    I have a export defined as as follows in MEF preview 5 [ExportMetadata("Application", "CheckFolderApplication")] [Export(typeof(ExtendedArtifactBase))] public class CheckFolderArtifact2 : ExtendedArtifactBase { ... Then I only want those imports with the "Application" "CheckFolderApplication" metadata. To currenly do that I read all the imports and then filter the result. [Import(typeof(ExtendedApplicationBase))] private ExportCollection<IApplication> _applications { get; set; } public IApplication GetApplication(string applicationName) { return _applications.Single(a => a.GetExportedObject().Name == applicationName).GetExportedObject(); } This feels really inefficient. What if I have thousands of plug-ins - do I have to read them all via MEF to just get one with the right metadata? If so how do you cache the result?

  • flex data provider not working if XML has single node value or less

    hello, i get this error when i retrieve an XML that only has 1 node (no repeating nodes) and i try to store in an ArrayCollection. -When I have MORE than 1 "name" nodes...i do NOT get an error. My test show that XMLListCollection does NOT work either. TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert "XXXXXX" to mx.collections.ArrayCollection. this error occurs as the line of code: myList= e.result.list.name; Why can't ArrayCollection work with a single node? I'm using this ArrayCollection as a dataprovider for a Component -is there an alternative I can use that will take BOTH single and repeating nodes as well as work as a dataprovider?     Hello I have some question about naive bayes classifier . In my project I have to classify a text into a class from 4 available class. In naive bayes we have formula like cmap=argmax.P(d|c).P(c) I have standarize the amount of training document of each class, so I got a same P(c) value for each class (0.25). Here's my question: What if a testing document token doesn't have any token which belong to any of those 4 class(in document training)? Resulted to all of the class have same value of P(d|c).P(c). Which class should i pick? What if the token exist, and 2 class or more have same value of P(d|c).P(c) what should I do? Thank you..

So let's say I have a table like this: CREATE TABLE sal_emp ( a text ARRAY, b text ARRAY, c text ARRAY, ); These are my arrays: $a = array(aa,bb,cc); $b = array(dd,dd,aa); $c = array(bb,ff,ee); and I want to insert them into respective column each like this: a | b | c -----------+------------+------------ {aa,bb,cc} | {dd,dd,aa} | {bb,ff,ee} Can I insert it this way? $a = implode(',', $a); $b = implode(',', $b); $c = implode(',', $c); $a = array('a' => $a, 'b' => $b, 'c' => $c); pg_insert($dbconn, 'table', $a); Or is there a better way to achieve the same result?

    I have the following text from an academic course I took a while ago about in-order traversal (they also call it pancaking) of a binary tree (not BST): In-order tree traversal Draw a line around the outside of the tree. Start to the left of the root, and go around the outside of the tree, to end up to the right of the root. Stay as close to the tree as possible, but do not cross the tree. (Think of the tree — its branches and nodes — as a solid barrier.) The order of the nodes is the order in which this line passes underneath them. If you are unsure as to when you go “underneath” a node, remember that a node “to the left” always comes first. Here's the example used (slightly different tree from below) However when I do a search on google, I get a conflicting definition. For example the wikipedia example: Inorder traversal sequence: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I (leftchild,rootnode,right node) But according to (my understanding of) definition #1, this should be A, B, D, C, E, F, G, I, H Can anyone clarify which definition is correct? They might be both describing different traversal methods, but happen to be using the same name. I'm having trouble believing the peer-reviewed academic text is wrong, but can't be certain.

    I'm running an application on windows server that connect to a SQL Server database. Today, when I opened SQL Server Management Studio, I was surprised the database is not in the list of the databases! I don't know what's the reason. I searched in the server files but I can't find the database and also in the recycle bin. I put my database in C:\db\myWeb.mdf and suddenly it's been removed!     I have a manually created array that already works example below: var PartsData = { 179: { ref:"", partNum: "201-2007-C00-00", descript: "System Monitor Card (Tracewell Only)", cage: "39764", qty: "1", SMR: "XBOZZ", UOC: "A" }}; Now this array above is is just one value in the array and it works fine. Here is the XML that I am trying to use to dynamically change the values. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <partsTables> <partsList> <part sheetNum="ta1"> <breakDownIndexNo>-1 </breakDownIndexNo> <referenceDesg/> <indent>20534220P01 </indent> <description/> <cage>TAC RI, GRADE-A SHOCK (TEC RACK), ALT P/N 72304-1</cage> <qtyPerAssy>23991 </qtyPerAssy> <smr>1 </smr> <uoc>ADODD </uoc> <blank/> </part> </partsList> </partsTables> I have this parsing just fine in Acrobat. Now I want to make the array work for me in using these values. if I have the following below it will work. Where part.item(i).indent.value equals the value of the indent node, etc. newArr = { 179: { ref: part.item(i).referenceDesg.value, partNum: part.item(i).indent.value, descript: part.item(i).cage.value, cage: part.item(i).qtyPerAssy.value, qty: part.item(i).smr.value, SMR: part.item(i).uoc.value, UOC: part.item(i).blank.value}}; As soon as I try to make the 179 value, which is in the breakDownIndexNo node, dynamic by using the direct part.item(i).breakDownIndexNo.value it will not compile. Acrobat is using javascript so I'm not sure why I can not get this to parse. I have tried to create a variable out of the breakDownIndexNo node and typed it to both a String and an Integer. this will let it create the array but it will not let me output from the array. newArr[indexNum].partNum gives me "no properties" where newArr[179].partNum if I were to manually set the index number to 179 will print out the value of part.item(i).indent.value. If any of you have an idea or an answer please let me know.
