  • Checking if language is set in url with regex

    I have am working on a multi language file. My urls look something like this: http://www.mydomain.com/en/about/info http://www.mydomain.com/nl/about/info Now I use a small regex script that redirect the user when they use a link without language. The script looks like this: preg_match('~^/[a-z]{2}/~', $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] This finds out is there is a language set en|nl|de etc. This works fine on all links except for these: http://www.mydomain.com/en http://www.mydomain.com/nl There is no trailing slash so the regex can not find the given values. Anyone know a fix for this?

  • Mixing static and dynamic endpoints in app.yaml file

    I'm trying to describe endpoints in my App Engine app and am having difficulty for directory structures that mix static and dynamic content. But my yaml rules are conflicting with one another. Before I change my directory structure, does anyone have a recommendation? The goal is to create a directory that contains both documentation (static html files) and implementations. /api - /v1 - getitdone.py - doc.html - index.html What I think I should be doing with my application yaml... - url: /api/v1/getitdone script: api/v1/getitdone.py - url: /api/ static_files: api/index.html upload: api/index.html - url: /api static_dir: api But this causes the dynamic endpoints to fail. I'm assuming the static_dir reference is breaking it. How can I do this without describing every script and static file reference (I have many more than are listed here)?

It runs fine from the command line and also interprets the 'cycle' argument fine. When it runs in cron it runs fine, however, the process never dies and while each process doesn't continue to cycle the system it does seem to be looping in some way due to the fact that it ups my system load very quickly.     Hey there, new to AJAX, JS.. Im trying to add to a Javascript/Ajax search script that I've put together. How do I add search date to the dataString so that I can use that var in my searchdata.php? In searchdata, I can do this $search_word=$_GET['search_word']; and use that var, but so far every time i attempt to alter the dataString, it breaks all the other functionality. Thanks!

  • glibc backtrace - can't redirect output to file

    Hi, I'm in the process of debugging a C program (that I didn't write). I have all of the internal debugging tools (a whole bunch of printf's) enabled, and I wrote a small PHP script that uses proc_open() and just grabs both stdout and stderr, and time-coordinates them in one file. At the moment, the binary is dieing with a realloc() error that's caught by glibc, and a glibc backtrace is printed, beginning with: *** glibc detected *** /sbin/rsyslogd: realloc(): invalid next size: 0x00002ace626ac910 *** Here's the thing I don't understand: I've confirmed that the PHP script is catching both stdout and stderr from the binary's process and writing them to the correct files, but this backtrace is still printed to the console. Where is this coming from? Is there some magical output channel other than stdout and stderr? Any ideas on how I go about capturing this backtrace to a file, or sending it out with stderr?   • accessing files after setup.py install

    I'm developing a python application and have a question regarding coding it so that it still works after an user has installed it on his or her machine via setup.py install or similar. In one of my files, I use the following: file = "TestParser/View/MainWindow.ui" cwd = os.getcwd() argv_path = os.path.dirname(sys.argv[0]) file_path = os.path.join(cwd, argv_path, file) in order to get the path to MainWindow.ui, when I only know the path relative to the main script's location. This works regardless of from where I call the main script. The issue is that after an user installs the application on his or her machine, the relative path is different, so this doesn't work. I could use __file__, but according to this, py2exe doesn't have __file__. Is there a standard way of achieving this? Or a better way?

    I am using Daemon tool to mount an ISO image on Windows XP machine.I do mount using Daemon command (daemon.exe -mount 0,). Above command will mount ISO image to device number. In my case I have 4 partition (C,D,E,F) and G for DVD/CD-RW. Now what happen, ISO gets mounted to drive letter 'H:' with name (as defined while creating ISO) say 'testmount' My queries:- 1) How can I get mount name of mounted ISO image (i.e. 'testmount'). Just another case; if there are already some mount points existing on machine and I created a new one using Daemon tool. Then If I can get latest one using script that will be great. 2) How to get drive letter where it did get mounted. If anyone know python script or command (or even Win command ) to get these info. do let me know. Thanks...

    Okay, I'll admit being a designer, I don't know much about how data is handled from the servers in forms... (basically the whole programming part). Basically I have a text field that the user types something like "apple", this gets sent to the server and then displays the apple.html page that I have in a directory in an IFrame. If anyone can show me how to do this in a PHP script or Perl, would be great thanks! I think this is good start, it gets more complicated than this... I later have to convert the "apple" into something like 2321 and display 2321.html instead. If anyone can find a CGI script that does this, thanks!
