    We have 2 servers, 1 already configured with .net which works fine and a new one which appears to be configured the same but when I open an xml page in Internet Explorer it complains about the <% tag. We have IIS on win srvr 2003 SP2. The website is configured with .NET 1.1.4322. In ISAPI extensions have set the .XML extension to use c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_isapi.dll But the page: <property name="documentmaxage" value="0"/> <property name="documentmaxstale" value="0"/> <var name="m_Prompt_Path" /> <form id="InitVoiceXmlDoc"> <block> <assign name="m_Prompt_Path" expr="&quot;<% Response.Write(Request.QueryString["m_Prompt_Path"]); %>&quot;"/> </block> </form> gives the error: The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later. The character '<' cannot be used in an attribute value. Error processing resource 'http://localhost:11119/fails.xml'.   • Refresh page isnt working in asp.net using treeview

    Hi, I am trying to refresh an asp.net page using this command: <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="10"/> On that page I have 2 treeviews. The refresh works ok when I just open the page, but when I click on one of the treeviews and expand it, the refresh stopps working and the page isnt being refreshed. Any ideas why this can happen? Is there any connection to the treeview being expanded? How do I initialise the class? There is no "Invoke" button either.   • Why oh why doesn't my asp.net treeview update?

    I'm using an ASP.net treeview on a page with a custom XmlDataSource. When the user clicks on a node of the tree, a detailsview pops up and edits a bunch of things about the underlying object. All this works properly, and the underlying object gets updated in my background object-management classes. Yay! However, my treeview just isn't updating the display. Either immediately (which i would like it to), or on full page re-load (which is the minimal useful level i need it to be at). Am i subclassing XmlDataSource poorly? I really don't know. Can anyone point me in a good direction? Thanks!     Hi., I have a web-page application already created, but when I open it in visual studio 2008, it says there that: ASP.NET 2.0 has not been registered on the Web Server. You need to manually configure you Web server for ASP.NET 2.0 in order for your site to run correctly. I'm using asp.net 2.0, IIS7 and running on vista home premium. How to register ASP.NET 2.0 to my web server(IIS7)?
