Now I have one implementation for a sample model ready but to make the code library generic I want to write an application where I can templatize the code and provide placeholders for data model specific points. I need to analyze JavaScript source code, a language which Doxygen/Graphviz does not support, though it does support C++ and others. Has anyone experience with generating SPSS-format data files using open-source, freeware or home-grown solutions? I'm not even sure that the file format is "open".   I saw a similar question about the reason Google Chrome wasn't written in C#. But with the upcoming version of Windows and Microsoft's flagship language, I am having a hard time understanding why Microsoft isn't pushing C# to its fullest potential to give it more exposure via their market share? In addition can be interpreted as "Is C# and the .Net framework suitable to run a modern OS like Windows 7" Btw this is not a flaming question, but curiosity. I use C# daily and really love it.

  I'm evaluating Watir right now. While Selenium has a dragAndDropToObject command (which seems to be broken) Watir seems not to have such a command. I couldn't find a script/tutorial with an example of how to test DnD with Watir. Did anybody try/succeed in testing drag-and-drop with Watir? Btw.: I am using jQuery for the DnD implementation.

  I need to send files securely from Adobe Air. In any other language, my first thought would be sftp/scp, but I don't see any libraries to do that in Flex. I'm new to flex, so I'm not sure where to look for code examples and repos. It looks like the raw socket interface is available, so I could write one if no good examples exist. • Implementing PyMyType_Check methods with Python C API?

  All the Python-provided types have a check method (i.e., PyList_Check) that allows you to check if an arbitrary PyObject* is actually a specific type. How can I implement this for my own types? I haven't found anything good online for this, though it seems like a pretty normal thing to want to do. Also, maybe I'm just terrible at looking through large source trees, but I cannot for the life of me find the implementation of PyList_Check or any of it's companions in the Python (2.5) source.
