    I have a bunch of 200X120 thumbnails and a bunch of high quality images, Apparently when I just resize the thumbnails with img size the quality suffers, so we are loading two images from the server the image thumbnail and the actual, I am just trying to optimize my site for speed a little saw someone mention embedding thumbs in the image, does anyone know a program that does that? Is this the best way to achieve my goal of high quality thumbnails?

Currently I upload the files with ajax and use response_to_parent to update my upload view when all images are transfered to the image server.     could anybody knows any alternatives to progressbar? Inmy project im using progressbar..I would like to change it to something like a rotating gif image which indicates the processing or someother labels which prevents the user from interacting to the program.I tried to implement the gif image by using background worker but its hanging may be coz of huge file transfer process.. So im searching for someother alternative like a label which will disable the content and prevent the user to interact with the program. Could anybody help me on this?

    I am new to matplotlib and python and would like to display an image so that 1 pixel of the image is actually represented by 1 pixel in the figure. In MATLAB, this is achieved with the command truesize(). How can I do this in Python? I tried playing around with the imshow() arguments as well as set_dpi() and set_figwidth()/set_figheight(), but with no luck. Thanks.

    Hi All, Every time I paste code from an Adobe reader eBook into Visual Studio it ends up looking like the image below. The only way I know to fix it is to go on each and every line and manually tab/backspace it all back in order. Source formatting does nothing (EditAdvancedFormat Document) Anyone know how to fix the indention in this scenario?     I downloaded a Kali Linux ISO VMware image thinking that it would be able to run in Virtualbox as well. However, this only seems to be the case with .vmdk files, and my image is a .vm.tar.gz file. Virtualbox does not recognize it as a valid ISO file, and I am not sure how to convert it. The entire thing is kali-linux-1.0-i386-gnome-vm.tar.gz The goal is to be able to run this in a Virtualbox, is there any way to convert this from VMware to Virtualbox?
