. jQuery datepicker returns "inst is null" error when loaded via AJAX

I'm loading content via an AJAX call into a table row added to the DOM on the fly. I'm calling the datepicker functionality in my callback function and the calendar shows fine. However, when I click on the date, I get an error: inst is null. I just downloaded jQuery UI Tabs. In the included index.html file, it works fine, CSS and all, with no customization. I copied the files over to my web server, keeping the directory structure intact, and copied the content code to my already-existing index.html, but it does not work. How to configure a GridView CommandField to trigger Full Page Update in UpdatePanel

I have 2 user controls on my page. One is used for searching, and the other is used for editing (along with a few other things). The user control that provides the search functionality uses a GridView to display the search results. This GridView has a CommandField used for editing (showEditButton="true"). I would like to place the GridView into an UpdatePanel so that paging through the search results will be smooth. The thing is that when the user clicks the Edit Link (the CommandField) I need to preform a full page postback so that the search user control can be hidden and the edit user control can be displayed. Edit: the reason I need to do a full page postback is because the edit user control is outside of the UpdatePanel that my GridView is in. It is not only outside the UpdatePanel, but it's in a completely different user control. I have no idea how to add the CommandField as a full page postback trigger to the UpdatePanel. The PostBackTrigger (which is used to indicate the controls cause a full page postback) takes a ControlID as a parameter; however the CommandButton does not have an ID...and you can see why I'm having a problem with this. Update on what else I've tried to solve the problem: I took a new approach to solving the problem. In my new approach, I used a TemplateField instead of a CommandField. I placed a LinkButton control in the TemplateField and gave it a name. During the GridView's RowDataBound event I retrieved the LinkButton control and added it to the UpdatePanel's Triggers. This is the ASP Markup for the UpdatePanel and the GridView <asp:UpdatePanel ID="SearchResultsUpdateSection" runat="server"> <ContentTemplate> <asp:GridView ID="SearchResultsGrid" runat="server" AllowPaging="true" AutoGenerateColumns="false"> <Columns> <asp:TemplateField> <HeaderTemplate></HeaderTemplate> <ItemTemplate> <asp:LinkButton ID="Edit" runat="server" Text="Edit"></asp:LinkButton> </ItemTemplate> </asp:TemplateField> <asp:BoundField ...... </Columns> </asp:GridView> </ContentTemplate> </asp:UpdatePanel> In my VB.NET code. I implemented a function that handles the GridView's RowDataBound event. In this method I find the LinkButton for the row being bound to, create a PostBackTrigger for the LinkButton, and add it to the UpdatePanel's Triggers. This means that a PostBackTrigger is created for every "edit" LinkButton in the GridView Edit: this did not create a PostBackTrigger for Every "edit" LinkButton because the ID is the same for all LinkButtons in the GridView. After reading the MSDN article on the UpdatePanel.Triggers Property I have the impression that Triggers can only be defined declaratively. How to give INSTALLDIR folder permission in WIX?

I am designing a WIX 3.6 installer project, during the installation we need to grand the user create file permission to the install folder(INSTALLDIR, especially with the default install folder, the Program Files, the user normally can't create file in the installation. We've experienced some failures). I guess it can be achieved by setting a Permission element, with CreateFile property. However, the INSTALLDIR is a directory, and only such elements as CreateFolder, File, FileShare, Registry, ServiceInstall can have permission element. So could anyone tell me how to do that? Android: retrieving all Drawable resources from Resources object

In my Android project, I want to loop through the entire collection of Drawable resources. Normally, you can only retrieve a specific resource via its ID using something like: InputStream is = Resources.getSystem().openRawResource(resourceId) However, I want to get all Drawable resources where I won't know their ID's beforehand. Is there a collection I can loop through or perhaps a way to get the list of resource ID's given the resources in my project? Or, is there a way for me in Java to extract all property values from the R.drawable static class?

I am trying to do this via the jquery cookie plugin (http://plugins.jquery.com/project/Cookie). My form would look like this: <div id="sign_up_form_wrapper"><form id="sign_up" action="" method="POST" name="form"> <input type="checkbox" name="checkbox" id="checkbox" value="1">  I accept the terms and conditions</a> <br /><br /><input type="submit" value="ENTER"> </form></div> And I am setting my cookie here: <script type="text/javascript" language="javascript"> $().ready(function() { $('#sign_upm').submit(function(e) { e.preventDefault(); if ($('#sign_up input[name=checkbox]').is(':checked')) { $.cookie('agreed_to_terms', '1', { path: '/', expires: 999999 }); } }); }); </script> That will set the cookie when a user has checked the box, but now I need to do somehting like this: if the cookie has been set, do this: <div id="sign_up_form_wrapper"> <p>Welcome back, John</p> </div> otherwise do this: <div id="sign_up_form_wrapper">  </div> Any ideas or pointers would be very appreciated, thanks.

CreateProcess doesn't pass command line arguments

Hello I have the following code but it isn't working as expected, can't figure out what the problem is. Linear Layout and weight in Android

I always read about this funny weight value in the Android documentations. Now I want to try it for the first time but it isn't working at all. As I understand it from the documentations this layout: <LinearLayout android:layout_width="fill_parent" android:layout_height="wrap_content" android:orientation="horizontal"> <Button android:text="Register" android:id="@+id/register" android:layout_width="wrap_content" android:layout_height="wrap_content" android:padding="10dip" weight="1" /> <Button android:text="Not this time" android:id="@+id/cancel" android:layout_width="wrap_content" android:layout_height="wrap_content" android:padding="10dip" weight="1" /> </LinearLayout> should create two buttons that are horizontally aligned and share the space equally. The problem is the two buttons don't grow to fill the space. The result is something like this: I would like the buttons to grow and fill the whole line.

ASP.net Ajax tab container not appearing

I created new web project using VS 2008 with enabled Ajax template with C# and Framework 3.5. I added Ajax reference to the project and I can see all Ajax toolkit in my tool box. The problem that when I add tab container with Tab Panels then run the projects nothing appear on the browser and I tried few browsers. I'm including my code and I wish that someone would help me. Hi All, I downloading table from SQL 2008 using VFP 8.0 (SP1) using command: COPY TO xxx TYPE XLS Some of the data in the excel is disappearing. Example, Table in SQL: Cus(ID int(4), CusNam VARCHAR(35)) When i issue the following command at VFP Forms: (a) COPY TO xxx TYPE FOX2x [Data display correctly as following] *ID CusNam 1 ABC 2 DEF* (b) COPY TO xxx TYPE XLS [2nd Record disappear] *ID CusNam 1 2 DEF* Appreciate for any helps!

Ruby on Rails simple_navigation Gem

I'm using the simple_navigation gem with RoR 2.3.5 It all seems to work correctly, I followed the info in the RDoc (seen here http://rdoc.info/projects/mexpolk/simple_navigation) However, when I actually render out the simple_navigation menu on my main application.html.erb file it escapes all of the html in it (multiple escapes actually). I end up with junk like this which in a browser ends up with all kinds of disjointed text and ["\ things everywhere. <ul class="simple_navigation" depth="0" id="simple_navigation_default"> ["<li class=\"menu\" drop_down=\"true\" id=\"simple_navigation_default_menus_home\"><a href=\"/home\">Wellcome</a><ul depth=\"1\" id=\"simple_navigation_default_menus_home_menus\"> [\"<li class=\\\"menu\\\" drop_down=\\\"false\\\" id=\\\"simple_navigation_default_menus_home_menus_settings\\\"><a href=\\\"/home/settings\\\">Appliction Settings</a></li>\"] </ul> </li>"] What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to tell Ruby on rails to NOT escape html?

So I want to ask: How can I manually call the update model values phase inside Bean1.onSelectOneMenuChange() ?How can I get the value input input by the users inside Bean1.onSelectOneMenuChange() and set it to the corresponding fields of the Bean1 ? 2.Another approach is that only reRender those textbox whose values are updated inside the Bean1.onSelectOneMenuChange() .However , there are many cases . For example , a value will change all the textbox value and a values may only change some textbox value.How can I reRender conditionally ? What method is more prefer for maintainability?
