    I have a simple page structure like below /directory/subdir_1/index.php /directory/subdir_2/index.php .... (there are no other files in these directories) is it possible to have 'fake/pretty' urls for the above files as below? /directory/subdir_1 /directory/subdir_2 ... so this path would show whether the visitor typed that,/directory/subdir_2/ or /directory/subdir_2/index.php. If page 1 has 2 users @users.size = 2, going to page 2 with say 1 user @users.size = 1. How can I show the size of all the users?

  • JFileChooser select directory but show files

    I feel like there should be a simple way to do this but I can't figure it out. I have a JFileChooser that allows the user to select directories. I want to show all the files in the directories to give the user some context, but only directories should be accepted as selections (maybe the Open button would be disabled when a file is selected). Is there an easy way of doing this?

    Im using jquery for various things on my site, but one thing im not sure how to do, is have it show an element, then wait X seconds, and hide the element. $('#form').ajaxForm(function() { $('#cartcontents').fadeOut("fast").load('cart.php').fadeIn("fast"); }); That's the JavaScript that I'm using now. How could I have it (when the form submits) display the div #notice for 5 seconds, then fadeOut?

I know there is a .hover() jQuery function but am unsure how to use it to get the desired effect. Ideally when a user hovers over an image it would "grey out" (e.g. layer of 50% opacity black) with some HTML like a title etc etc. Can someone point me in the right direction or provide sample code Thanks

  • magento show categories on left sidebar on a page

    I cant manage to show on a page, on the left side the categories. I selected for the page under Design - layout to 3 columns, Right side shows fine but nothing on left side. New to magento so i`m not sure in wich file in the template i have to look for. Its a custom template installed so i got so far to: app/design/frontend/default/f001/template/ but not sure now if to look under catalog or paeg folders
