• How do I layout my web page using CSS so that the right-hand column doesn't wrap?

  On most of my web site (http://sellsbrothers.com), the right-hand column where I keep the search bar and the ads stays on the right-hand side as I intended. However, on some pages (http://www.sellsbrothers.com/Posts/Details/12670), it doesn't. How do I fix the ones that don't? Thanks!

• Format table header

  I have a table with slanted text in the header row, the only problem is that the text still makes the width of the columns way to large. Is there any way to squish together the table columns so that they are about the width of the select boxes? Or is there a way to place the text there without it in the header and maybe just use a <div> or <p>?   I am using a checkbox that has the name selectedids[], and I am trying to select all checkbox with the JavaScript but the code is not working. However, when I change the name of checkbox to selectedids it works but I can't do so because I need all the ids that are selected on the POSTED page.   I am working on a menu navigation that has parent horizontal bar as static and a vertical accordion child menu that interacts with the parent. I have them working fine except one part where I want to toggle show() and hide() child menu when clicked on the same parent menu item. I've looked at toggle() jQuery API but couldn't get it working properly.   Hello im developing some backends in ASP.NET 2.0 and i have put all the images in Cache, GZIPED my CSS, JS files and everything to speedup the load of each options. the performance its good and i have no problems with the clients but i want "MORE" fast loads and im looking for some recomendations. Is important to mention that those websites are using only in intranets so im thinking to implement my next projects using IFRAME for content that way (i think) the options will be loading faster because they not have to load the entire site. any help / recomendations? thanks in advance.

  Does anyone know an easy way to hide hashtags in the user's address bar? I am using a image gallery plugin and the only way to control the start position is to use a hash tag. The problem is the hash tag gives away the relative path of the images folder and it looks bad. Without the hash tag it only loads thumbs and not start image so really it's unavoidable. Thanks!

  Hello friends, I have a JSP page on which I have a div tag in which there is a a IMG tag. Using this IMG tag I want to show an image in it. Here the source path of an image is comes from database so I assigned a JSP variable using JSP scriplet. This JSP variable have the source path of an image. This path of image may be of different machine or of same machine i.e. images are stored on different machine or on same machine i.e. on local machine on different drive. The problem is that how to give path of image stored on different machine as well as on same machine. I have tried different ways like by giving ip address of that machine. Here is the path that of local machine where the image is stored img src= file:\localhost\D:\ScannedSheets\testproj/batch1/IMG001.jpg style="z-index:1; position:absolute; top:0; left:0; width:850; height:1099" With this syntax the image is visible in Internet Explorer but With the same syntax Its not visible in FireFox, Google Chrome etc. Please Guide me in friends. Also tell me that how to give path of the image stored on different machine which works In Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google chrome etc.

  I have a classifieds website, where everybody may put ads of their products. For each classified, the user has to enter a password (so that they can delete the classified whenever they wish). So basically, when somebody wants to delete a classified, they click on the classified, click on the delete button, and enter the pass. I use MySql as a database.   Hi, I have made a leaderboard table on my site, which returns the users in the MySQL database with the highest scores (score is a separate field). The fields in the leaderboard table are 'rank' 'username' and 'score'. I would like to link each username in the table to it's own profile page.   Hello, I was able to get the navigation dropdown to show the letters in a different color from the background (white in this case) in Chrome browser. But when I view the same page in IE or FF, the whole background is just all green.
