  My XML file <tns:SampleInfoResponse xsi:schemaLocation="sampleNS test.xsd" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:tns="sampleNS"> String String String String String String String String String String String String MY XSD file <xsd:schema targetNamespace="sampleNS" elementFormDefault="qualified" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:tns="sampleNS" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"> parser is complaining on <tns:LSampleEnrlDetails/>, the XML file should be <tns:LSampleEnrlDetails xsi:nil="true"/> only for valid file ? By taking out the whole tag also the parser is complaining. I would like to know what possible cases for this tag makes the XML file valid according the above schema when i don't have the data to populate for tag

  In TFS 2008, I am trying to modify a build script (TFSBuild.proj). I get the following warning: The element 'PropertyGroup' in namespace 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003' has invalid child element 'TeamProject' in namespace 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003'. Which is correct, The element PropertyGroup does indeed have a child called TeamProject. I’m making an assumption that this is caused because of the following line: <Project DefaultTargets="DesktopBuild" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003" ToolsVersion="3.5"> The Xml Namespace doesn’t appear to exist as far as I can tell, although it looks like a standard one. Please can anyone tell me if this is a standard XML namespace, how or where I can view its contents and whether the warning that I am seeing may be caused by it?

  Hi, I have a UIWebView that loads a link, http://www.google.com/a/datacommsales.net. But I want to have the datacommsales.net part interchangable. What I would like it to be is http://www.google.com/a/stringOne, stringOne being the NSString, so I can set the value of the string and change the link without editing the code. But the link is inside quotes, @"http://www.google.com/a/datacommsales.net", so it doesn't recognize the string. How could I include the string's value as part of the link? Any help is appreciated.

  Besides the 2 ways by using email or putting the PDF on a website (but it is a trouble to go to page 180 by repeated scrolling), is there an easy way to transfer the .PDF, .mobi, .epub to iPad to read, preferably to Kindle or iBooks on the iPad, so that we can add notes or hightlight or bookmark the pages?   I was trying to understand why Python is said to be a beautiful language. I was directed to the beauty of PEP 8... and it was strange. In fact it says that you can use any convention you want, just be consistent... and suddenly I found some strange things in the core library: request() getresponse() set_debuglevel() endheaders() http://docs.python.org/py3k/library/http.client.html The below functions are new in the Python 3.1. What part of PEP 8 convention is used here? popitem() move_to_end() http://docs.python.org/py3k/library/collections.html So my question is: is PEP 8 used in the core library, or not? Why is it like that? Is there the same situation as in PHP where I cannot just remember the name of the function because there are possible all ways of writing the name? Why PEP 8 is not used in the core library even for the new functions?

• Problem with truncation of floating point values in DBSlayer.

  When I run a query through DBslayer http://code.nytimes.com/projects/dbslayer the floating point results are truncated to a total of six digits (plus decimal point and negative sign when needed). { ... "lat":52.2228,"lng":-2.19906, ... } When I run the same query in MySQL, the results are as expected. | 52.22280884 | -2.19906425 | Firstly, am I correct in identifying DBSlayer as the cause of this effect? • When to use Spring Integration vs. Camel?

  As a seasoned Spring user I was assuming that Spring Integration would make the most sense in a recent project requiring some (JMS) messaging capabilities (more details). After some days working with Spring Integration it still feels like a lot of configuration overhead given the amount of channels you have to configure to bring some request-response (listening on different JMS queues) communications in place.   var resolver = new AutofacWebApiDependencyResolver(container); configuration.ServiceResolver.SetResolver(resolver); after updating to ASP.NET MVC4 (RC) I get the following error: 'System.Web.Http.HttpConfiguration' does not contain a definition for 'ServiceResolver' and no extension method 'ServiceResolver' accepting a first argument of type 'System.Web.Http.HttpConfiguration' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) I realize after reading this (http://www.asp.net/web-api/overview/extensibility/using-the-web-api-dependency-resolver) that these interfaces have changed, but I am not sure how to apply this change to how I use Autofac. Do i need to wait for a new release from Autofac or is there another way I can get past this.

When I try to test out: http://localhost/testing/public $_GET['state'] is not found at all BUT http://localhost/testing/stackoverflow does indeed echo out that $_GET['state'] equals 'stackoverflow'. What am I missing here??? Why is it that I cannot get the state=public in the first link? Thanks for the help!

• Twitter oauth_callback parameter being ignored!

  Hi guys, I'm trying to get Twitter authentication working on my ASP.NET site. When you create the app on the Twitter website, you have to specify a callback URL, which for sake of argument, I have set to http://mydomain.com I've read the oAuth 1.0a spec, and to override this callback URL with your own custom one you have to send the oauth_callback parameter in the request_token phase (url-encoded of course). So my request URL looks like this: http://twitter.com/oauth/request_token?oauth_callback_url=http%3A%2F%2Fmydomain.com%2Ftwittercallback Supposedly, if all goes to plan, in your response data, you are supposed to receive a new parameter of oauth_callback_confirmed=true in addition to your token and token secret parameters. However, my response comes through as: oauth_token=MYTOKEN&oauth_token_secret=MYTOKENSECRET I know I haven't given you guys the greatest amount to go on, but I'm at my wits end as to why I am not receiving the oauth_callback_confirmed parameter. Without this, my application keeps defaulting back to the callback URL hard-coded on the Twitter website. Please if anyone could help me out, I will be eternally grateful! Thanks, A.

• XCode Syntax Coloring Broken

  XCode frequently seems to lose it's mind, and doesn't color code system classes or provide correct "code sense" suggestions. This is endlessly frustrating. I have rebuilt the code sense indexes and completely restarted XCode with no change. I have built my project to make sure there are no errors and restarted. I have copied my files (sans .svn files) to a different location - same problem. I've already completely disabled the argument "placeholders" because they screw up my documents when i type too fast... all I'm asking for is for the "esc" key to display the correct list of properties and methods.

• Storing links to internal content pages in ASP.NET MVC

  I'm using a route like this routes.MapRoute( "PageBySlug", RouteType.Regular, "{slug}", new {controller = "Page", action = "Display", slug = "Default"}, null ); to map request to ~/Some-Page-Slug to ~/Page/Display/Some-Page-Slug. When adding content, user can choose to link to existing pages to create references and I then store those links in this format in the datastore: "/Some-Page-Slug". When I run the app in Cassini and pull the link out from datastore and attach it to A tag it looks like this http://localhost:93229/Some-Page-Slug and this link works. But when running the application in virtual directory under some website in IIS, the attached link generates this URL http://localhost/Some-Page-Slug, when it should be http://localhost/virtualdir/Some-Page-Slug. Of course, this generates 404 error. How can I solve this to be universally useful and working under all circumstances? Should I store it differently in the database or should I transform it into correct form in my Views at runtime and how to do that?

Means that using the ability of javascript to check whether one of them is downloaded on the target User (Web Browser), if not then use jQuery from my own website otherwise if true then use that version of JQuery that is downloaded on the target User.
