  • Developing Bots__Where can I start?

    i have a pet programming goal: to develop a bot for a game. Now, this won't be anything malicious, and I just want to do this to further my knowledge in programming. Can anyone help me out by pointing to where i can start learning how to develop a bot? the type of bots i want to make are video game bots (online multiplayer, first person shooters, and offline games(like solitaire and such)).   • Divs not aligning side by side

    I've been learning about divs over the past few months, and am now able to align divs side by side. However, today I was working on my website, and my divs suddenly stopped lining up. The divs in question are: #dorsey_left, #dorsey_middle and #dorsey_right. When I remove #dorsey_left from the HTML document, #dorsey_middle and #dorsey_right align properly. I'm guessing that the problem is related to #dorsey_left, but I can't find anything in the code. This is the JsFiddle.

    This code: @echo off echo/|set /p ="Executing backup...." echo/|set /p =" backup procedure" ... came from Echoing in the same line and produces the below output in a cmd window: Executing backup....backup procedure However, I cant seem to find an explanation through google on what the forward slash does to the ¿pipe? to cause set's output to be echoed to the console / stdout If anyone could also suggest a good website for learning more about cmd / cmd programs' features like this, it would be appreciated.

It would allow the you to let someone learning to program "play" while preparing them to write full fledged C programs.
