    I am using the Postfix MTA with a virtual configuration from MySQL for the Users and Forwardings. Now I want some Adresses (that are dynamicaly generated, for writing via E-Mail to a Forum) to be forwarded to a php-script. I already have tried to put the script quoted and piped as destination bit it doesn't work. "|php -q /path/to/script.php" But if I send a mail to that domain it says: User “|php -q /path/to/script.php"@mydomain.tld not found

  • not able to log on to balcberry gmail even after change of psswd and Captcha unlock

    I have custom domain with gmail, and successfully configured gmail account to receive mail in blackberry. However, after deleting the account, I am not able to configure again, and it keep on repeating same problem: invalid email account. I have changed the password, and also did unlocking of captsha many times, but it just dont connect with blackberry account. Can I get some advise?

I have Windows 7 x64 ent. - name: backupfb - added to domain with shared folder on drive e: (e:\backup) 50 clients/laptops with TSM Tivoli fastback for workstations who save files on shared folder And I need to configure proper permission for my shared folders that only owner of folder can access to their folders. Folder structure is: e:\backup <- shared as a "backup" folder \\backupfb\backup\ e:\backup\BackupAdmin <-- directory is used by the Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack for Workstations client to download revisions and configurations. Nodes require read-only access to these directories e:\backup\RealTimeBackup <-- enable client accounts to create directories that are only accessible by the account that created them. As a result, the directory that contains data for a node is not created until that node connects to the server.   • Browser Install with Bookmarks

    Goal: Install firefox and chrome with a default set of bookmarks on Windows 7 x86. The immediate need is for freshly imaged machines to have bookmarks. So I'm looking for an msi /flag or something to either import bookmarks for a file or import settings from IE. Another possibility it seems is push installers/import actions from GPO on the domain. Seems like this might be best since if stuff changes in the future I can update as needed. I'm open to other options as well.

What is the best method to deploy software that has no .msi installer, but has switches for silent installs All I can think is to use startup scripts (that will do detect-install/uninstall/upgrade), but I was wondering if there are existing wheel designs in this area... NOTE: I'd like to avoid repackaging to .msi format (unless someone convinces me otherwise). Some examples of software that I would like to deploy picasa 3 VLC

  • Cannot access windows share folder

    In my windows domain, there's been happening a problem with the access to some of our shared folders: There appears a "the account is disabled" problem whe trying to access those. When looking at the the Active Directory Groups and Users snap-in, there's no user blocked nor disabled and the users trying to access the shared folders don't have any problem logging in on their respective computers. Needless to say, they have proper permissions on the network shares to be accessed. What might be the problem?

  • Apache + Passenger, requests not forwarded to Rails

    I'm trying to set up Apache + Passenger (mod_rails) and everything works fine except Apache won't forward requests to Rails. From my Apache log: File does not exist: /var/www/rails_apps/domain.com/public/controllerName My Rails app works fine with Mongrel and I also have some PHP/MySQL sites running fine. I have no .htaccess in my Rails app directory. What is going wrong? How could I troubleshoot this problem ?

  • Batch file installing executable only gives SYSTEM permissions

    So, I have a couple of batch files that install some executables and they work, but when the executables setup shortcuts on the desktop only SYSTEM has access to them. Is there a way I can prevent that or make it so it adds Domain Users access or something like that. I realize that the batch files are ran under the SYSTEM context, but I'd like to find a way to clean up after them. Thanks in advance!

  • Branch office unable to resolve DNS names

    Environment - MS Server 2003 AD Domain, XP computers at Branch office connected by VPN back to main office. T IP Traffic to the internet and internally is relatively stable, but the in-house application has been buggy, and dropping connections. Users report "slowness" DNS Name resolution might be the culprit or a symptom, I cannot ping workstations at the main office by name, but can ping their IP Address... Any ideas?

    Say I have an SSL Certificate for a super cool site that I offer, like https://secure.coolsite.com/ (Not my site, just an example). Then lets say I had a customer who wanted to have a CNAME to my site on his server, like https://mycoolsite.his-site.com/ Would he need a regular SSL certificate on his end, would I need to have a second certificate on my end (And just "install" it on my webserver), or would I need a multi-domain SSL certificate, or he just has to list my site as an alias on his certificate?     If I get the fully qualified computer name on a Windows server (2K3 or 2K8) using the GetComputerNameEx() API call, can I rely on that name to be unique on that particular domain? That is, can I assume that only a single active physical or virtual machine will have that fully qualified name at a given time? As a second question: is it guaranteed that all Windows machines will have such a fully-qualified name? Thanks for any help.
