• Xcode preferences across multiple computers?

  I run Xcode on both my laptop and desktop. I'm constantly tweaking my setup with regards to key bindings. Rather than try to get both configurations identical by hand, is there any way to create the configuration on one computer and then share it via dropbox (for example) for the other to use? Perhaps by symlinking the laptop's configuration file to one stored on dropbox? Very curious how others handle this situation.

  Does the original data type of the username string in a call to FormsAuthentication.SetAuthCookie(...) make any difference with regards to security or code maintainability? As I understand it, the cookie is encrypted and used to identify a user on each request. I'm curious whether it should affect the design of the primary key on my Users table in my database, eg. • Has anyone gotten VB highlighting to work in Emacs23?

  I have found and installed the visual basic mode for emacs. It seems to be loading on emacs startup and the VB mode loads when I open a *.bas file. The code is not highlighted at all, however. I'm using Emacs23, tried it with 21 and saw no difference. Background for the curious: I am rewriting a set of codes from VB to Python. The syntax highlighting will make it much easier for me to see what's going on.

  I saw this video, and I am really curious how it was performed. Does anyone have any ideas? My intuition is that he scraped pixels from the screen (one per 'box'), and then fed that into some program to determine the next move. Is scraping pixel-by-pixel the way to do this, or is there a better way? I am looking to do something similar with either Java or Python. Thanks
