• Displaying success/failure messages from hidden iframe submit

  I'm using the hidden iframe method to submit a form with a file upload field. I want to display a message back on the page using javascript and I'm not sure how to do this. If this was just a form with text fields I'd do an AJAX post and respond with a message I'd display in my callback function. I'm just not sure how to accomplish this same task with the hidden iframe method since it is a standard form post.

  Similar to this question. I have been tasked to develop an application using Java to send message strings from my WinXP PC to a nearby mobile phone, using only Bluetooth. I have found a free Java Bluetooth library (Bluecove) to work with, but it seems that it might not support OBEX under Windows, which as I read is necessary to perform this task. Has anyone proven this using Java? What stack and Bluetooth library did you use? Thanks. :)

  Hi folks, I have a list of usernames on Twitter whose profiles are public. I wish to get "all the tweets" they have posted from the day they formed their profile. I checked Twitter4J examples http://github.com/yusuke/twitter4j/blob/master/twitter4j-examples/src/main/java/twitter4j/examples/GetTimelines.java . According to the Twitter API documentation, only the 20 most recent tweets are returned. Is there anyway I could perform my task?

• Triangle count for model is doubled during render

  I am working with the Trinigy 3d engine, and it reports models to have twice as many triangles during render than it does in the model display (let's say 4000 instead of 2000). If I render the model with an additional outline shader, it reports 6000 triangles, so it's not a simple duplication. What could be the problem?

• cygwin: svn does not work anymore

  All of the sudden svn stopped working in cygwin installation on windows xp. when I execute svn binary, nothing happens, svn process does not even show up in the Task Manager. I've reinstalled svn but it did not help (the last resort would be to uninstall cygwin itself).   I want to draw the background image on my own, so I decided to implement a UIImageView class and connect it in the Storyboard. As first task I just want to set the backgroundcolor of the image on my own, but it's never shown. Image just stays blank.
